Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is frozen on the back of the RC upon inspection I confirmed the RC evaporator cover has frost build up and the fan is not running. I called techline to report SR#7730836083. I removed the ice and confirmed that the thermistor is in correct location. I confirmed that the dual valve is cycling between sections correctly. I also verified water flow down the drain in the RC as per techline once all these have been confirmed then I am to replace the UI. I replaced the UI and fan scroll due to it breaking during defrosting. I vacuumed up the drain pan. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the valve came on, the cold valve failed to dispense. Arrived on site and inspected GE microwave not working.Confirmed the complaint and checked voltage at the outlet and got 120.Opened the unit and observed and photographed serval schorch marks inside the unit which is directly related to the malfunction of magnetron arching and sparking due to the visible marks inside he unit.Called office and spoke with JA and advised the issues the unit was having.

"Arrived on site to test unit for f3 error code. Found oven sensor was out of range. Oven sensor was telling control unit is hotter than it actually is causing vent fan to stay on as a precautionary. Replaced oven sensor, tested unit, unit works good.

"Arrived on site to install new sump and motor assembly / drain pump to resolve F9E1 error. Installed new parts. On install found the float switch tray full of rock chips from the flooring, and had gotten underneath the flood switch. Tested unit with rocks removed and new sump installed. Arrived onsite and attempted to repair unit according to the service pointer for LED light failure and discovered a loose harness clip on the fridge side which slipped off pins when module was detached from liner.

"Arrived on site to diagnose gargling noise coming from dishwasher and console intermittently working. Upon arrival customer informed us of the noise and the console not working, checked unit for error codes via service diagnostics, found none. Put unit into diagnostics cycle and operated as designed, confirmed with customer that the noise the were heating was from the drain pump circulating water to the drain itself. Found the console to be bad due to possible moisture issues within the console, replaced the console and now the unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool. Upon arrival the customer stated that they thawed the unit out for a few hours and emptied the FC. The FC then started cooling as designed. However, the RC was still to warm. I checked the temps and found the FC at 6?F after being opened for a bit. Then the RC at 46?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all fans turning on and running as designed and the thermistors reading good. Upon further inspection I found frost build up on the RC evap cover. I gained access to the control and checked voltage/ohms to both RC and FC thermistors. The RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 was receiving 1.7VDC and ohmd out at 3.43k ohms. The FC thermistor from P5-3 to P5-4 was receiving 3.5VDC and ohmd out at 7.01k ohmd. The RC thermistor read good, but the FC thermistor was way out of range (7k is showing it is at about 40?F when it should be 20k ohms for 0?F). I then found the RC evap thermistor from P8-@ to P8-2 only reading at .6k ohms. These readings indicate a faulty HV control, a bad FC thermistor, and a bad evap thermistor. I installed the control and FC thermistor. Upon gaining access to the RC evap thermistor I found it was a solid block of ice. I advised the customer in order to finish the repair we will need to leave the unit off for at least 48 hours. Returning with the thermistor (already used one).; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer power cord wiring. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they just moved in and wasnt sure if the dryer power cord was wired correctly. They advised that itll turn on but doesnt dry. I inspected the terminal block and the power cord is wired correctly. I checked voltage at the terminal block and got 77V from red to black. Got 120V from black to white and only 44V from red to white. Checked at the outlet and got the same results. I recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlet for improper wiring. No lint observed during service, job completed. Unit left unplugged for safety."

Checked the amp draw and amp draw coming in was good. Also checked voltage from the wires to the start device and found 120v was good. Checked start device and was not getting correct voltage going through. Replaced start device. Waited about 15min and saw the temperature in the freezer get to 57 degrees and refrigerator was at 75. Arrived on site for ALL BURNERS STILL TURN ON BUT NOT HEATING UP ENOUGH. FEELS LIKE NOT ENOUGH POWER. Found two front burners and warmer burner had weak flames. Cleaned all five burner plates and orifices. Found heavy build up in front two burners and warmer orifices. Flames burning as designed. Adjusted flame on each to ensure the flame patterns looked appropriate. Customer brought to my attention their oven door wasnt closing all the way to allow them to bake and broil when the door was placed in the closed position. Made adjustment to the activation rod that allows the switch to know the door is opened or closed. Oven door closes as designed so customer can bake and broil without shoving the door closed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not getting any water to the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F21 for long drain. I then tried to run a test cycle, but it ran on drain the entire time and never switched to anything else. I then tried to run a normal cycle and the same thing occurred. After running for several minutes it threw an F21 error for long drain. I gained access to the filter and found several coins in it. I drained out the tube and cleared the clog. I then ran a test cycle and found it filled and ran through as designed. No error codes were thrown. I then began a normal cycle and it started fine as ran fine. I advised the customer of my findings. The unit is now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing stuff in the RC and not making ice. Upon inspection I found FC8 = RC=31. I found the unit stuck in defrost. I accessed the evaporator and found a good frost pattern but the heater would not turn off. I replaced the control box and evaporator thermistor. As I replaced these parts I noticed the front panel where the condenser line runs through felt abnormally hot to the touch. I accessed the condenser fan and found it dead or not operating. I tested voltage at the connector and found only 57 Vac present when 120 Vac is needed to power the fan. I checked red to ground and found 125 Vac present.

Arrived onsite to replace control. Replaced control. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will crush the ice sometimes on cubed. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will crush a small amount of ice when dispensing on cubed. I advised the customer sometimes the auger arm can break up some cubes while dispensing, particularly if they are clumped together. She also stated that the ice maker has slow production and only makes a few trays a day. I checked the temps and found the FC at 3?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 14?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and the fan worked as designed. The ice box thermistor also read good. I jumped the harvest and fill and found neither worked. I then checked voltage to the IM while trying to jump and found 0VAC. I gained access to the harness and observed no damage. I still found no voltage. This indicates a faulty control. "Arrived on site for no cool in refrigerator compartment and previous freeze in crisper drawer, customer informed that the freezer is still cooling but the fridge compartment temperature is high, found frost on the fresh food evap cover. Put unit into service diagnostics and the condenser fan is still running even though the unit should not be functioning while in diagnostics. Ran service diagnostics to check the compressor, tested fine, checked the fresh food section evap fan motor, fan motor did not come on, accessed housing and found ice blocking the drain tube and that the fan motor had failed. Removed the fan motor and steamed out the drain tube to be fully clear. After replacing the fan we noticed the unit has a proper frost pattern and the unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was not getting proper temps. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would sometimes cook uneven, and that the temp would not stay consistent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for UI to control status mismatch. The customer stated however they had bad power outages a while back which could of created this. I preheated the unit and found the average temps at 351?F. I did not find any issue with the control or UI.

Arrived onsite to replace part ordered by previous tech. When taking the old one off. Notice a build up of ice behind the ice maker and somehow a propeller had broken off in the ice build up. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I installed the front right burner brass washer and the mounting brackets w/screws. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed and secured to the countertop. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit giving an F33 error code. Put unit in diagnostics and unit would not test. Did get F33 error. Positive the console is or the control as well.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments warm. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor & condenser fan and neither came on. I tested voltage to the condenser fan at the hv control and found no voltage. I removed and replaced the hv control and once I plugged the unit in, the compressor and fan came on immediately. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to completely cool and approximately 48 hours for ice production to be good."
