There is no water in the fresh food section, or bottom of the freezer section. No frost buildup no visible issues. Removed rear panel and there is no water in the drain pan. Observed valves and connections well customer dispensed water and there is no pinhole in any of the waterlines and the valve is not leaking. Could not determine where are the water is coming from. PR advised me that the regulator will vent to equalize pressures at random. The smell is not constant. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t fill. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he?s already replace the fill valve and the float switch to no avail. Confirmed customers complaint and placed unit into service diagnostics. Found an F6 E4 (fill valve electrical problem). I checked continuity through the wire harness through both the float switch and the inlet water valve. Found continuity through the harness and float switch from the control. I found the inlet water valve showing 1.4k ohms which would indicate the valve within range leaving the control at fault for the non-fill issue. Quoted customer for the control and the customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the main control and found the fuel aspect of the machine working but the wash pump motor not running. Checked resistance through the wash pump motor from the control and found it open. Replaced wash pump motor and tested unit. Unit began working as designed.

I inspected the left front burner head and cap I found the cap and burner head loose. I removed the burner head and found the electrode was not connected properly. I adjusted the the electrode and fixed the connector for the wiring harness. I reassembled the unit and found it lighting properly. The customer asked me to adjust all the burners for a higher flame. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed ss repair with compressor, drier, and access coupler. Upon arrival I disassembled and removed compressor as well as drier. Once I was able to install new equipment I pulled a vacuum for 30 minutes to verify if unit could hold a vacuum and found unit sitting at -30psi on low side as intended. I then recharged system with 4.5 oz of refrigerant. After reassembling an testing unit I found the pressures at 60-L/0-H side. Restored power and after 15 minute runtime I found unit sitting at 0-L/148-H psi. Also found freezer starting to drop temps during runtime. Informed customer unit would need a full 24 hrs to properly stabilize temps in both compartments. Unit functioning as designed call complete."

The customer ran a load under normal setting with a deep water wash and the unit did not feel higher than the autosensing level. I did advise the customer that the deep water wash does not work on the normal cycle and that he hast to select a different cycle in order for that deep water wash to kick in. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won?t mak more than a half bin of ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the doors are unlevel, there?s a drawer that won?t open and close properly, and that their icemaker is really slow to make ice. Ran the unit through an icemaker test and found the unit working as designed. Took temperature of the freezer section and found the unit sitting at 0?F. I fixed their drawer and refrigerator leveling issues but advise the customer that with the flex style icemaker, it?s a really slow icemaker and will only make ice once every two hours. The customer advised that they do use a lot of ice all day and are needing to use ice trays to keep up with their usage. I did advise that edit. The issue is that they are using more ice than the unit makes ina 24 hour period and that there is nothing I would be able to do to speed up the icemaker to allow it to make more ice or swap them for a different icemaker due to the electrical connections on the icemaker. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Checked valves and found hot valve not dispensing water. Found the hot valve on the wall was not open, causing no hot fill. Opened valve and ran diagnostic cycle. Unit passed diag cycle. Tested in a normal cycle and found unit properly filling and agitating with no errors. Unit now working as designed. Call complete, no water leaks found."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spitting out clothes and is making an unusual sound when it does. Inspected unit and work area. Placed an in-service diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error code. Running it through a manual test and found the lid lock not locking the lid and sometimes registering that the lid was not closed. Replaced latch and tested unit. Found the unit making a screeching and knocking sound. Looked underneath the unit and found the belt and cam seemingly worn. Replaced cam and tested unit. Unit stop screeching but the unit was still making a knocking sound. I did notice that the unit was clicking at the control even when the unit was not in use. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The washer is now working as designed. Call complete.

"F8E3Cold water valve at wall sprays water constantly when turned onArrived on-site for washer not operating correctly. Upon arrival plugged unit in and unit went into flood mode. After, entered diagnostics and found F8E3 overflow error. Inspected pressure hose- no cracks or leaks. Main control sent 120v to the valves. Both solenoids were 1.57 ohms. Found cold side water connection shut off at wall due to leak from cutoff. Installed new inlet valve. Reassembled and tested unit, but left cold side valve off. Informed customer to get cold side valve repaired before use to allow rinse cycle to continue through rinse cycle properly with cold water. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated they used a infrared laser temp reader and found the temps to high. His friend recommended a possible SS issue. I checked the temps and found the RC at 37?F and the FC at 3?F. Upon further inspection I found the FC overloaded and advised the customer this can cause an airflow issue and a drop in temps. The customer stated this was very possible and was prior loaded more. I gained access to the evap and found no ice build up and fan working as designed, no issues with the harness, and everything in good shape. I found the mechanical damper operating as well. I found the unit working a designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit temps are fluctuating and food isnt getting cooked. I advised that the unit will fluctuate in temps and to wait approximately 20 mins after preheat to place food inside. I advised that the temps will get higher than the preheat temp and then drop below the preheat temp and when it gets high, the unit is heating all the metal inside to give a more even bake. After approximately 20 mins after preheat, the temps have averaged out between 10 degrees below to 10 degrees above the heat temp. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested all components and all are functioning properly. I called the Whirlpool WiFi team and requested they check the unit and they advised that the unit is connected and no updates shown. I advised the customer of this info. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."
