Arrived on site to replace UI from previous diagnosis. Replaced UI but model/serial wouldn?t resync into new UI. Reinstalled old UI and confirmed model/serial was stored. Attempted multiple times to resync new UI to control but no success. Called whirlpool and confirmed software issue after multiple replacements of control and UI.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit recently had a sump and motor changed from another company. They also stated it is not drying like it used to and they have begun to see a lack of wash performance as well. Lastly, they stated the heater seemed to of worked when they ran it last night. However, this morning it did not work. This indicates a possible intermittent failure. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E1 for no heat, F3E3 for OWI failed calibration, F6E6 for cool water, and F8E2 for drain motor electrical problem. I advised the customer on running the sink water until it is as hot as possible before starting the dishwasher. The customer also stated they have had drainage issues on the pipes to their house which could of caused the drain error and the OWI error. They stated once they get the pipe cleared and fixed everything drains as designed. I then ran a diagnostics test and I measured amp draw to the heater. I found the heater and drain running as designed. I found no error codes were thrown at the end of the test cycle either. Upon further inspection I found the customer also using rinse aid. Arrived onsite for wall oven getting too hot. Upon arrival the builder showed me the inspection report which had a circular thermometer in the unit that fund both upper and lower at 25 degrees too high. I explained that the manufacturer allows 25 degrees offset from set temp. I also explained that the ovens temps cycle very high and low so the circle thermometers are not accurate. I accessed and tested the ovens sensors. Both sensors were in range. I re assembled the unit and tested. Both sections heated as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Not Cleaning Dishes Properly - Dishwasher. Placed dishwasher in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran diagnostics cycle and valve would not call for water. Removed water line from valve and turned on water to flush out water line and test to ensure water was coming out when valve under sink was turned on. Water came out when valve under sink was turned on. A good amount of sludge and debris came out of water line into glass. Reattached water line to dishwasher valve and ran diagnostics cycle. As soon as dishwasher called for water the valve filled the dishwasher with water. No leaks detected. Dishwasher running g as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is sagging on one side of not sitting on the tile correctly. I found that one of the feet on the tile but the floor drops off to concrete under the unit. I lifted the unit so that both feet were on the tiles. The customer provided some tile pieces that I wedged under the feet so if they slip a little backward they will have some support to prevent any sagging. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it is working as designed with no leaks detected during time of service.Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with no power. I checked voltage at the wall and found it correct. I then gained access to the terminal block and found the power cord installed incorrectly. I unplugged the unit and corrected it. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. No leaks observed at the time of the service. Call complete.

Arrived on job for complaints of not dispensing. Found the spring was not installed back in I made the corrections and test unit.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator or dispensing water. Upon further inspection I found water build up on the top shelf of the RC. I gained access to the filter head and found it weeping. I then initiated the valve and could barely hear it hum. I gained access to the valve and found it getting 120V. This indicates a bad valve and also a filter head. I quoted the customer for both and a new filter. I installed both parts and no leaks were observed. I tested the unit and found it still not working. I could not hear the valve initiate though. I gained access to the reservoir and found d it one solid block of ice. I thawed out the reservoir and then tested the unit again. It is now working as designed.

Upon inspection I found one of the lines on the compressor would sweat and slightly drip into the bottom of the unit and slowly travel to the front. I found the RC at 36 and the FC -2. I ohmed out the 3 way valve and it checked good. I found the line would sweat in test 40 when cooling the FC I accessed the FC evaporator and found only half of the evaporator was frosted. Both fans tested good. As per JC we believe the compressor is failing and needs to be replaced. Arrived on site for SAFETY Cons states MW will not shut off. Customer concern was microwave would run without a counter in the display and wouldnt stop. Found timer for microwave counting down as designed while heating one cup of water. Water was hot. Placed in diagnostics and F6E4 came on. This was a stored error code that hadnt been cleared. Cleared error code. Shut off power for two minutes and powered back up. Ran microwave for two minutes with a cup of water. Water was boiling and counter was present. Microwave stops running when timer ends.

Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did notice the customer was not using rinse aid and she was just wanting to know how she could get the unit to dry better. Arrived on site for LEAKING WATER (FILLED A 2 GALLON BUCKET ABOUT 1/3)- CANT TELL WHERE ITS COMING FROM. Inspected bellow and no tears were found. Placed in diagnostics and LF and F9E1 codes came on. Pressure switch was not kinked and working as designed. Placed in diagnostics and ran auto cycle several times and no leaks detected. Pump draining as designed. Removed pump filter and found debris and a lot of sludge inside. Used customers sink to clean out. Ran diagnostics another two times and still no leaks detected. Customer confirmed they were using more than a tablespoon of detergent when washing clothes. Most likely over sudsing occurred causing the washer to overfill and leak onto the floor. Job completed.

After calibrating I found the unit at 46 degrees over temp. I adjusted it down 30 degrees and advised the customer about the manufacturers specifications on temperature offsets.
