Arrived on site for SAFETY Cons states MW will not shut off. Customer concern was microwave would run without a counter in the display and wouldnt stop. Found timer for microwave counting down as designed while heating one cup of water. Water was hot. Placed in diagnostics and F6E4 came on. This was a stored error code that hadnt been cleared. Cleared error code. Shut off power for two minutes and powered back up. Ran microwave for two minutes with a cup of water. Water was boiling and counter was present. Microwave stops running when timer ends.

"Arrived on site for Range Oven not maintain temp, Costco- Additional 1 year warranty on Costco Purchased Product Went to test temps. First high temp was good. Upon cool down and next high temp the igniter did not light flame. Heard two clicks and that was it. Ohmed out harness from valve solenoids to DSI board and harness is good. Inspected igniter wire from bake igniter to DSI board and it was good. Removed valve and installed new valve. Placed in preheat and igniter lit first click. On second high temp igniter clicked and lit flame first click. Range heating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for LEAKING WATER (FILLED A 2 GALLON BUCKET ABOUT 1/3)- CANT TELL WHERE ITS COMING FROM. Inspected bellow and no tears were found. Placed in diagnostics and LF and F9E1 codes came on. Pressure switch was not kinked and working as designed. Placed in diagnostics and ran auto cycle several times and no leaks detected. Pump draining as designed. Removed pump filter and found debris and a lot of sludge inside. Used customers sink to clean out. Ran diagnostics another two times and still no leaks detected. Customer confirmed they were using more than a tablespoon of detergent when washing clothes. Most likely over sudsing occurred causing the washer to overfill and leak onto the floor. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not cleaning dishes nor dissolving pods. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E1 for no or low water level, F7E2 for heater stuck on, and F5E1 door switch or door stuck open issue. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found the pump not turning for roughly 60 seconds after fill. Then when on it sounded weak. I gained access to the control and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found 120V to the motor the entire time. This indicates a bad wash motor.. I installed the new sump and motor and then ran a test cycle again. I found the sump and motor not responding at all now. I checked voltage to the motor at the motor and found 120V. This indicates a faulty sump installed. I am ordering a new sump and motor and scheduled to return

"Arrived on site and found customer has started a normal cycle and it has been running for approximately 15 minutes, customer says after 20-30 minutes of normal operation dishwasher stops and its idle for the remainder of wash cycle, drains refills, eventually drains and dries. Although wash motor is running for a while Dishes do not wash properly. Spoke with techline and set washer into a diagnostic cycle, 4/3 wash motor not running , 7/1 power off to heating element. Reported what was happening during diagnostic cycle to techline, 7730799566 dishwasher will complete a diagnostic cycle normally without incident, tech line recommend bringing back control board and harness if needed, will also bring backwash motor even though it has already been replaced; ordrng 1 W10902005 (Control) and 1 W10834763 (Harness) and 1 W10917110 (Wash motor)"

Arrived on for refrigerator needing diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I was able to find the dryer installed by previous company had leaked and cause oil and refrigerant from compressor to drain out. I then installed new uv dryer as well as a compressor and access valve. I then pulled a vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure all contaminates were evacuated from evap coil. After verifying unit could hold vacuum. I recharged unit with 5.5 oz of refrigerant and verified after 20 minutes of run time that unit was giving stable pressure reading of 130 high side and 0 low side. Unit showed eleven frost on evap coil. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

The customer advised that shed run two or three loads were the unit was not drying her dishes and then she tested it again yesterday and advised that the unit did dry her dishes. She still one of the unit checked out just in case. I ran the unit through diagnostic mode and found no stored error codes. Ran it through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did notice the customer is not using rinse aid and went over some tips to give her her best dry on her dishes. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
