Arrived onsite for refrigerator with temperature issues in rc upper inspection I found that the unit was in defrost when I got there. I check the evap fan found that it ran checked the thermistor and found it to be good and Watch the Evap develop a good frost pattern after the unit came out of defrost. The compressor and condenser fan were both running as well. I then checked the refrigerator thermistor and found that to be good too then I tested the damper and found that it opened and closed properly no strange noise. Diagnostics inconclusive. I advised customer to monitor the temps over some time about a week or so and get us back out immediately if they find anything out of the ordinary.job complete

The right front burner switch had excessive carbon from the contracts and I recommended replacement.

Found home has a reverse osmosis system and it was installed sharing the garbage disposal drain with the dishwasher. Explain to customer that whirlpool does not allow this because when reverse osmosis system purges it can fill up the dishwasher via the drain hose, this could cause dishwasher to overflow and damage floor. Recommended that they contact reverse osmosis company and have them change to a clamp style drain connection. Also found racks have rust spots, took pictures. Arrived onsite for washer that would not go into wash. Upon inspection I found that there was a loos connection at the cap. I corrected this and tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed. No leaks job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not flush. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door not sitting flush with the left FC door. Also found where the RC door gasket at the bottom left corner was badly gapped. I found the center mullion was slightly bowed at the bottom of the unit. Took photos of my findings and contacted techline to report. Spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris provided a link and performed a video chat and he recommended to place a shim at the back right roller and level/square the chassis. Provided SR#7734278894. The unit being surrounded by cabinets on both sides, I placed a shim from my van stock (4387828A) at the back right roller and leveled the unit. Once the unit was leveled and squared, the unit doors continued to not be flush at the bottom as the right door stands out approximately 1/4 inch from the left door. Both doors are sealing properly now. I found the floor is not level as the unit was sitting with a slight tilt the the right side when I arrived. I measured the side of the unit to the cabinet walls and found the right side to be approximately 1/2 inch wide and the left side was just less than 1/2 inch. I called techline again and spoke to Joel and advised the previous SR# and what I have done to this point. Joel advised that since the unit is leveled and squared and the floors are not level, the unit is operating properly and the issue is cosmetic and an installation issue. He advised this information will be added to previous SR#7734278894. I advised the customer to contact the manufacturer and provide the SR# and discuss with them what steps they want to take. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

I tested the unit and found it working as designed. The bin had filled up halfway while we were replacing the sealed system components on the customers built in refrigerator. Arrived to install previously diagnosed part and to check for no drying issues. Replaced door gasket. Inspected heater and fuse and both are good and operate correctly. Unit failed vent test. Removed vent hose from unit and still failed vent test. Found blower housing completely blocked with lint. Cleared blower and unit now passed vent test. Reattached vent hose and failed vent test again. Found that the exit part of vent tub is too long and is pressing against the ground. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found circ pump locked up and replaced pump assembly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived to inspect door hinge not opening properly. I found that the right hinge spring had slipped off from the hinge assembly. I placed the spring back into its proper position. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found during wash cycle voltage to dishwasher drops to 0V and returns to 116V after approximately 30 sec. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the UI required replacement at removed and replaced. I inspected the vent assy and found no signs of prior or present leaks and did not disturb due to risk of causing further issue. I discussed detergent use with the CX and recommended to refrain from pre-measured pod use due to excessive foaming and creation of steam at levels above design constraints. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I found the evap fan motor has failed. I removed and replaced the evap fan motor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit and monitored the back left vent and found the element not illuminating. Pulled the unit out and tested ohms to the element, fuse, cutoffs and found all are good. Removed the element and it is good. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got 232V. Tested the outlet and got no voltage. I found the power cord was burnt and found the outlet was burnt as well. I advised the customer to have an electrician replace the outlet. No lint observed during service, job completed."
