I found no water lines leaking. I found thebice maker full of water. I preformed a temp test and found the unit at 40 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator and only found the bottom 3 rungs frosted. I let the unit run for 15 minuets and rechecked the frost pattern. I found it building a good frost pattern. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=27 degrees and RC=40. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and all checked good. I tested the thermistors at the control and all checked good. I tested the cooling system in test 40 and found the FC evaporator not forming any frost pattern. When disassembling the FC section, the left drawer stop broke. I removed and replaced the compressor and drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressures held good. I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in diagnostics test 40 again. Unit is beginning to cool and evaporators had good frost pattern developing. No water leaks observed during service. I recommended allowing the RC section to cool for 24 hours and the FC section 48 hours before placing items back inside. I am ordering the left drawer clip and customer to schedule return service when they return from vacation. ; ordrng 1 WPW10485096 (Pan stop left)"

Gained access to the main control and found the diagnostics LED on solid. Following the tech sheet, the main control is not communicating and needs to be replaced. I found the personality not correct and corrected and retested. Unit continues to fail. Found right door gasket needing replaced. I asked CX if any doors where left open and yes they had found it open once on the freezer door. Unit was not properly leveled I also loved it correctly. I advised CX to defrost unit for 32 hrs and I explained to them on how to do it and had them sign the waiver. After defrost as been properly done for them to turn it back on and let unit cool for 24hrs before using it again. If any other problems persist CX will need main control and UI. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Upon arrival confirmed the issue in found water from the center of the top FC gasket going 4 inches left to right and I the direction. Found no evidence of leaks or water leaking from anywhere and also found no signs of moisture on dividers. Called techline spoke with Chris sr#7734108491. Went over all symptoms and previous repairs made and also ran multiple tests and diagnostics with techline on the phone and we determined that it is possible to moisture was being created from small gaps in the liner. Was instructed to silicone the liners and then inform the customer to monitor the temperatures of the fridge for the next 1 to 2 weeks to verify if the issue comes back. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling at all times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does cool but it will bounce between cooling properly for a few weeks to not cooling at all for a little bit and then going back. Just the temperatures in both sections and found the freezer at -2?F in the refrigerator at 37?F. Check resistance on the thermistors and found proper resistance. Check the condenser coils and found lint buildup all over the condenser coils. Cleaned off condenser coils and the customer requested that we work on his handles. He advised that they were broken off the door in order to get the refrigerator through the home. He advised that somebody tried to install one of his handles but they were not on correctly.Spoke to CS and DW and was advised to order the parts but advise that we could not guarantee a proper repair.The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were running a load of sheets in that the sheets did not complete the cycle. When the customer attempted to realign the clothes and start the cycle again the unit did not start the cycle over. She ran the unit through a drain in span and has not used it since due to the issue with the load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics in an auto test and through manual testing. All components were working as designed. Did find the washer a little unlevel and did attempt to level out the washer a little bit. I did advise the customer that based on all my testing, I cannot find any individual part on the unit that is at fault for their issue and that the most likely problem wouldve been the load. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
