"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon inspection I found that the evap was clogged with frost. I cleared the frost and tested the thermistor and the defrost heater and found that they where all good I put unit into a forced defrost no found that the heater came on then I switched the defrost mode to basic as it was set to adaptive. I check that all the fan where operating properly and they where I tested the compressor and found that it would star and run normally. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not leaved Which can cause the doors is not to seal properly, i corrected this.I also noticed when I arrived The freezer was packed with food I did advise the customer that whenever pack in the freezer to leave enough space so that the vents can get adequate airflow. I checked the drain tube found that it was clear and sealed up well. unit began cooling again as air flow returned. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. During the wash cycle of testing, I found water leaking from the left side overflow tube. After several tests, I finally pin pointed the leak coming from the lower corner of the door gasket. I adjusted the gasket and retested several times and the unit did not leak anymore. I advised the customer of my findings and to monitor the unit. I recommended they call it in for service if they see water leaking or if the unit has the F8E4 error code again. I cleaned the drip pan and float switch and placed them back into position. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I found the noise occurring during spin and it sounded almost like a card in spokes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then manually activated spin, agitate, and a diagnostics cycle to found the unit running as designed with no abnormal noise. I then loaded the unit and ran it to find no abnormal noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it running as designed. At the time of service I could not replicate the failure. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The CX advised me the unit did not fully cool after the last service and I tested pressures. The low side was 25 of vacuum and the high was at 40 psi. The unit would not balance when unplugged and I assumed a floating restriction. I evacuated and pressurized with nitrogen and noted a very slow flow from high to low side. I flushed the capillary system from high to low and then from low to high, noting impeded flow in both directions and no signs of solid debris. I vacuumed and charged the system after replacing the dye drier and found the unit would barely cool the evaporator, creating frost from the capillary tube entry at the cabinet, to only one row of evaporator tubing. Contacted the MFG, tech Chris, File #7734783650. The CX will be contacted by the MFG for replacement. No water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite for a gas dryer with issue starting. Upon inspection I found that all Thermistors and where good. I check voltage and found good 120vac and polarity was good too. Tested unit a few times and found that it would not start though there was voltage to and out of the timer I then tested the start button and found that it would not complete the circuit causing the issue. I installed new switch and tested unit several times and found unit operating as designed making sure that the flame ignited every time. job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that had a stuck ice bin. Upon arrival I found that the bin was stuck. Due to what I initially thought was ice build up but I soon came to realize that the auger had gotten stuck on the ice machine itself because when the customer dumped out a batch of ice it came undone from its grooves and was pushed upward by the ice cubes underneath it I solve this issue by putting the auger back into its grooves and making sure that it would not slip out again and advise customer to keep an eye on the Auger when ever she dumps out her excess ice. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Customer advised the unit was leaking from the back on the right side as they had towels under the unit on the right side. Due to the way the unit is installed, I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly as far as I could and was unable to get access to the back panel due to the hot water hose being too short (photo). I removed the top panel and tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed with no leaks. I removed the front panel and inspected the inner cabinet and found dry water spots at the back right corner. I found a vent tube at the back right corner of the tub that was open ended. After further research, I found a service pointer (W11616794 Rev A) which indicated that there should be a vent on that particular hose (W11599075). I am ordering the vent and requested that the customer have the unit accessible upon return service. Unit placed back in its spot and no water leaks observed during service. JM: Arrived onsite to inspect washer making squealing noise during spin cycle. I found that the basket was sitting against the back left side of the chassis. I tested the suspension and the basket stopped bouncing within around 2-3 bounces. I leveled the unit and the basket is still against the back left side of the chassis. I put the unit into a diagnostic cycle and could not reproduce the noise. I manually tested the spin cycle and after 5 minutes I still could not reproduce the noise.
