Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this unit is brand new and has not been able to fill with water since he bought it. I checked the inlet valves and found both were closed at the wall. The customer advised that he did not mess with those and that they were turned off during installation. He said the installer told him everything was good. I turned to the water supply back on and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found proper water flow coming through the valves. The customer advised that the left front burner is the burner.That seems to not ignite right away. She did advise that it will ignite, but that it takes about ten clicks before it does. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked the burner head. I did adjust the burner head to the original factory configuration. I tested the unit with a marginal difference in the quickness of the ignition. I swapped a burner cap from the middle burner to the left front burner. And I don't know, immediately found all burners igniting properly and efficiently. I did advise the customer that they will need to make sure that they are watching where they're putting the burner caps after cleaning them because even though they look similar, they are not all similar. I did advise the customer that it appeared that they may have swapped the burner caps by accident. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave reported for condensation buildup inside the cavity and shocking sensation when touched. Tested unit with TechLine assistance. Verified power supply by testing the outlet outlet showed correct polarity and tested good. Plugged the unit back in and checked for stray voltage from the microwave cavity to an alternate ground source. No voltage was detected. Inspected venting system. Found two exterior vents located on the right side of the house. Noted that neither vent had a functioning flap installed, which can allow excessive moisture to enter and cause condensation buildup inside the microwave. TechLine confirmed that the issue is caused by improper vent installation. They advised that any related part replacement or repair will not be covered under warranty. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed . Customers stated that when they stopped using the heat of dry that the issue went away advised customer to remove tiles underneath this washer.And to reinstall dishwasher, this will allow more space between the top of the dishwasher console and the bottom of the countertop.And not to have the dishwasher flush.So when it does vent, it vents out and does not hit the bottom of the countertop. Dishwasher is not leaking. It is an install type issue. Customer said she will try to figure out how to address the issue with the install."

I tested the unit on a 350 degree fahrenheit bake cycle and found temperatures fluctuate between 287 degrees fahrenheit and 358 degrees farenheit, averaging a temperature of 322 degrees farenheit. I adjusted the temperature up 25 degrees on temperature calibration and tested the unit again. I found temperatures fluctuate between 397 degrees fahrenheit and 321 degrees fahrenheit, averaging a temperature of 359 degrees fahrenheit. I adjusted the temperature calibration down 5 degrees farenheit and tested one last time. I tested the ,machine at 375 degrees fahrenheit and found the temperature fluctuate between 408 degrees farenheit and 345 degrees farenheit, averaging a temperature of 376.5 degrees fahrenheit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WRS555SIHZ03 refrigerator was not making ice. Arrived on-site, tested the valve, and confirmed 120V during fill test but no water flow. Found the fill line frozen due to a seeping valve. Thawed the line and replaced the valve with WPW10179146. Tested again, and the unit filled with water. All functions worked as expected. No leaks detected while on-site"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not enter a high spin speed. Verified complaint by entering service diagnostics and running automatic test cycle. Unit filled, agitated, and drained properly, but basket did not accelerate into spin. Unit engaged drain pump and only performed small oscillating agitator movements. Determined condition caused by control not receiving proper basket speed feedback from rotor position sensor, defaulting to wash motions. No mechanical drag or bearing noise present. Ordering rotor position sensor and stator as precautionary. No parts installed, rescheduled for 09/18.; ordrng 1 WPW10178988 (RPS sensor) and 1 WPW10419333 (Stator)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker, not making ice properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit made two batches of ice and nothing more since the last repair. I tested temps in the FC=16 degrees. I disassembled the FC section to gain access to the evaporator. I found the unit had just gone into defrost mode and there was no frost on the coils; however, I found a ball of ice in the upper right corner on the cap tube. I advised the customer of my findings and am scheduling a sealed system repair. I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, three-way valve, RC evaporator, FC evaporator, and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the microwave was still not heating and the error code returned. I found the control panel display showing F1E5-inverter board failure. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control panel due to the old panel not having the square locking clips for the mounting screws. Once I cycled power back on, using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave, and after approximately 10-15 seconds of operation, the microwave shut down, and the error code returned. I found in previous notes that the interlock harness and inverter have been replaced. I disassembled the unit to find the magnetron mounting screws were missing, as were other screws. I contacted management (PR) and advised of my findings and what parts I was ordering. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the magnetron, magnetron screws (according to the parts breakdown), inverter, and microwave control. The customer. requested this tech to return; therefore, the office will schedule return service. "8-4 7-1 10-2 Verified fault codes. Wash motor fault, vent fault Float switch fault was due to float being disconnected. Verified open winding in motor. Checked winding on vent motor and it was open. Need to order vent motor assembly and will replace wash motor on return visit. U it also has old heater bushing, will order new heater ; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11545539 (Gasket) and 1 W11537778 (Heater)"

Removed and replaced both elements. Ran oven to 450 degrees with ground wire disconnected and oven reached temp with no issues. Reinstalled ground wire and retested to 450 and no tripping of the breaker.

Removed and replaced control board. Tested oven to 350. Tested broil and it heated.
