I gained access to the gear case and found it dripping gear case oil. Humidity reading from fridge is 44% at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for upper spray arm coming apart.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling again. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and tested all fans I found them coming on when called for. I found the system showing the defrost sensor is open. I activated the defrost heater on the unit and found it coming on. I gained access to the control and I tested the defrost thermistor and found it show 23 ohms while Incased in ice. I found the voltage to defrost thermistor fluctuating from 1.5 vdc to 8 vdc.

Arrived on site to install a new drip pan. When I removed one of the shelves I found the glue holding the shelf together has separated. I installed a the new drip pan. I tried to re-glue the shelf back onto the bracket but it would not stick. The shelf is unusable while it is detach from the bracket. I pulled the front panel and knobs off. I found the switch harness and wiring in good condition. I tested each burner and found the left and center 2 were set to high. I adjusted the valve stems. The unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site for ice machine not producing ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the recirculating pump was registering to be full when it was empty. I replaced the pump and retested the unit. I found the water barely coming in. I removed the water filter and found it to be the same. There were no error codes stored in the units control. I ran auto and manual diagnostics tests and I could not recreate an issue. I blew out the pressure hose and inspected but all checked good. "Arrived on site for Dryer WGD8127LC0 Control panel Has power, but not heating and just buzzes intermittently. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Tested hi limit, thermostat, and fuse. All tested good. Tested the unit and had the ignitor working. Broke the circuit on the flame sensor when the ignitor was hot and still didn't get gas. All coils and ignitor showing correct resistance. Verified gas at the rear of the dryer. Replacing valve. "Arrived on site and inspected French door refrigerator ice maker issues.Customer advised the ice maker sounds as if its making ice, but when he checks, there only a few cubes in the container.I confirmed the complaint and found the water fill chute and the fill tube were both clogged with ice blockage.I used my steamer to melt the fill tube and removed and replaced the ice maker.Unit filed and was harvesting at the completion of the repair.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I inspected the flue and could not find any flaws or damage or any difference in the ones already on the unit so I did not replace. I found the customer has foil grease catchers installed which as per previous conversations with techline can cause heat to deflect or concentrate in certain areas. I again advised that the foil grease catchers cant be used on this unit. I replaced the control membrane and panel. I reassembled and made sure the back panel was sitting correctly over the flue. The unit is working as designed at this time and no gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for ice issue. Found some sections of slab really thin and other sections thick. Unit passed all diagnostic called tech support removed base cover found condenser coil covered with debris cleaned condenser coil per tech support clogged condenser will cause this issue.

Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and found very little flow when hot water is activated, moved washer forward to access connections and removed water connection and found water line is blocked with calcium/sediment took pictures. Hot water valve will not completely turn off at source Waterline is constantly running. Flushed waterline and cleaned screen on hot water valve and after reassembling water pressure is good. Recommended to homeowner that water from source/hot water heater be inspected for calcium buildup and a plumber will be needed to replace the hot water valve at minimum, job complete"

(MM) Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. After inspecting the unit I observed that the actuator was no longer making contact with the cam resulting in no agitation. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no lights working, dispenser not working and ice forming on the bottom of the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found the lights in the RC section no working. I inspected the left deli door/control and found the control reservoir clear. I removed the left drawer and inspected the deli harness and found the black wire broken. Using a harness from a previous job (W11170612), I removed and replaced the harness and reassembled the unit and tested. Deli control is operating as designed and all lights and water dispenser are functioning properly. I found that both deli drawer door gaskets are badly torn. In order to keep from damaging the doors even more, both doors will need to be replaced. I pulled the unit from its space and removed the back panel to inspect the drain tube. I found it clogged and cleaned it out. I re-installed the drain tube and sealed the gap with silicone. Cleared the ice from the FC section and reassembled the FC section. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I am ordering both deli drawer doors w/gaskets and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven turning off mid cycle. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated what they were doing to operate the unit. Customer was pressing bake at 350 degrees and pressing start. Unit was preheating on rapid preheat. Then customer would press the timer on button and set at 5 mins (as demonstration) and pressing the timer button again. When customer would change the timer to a different time, they were pressing the timer button again and then press a number and the temperature display would change to that number and then change to 170 degrees. I demonstrated the the customer that when they set the timer and want to change the time on the timer, they have to press the timer button to clear the timer then press it again to set the time they want and then press it one more time to start the timer.Unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings.

Arrived on site for freezer leaking out the bottom. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the drain tube clogged. I steamed out the drain tube and ran a wire through it to clear it out. I found a bunch of insulation coming out of the drain tube. I reassembled the back of the unit. I gained access to the freezer side and ran a wire with through the drain and found it clear of debris. The drain tube is cleared. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a wall oven with an interior light not turning off. Upon further inspection I found the door not seated correctly and coming in contact with the door latch. Removed and adjusted the door. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge I ring over again. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the rc evaporator building up ice on the left side. I found the drip pan bowed up in the middle, causing the rc evaporator to not drain properly. I tested the unit fans and found them all working. I tested all the thermistors and found them receiving proper voltage, and showing correct resistance. I out the unit through a forced defrost and found the defrost heater coming on. I cleared out the drip pan from the ice and used shims to correct the drip pans bowing

"Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that had a bad smell. Upon arrival the customer had already cleaned the unit. I could not smell anything off in the unit or under the unit. I took out the filter and there was nothing stuck inside. The customer also stated they felt the unit was not drying well enough. The customer stated that they had a plumber out as well and believe he re-routed the drain tube. I advised the customer that this could of put water back into the tub and may have been what caused it. I put the unit diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and measured amp draw to the heater. I found the heater working as designed. The unit ran through the test cycle as designed. Upon further inspection I found the customer not using rinse aid. I advised the customer on the importance of using rinse aid.

Arrived on job for complaints of not working and shaking. The console in lock position and an the tub will need to be replaced to correct shaking. ; ordrng 1 W11287253 (TUB ) and 1 W11314361 (rotor) and 1 W11354541 (STATOR )

Arrived on site for water leaking. Diagnosed insert to valve defective replaced water valve ran icemaker through a fill test passed no leaks at valve

"Arrived on site for oven liner damages. Customer stated that food had spilled over and was not able to remove (see SD-QUICKPIC).Used baking soda in attempt to remove spot. Found improvement but still noticeable. Recommend to let baking soda set for 24 hours and attempt to remove spot. Then to try the heavy self clean.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found fill line frozen over due to temporary low water pressure to home. Thawed line and all is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking.Customer had unit unplugged, so I checked the outlet and outlet checked fine.Disassembled the unit so I could access the capacitor and diode and both looked fine.Ran the 2 minute water cup test and unit passed.Reassembled and retested the unit 2 minute water cup test and unit passed.Customer advised it occurs when shes cooking something on the front right burned that produces condensation.All parts of the unit tested properly.No visible Safety issues.JOB COMPLETE"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that did not agitate and had a burn smell. Upon farther inspection I found the shifter came off the cam. I removed the shifter and adjusted it back into place. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E6 for motor fault. I then ran a test cycle and found everything else running as designed.
