Dont type and drive I turned it on. Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and upon further testing found that unit would not power on due to a voltage issue in the outlet. Found left side of outlet giving 121 V that sound right side of outlet only giving 8 V and when combined between the left and right side of the L1 and L2 to unit overall was only receiving 108 V. Instructed customer they would need electrician to fix the power supply issue and unit would function as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for unit not cooling and making a loud noise. Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and found following results for thermistors: Fc thermistor 10.7k, rc thermistor 6.1k, ice bin thermistor 7.3k, rc evap thermistor 8.2k. found no failures in the RC compartment but I did find a partial defrost issue in the freezer indicating unit was going to defrost too early and shutting down too quickly causing ice to build around the fan due to a failing by metal thermostat. Was able to replace evaporator fan motor in FC as well as high-voltage control and inform customer to give unit 24 hours to stabilize tips. Call complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from the rear. Found water dispenser hose had a Crack in it. Cut out damaged section and used a coupler from truck stock to connect the lines. Unit no longer leaking. Call complete.

I gained access to the gear case and found an active oil drip from the gear case. I found the suspension in good condition.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher flashing er. I gained access to the control and isolated the, heating element, float switch, and drain pump. I checked resistance and found them shorted to chassis. I found the control not responding as designed, it wont register certain Buttons and wont start or cancel a cycle.

The control was in failure and required replacement with the MFG approved and updated kit. I removed and replaced the control and tested. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rinse aid not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found the rinse aid dispenser approximately 3/4 full and customer advised that its been at that level for a while. Also found a rusty looking substance in the tub under the float. I inspected the racks and found the bottom rack had a few rust spots on the dividers. I researched the warranty in the entitlement and found the racks are not covered under extended warranty. I changed the rinse aid setting on the dispenser and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss the racks rusting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator constantly running. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another appliance company had recently replaced the thermostat. I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 7 for defrost time and it was set at 01 (96 hour). I changed the setting to 2 (8 hour). Pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and got .51amps. Tested the thermistors at the control and they were within range. Tested VDC at the control at the P2 pins and it showed 121V. Inspected the FC evaporator and found ice along the top of the evaporator (photo). When disassembling the FC section, I found the wire rack was sticking as I pulled it out which could cause the FC door to not close properly. I placed some grease along the rails to help it glide better. Removed he ice with my steamer and advised the customer that they have a defrost issue possibly due to the freezer door not closing/sealing properly

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling properly and the evaporator not having a good frost pattern, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressure held good. I installed 4.9oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Once pressures equalized, I plugged the unit in and monitored pressures and the evaporator frost pattern. Both were good.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced wiring harness and voltage to valve is corrected. Unit has low pressure from home and plumbing issue will need to be addressed to fully restore water functionality in refrigerator.

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that dryer wont turn on. Inspected unit and verified unit was receiving correct 240VAC. Opened dryer to test components and found wire terminals on heating element and thermal cutoff brittle from excessive heat and not making contact. Replaced wire terminals and reinstalled. Dryer would now heat, but not start. Found start button not wired properly. Rewired start button and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Tested air flow and found unit has poor air flow. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is intermittently not cooling still. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes stop cooling and will re-freeze the items in her freezer. She advised that her meats seemingly stays frozen but that the water in her unit will re-freeze and unfreeze. Checked pressures and found 25 psi at both sides when the unit was unplugged. Attempted to replace the compressor and found the compressor was pulling 9.5 A when starting to run and completely shut off after five seconds. This would indicate a locked rotor. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7734723608. I advised him that this would be compressor number three on this unit and the customer has been without a working refrigerator for three months. He advised that he would have to advise to order a new compressor but to have the customer reach customer service for further assistance. Ordering the compressor and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and cooking temperature of the freezer section. Found the freezer section sitting at 19?F. Took a resistance shack at the control for the evaporator thermistor and found it reading 15.5 kg ohms registering 19?F. I went to check the refrigerator for Mr. but found the control box on the unit did not have the pin connectors for the refrigerator compartment thermistor. Took an amp draw of the compressor and found the unit pulling .386 A. Found the evaporator showing a partial frost pattern but not complete frost pattern. Found a new compressor pulling 12.5 A upon start up and shut off within five seconds. Tested the unit again with a new start device and found the same issue. This would indicate that the compressor is dead upon arrival. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7734728276. He advised to order another compressor and to have the customer contact customer service if they were unhappy with the diagnosis. "Arrived on site for a washer spinning out of balance every load. On arrival the customer stated it has gotten so bad that they cannot run a load. I tested the suspension on the unit and found it bad. I then put the unit into diagnostics and ran a manual spin to find an abnormally loud noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase, cap, and cam bad. In order to repair the unit it will need new suspension, gearcase, cap, and cam. Arrived onsite for dryer flashing code on screen. Upon arrival found that the unit was flashing F3E3 Inlet Thermistor Open/Shorted. And f3e1 Exhaust thermistor open/shorted. I gained access to the inlet thermistor harness though the top of the unit and tested it and found that it showed open. I am ordering a 2 man because the unit is staked. "Arrived on site for DW, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that console is not working. Entered diagnostics and found console not responsive. Opened console and found corrosion. Ordering new console and will return with parts on Friday, 10/07 AM. Unable to test any components due to console not responding. No water leaks present at time of service. Arrived onsite for a rang that has dents in it.Upon inspection I found that there was damage to the right side of the unit (dented inwards) and on the left side downed out words which could cause het to leak fro the oven when in use. Arrived onsite for stove burner not igniting. On inspection saw that the ignitors were working and I could smell the gas. Took the screw out of the burner head and the orifice fell in. Open the top of the stove up and found that the gas line to the orifice assembly had been broken off. Ordering new orifice assembly. Took knob off of cook top so burner can not be turn on. No gas leaks detected during service other then the broken part. Advised CX not to turn that burner on. Left it disassembled in the drawer next to the stove. "Arrived onsite for TRIPPING the breaker . Upon arrival inspected unit and is operating. Checked polarity and is correct. Checked voltage at control and is 121v. Ran diagnostics to force compressor, all fans, and heater several times. Unit is functioning without issues. Contacted Techline for assistance. Tech Advised customer to connect unit to another outlet for a couple of weeks to see if breaker tripps. Tech said unit is functioning correctly and there is no repair to be made at this time. Tech gave SR# 7734731443. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is leaking from the bottom. Upon inspection I found that the Sump&motor and motor was beginning to show signs of a leak. I revoked the Sump&motor. Up further inspection I found that there was another leak at the water inlet. I am ordering 1x water inlet, gasket, and nut. Tested unit and found unit operating as designed. I did advise cx not to use the dishwasher to any water damage. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WPW10195536 (INLET-WATR) and 1 WP8531323 (GASKET) and 1 WPW10213825 (NUT-TUBE)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator ice maker, inspected unit and work. CX complaint is that unit is not making ice or dispensing. Retrieved temps @ 0? FC. Found FC switch rocker arm broken. Did further testing and found a break in the wiring harness from the control to the connector under the door by water filter. Unit is not repairable if trying to fix the ice dispenser motor. The door switch in the freezer would have to be fixed if they want any cooling issues. Tried do contact homeowner but no answer. No leaks were observed during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Checked unit and found frost building under bucket, and in ice bucket as well due to air leak. Arrived on site for a washer making loud noise. Fun Ive always able to confirm complaint in town cause of failure was due to drain motor bearings internally grinding although there was no debris found in the housing. ordrng 1 4681EA2001T (Drain motor)

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing. On inspection found the clean light was blinking 7 times, it states that the cleaning light blinking is a heating issue. Tested the heating element and it was 10 ohms, tested the wiring harness to the heating element was OL. Found that the harness is discolored where the heating element plugs in at the control board. Once I unplugged the connector at the board I can see heat damage on the control board. Ordering wire harness, returning the element and the controller; ordrng 1 WP8562043 (Utensils basket) and 1 WPW10413098 (Wiring harness)"

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly. I inspected Ted the unit and work area. I found a partial frost pattern on the evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and found the low side pressures at -10. ordrng 1 Uvdryer (Uv dryer) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)"

"Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator having trouble making ice and dispensing water very slowly. I temperature tested the FC and got 4? and dropping. I tested the water inlet valve and almost no water is passing through it. The water inlet valve needs to be replaced; ordrng 1 WPW10498990 (Isolation Valve inlet)"

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I attempted the gas valve and it did not correct the circuit breaker tripping issue. The only part within circuit remaining is the main control. No gas leaks detected during service. ; ordrng 1 WB27K10423 (Main control) and 1 TechCGO (GCO Please)"

Arrived on site to repair door damaged from transport. Replaced inner frame and hinges to resolve. Unit now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for Washer will not spin at all. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F0-E5 out of balance. Ran manual test for both agitator speeds a well as spin speeds. All test passed. Customer stated that on smaller cycles like delicate, the unit spins,but on larger cycles like normal, unit will not spin. Ran a normal cycle with clothes . Found actuator is only working intermittently. Need to replace actuator.replaced actuator and unit now test correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite to replace filter housing and dual valve. Replaced parts and tested. Dispenser is no longer making noise and is dispenser water adequately. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced wiring harness and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
