"Arrived on site for a dryer that would not spin nor heat. Upon further inspection I found that the unit would power on but when you start a cycle it did nothing. I found the correct voltage at the wall and terminal block. I found no drop in voltage when I pressed the start button. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the thermal cut off and fuse both open and needing to be replaced. I installed both parts and the unit was now running. I verified airflow and temp to the unit and found almost no fluctuations in heat and the temps very slowly climbing, indicating bad airflow. I found no issue with the blower wheel or anything caught in it. I removed the vent and tested the airflow again. The unit was now fluctuating properly and climbing temps significantly faster. I recommend the customer having the vent in the wall checked before running the unit and that this could of been what blew the fuse and cutoff.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Placing my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box, I tested amp draw to the element and got 7-9amps during wash cycle and drying cycle of diagnostics. I found a large amount of corrosion on the element and two spots with potential to burn out soon. I removed and replaced the element and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that customer says is not cleaning well and not fully dissolving soap. Ran unit in diagnostic mode and heard weak agitation. Checked errors and found fault F7E6 for motor. Replaced motor and retested unit. Verified unit is agitating harder now. Recommended trying different soap, Kirkland brand is being used which has been known to be hard to dissolve. Advised a different brand and smaller loads should resolve and cleanliness issues. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking not cleaning well and no heat. Upon inspection I found a melted spot under the heater in the back left side of the tub. I found the front of the heater bent upward causing the lower spray arm to get stuck and melted a hole in the arm. With the arm getting stuck and the hole it would cause the water to spray to the front of the units corners and leak out. I ran diagnostics and found the circulation pump would not switch from upper to lower. It would only stay on upper. I spoke with SW and we determined that the heater failed and voltage traveled back to the harness tripping the TOC and caused the control board to fail.to replace the heater, control, TOC, diverter, and lower spray arm. ; ordrng 1 WD21X24939 (TOC) and 1 WD21X25734 (Control) and 1 WD05X28460 (Heater element) and 1 WD19X25278 (Diverter)"

"arrived on site for dishwasher leaving detergent at the end of the cycle. We inspected the unit and work area. We found fault codes F 9e1, diverter cant find position, f6e6, inlet water cool water, F5E1 door switch, f8e2, drain motor electrical problem. We ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the wash motor not pumping but still receiving power. We quoted the customer for a pump and motor assembly. The customer agreed. We replaced the pump no motor assembly. The customer provided a new ha due and asked us to install it on the dishwasher. We installed the ah doe and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete no water leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for wall oven not keeping correct temp and foods not cooking thoroughly. I accessed the back of the unit and found all sensors and elements showing good resistance. I found good continuity at the TOD. I then tested the bake relay on the upper oven I found the relay would energize with 240Vac for a brief time but then it would not cycle as designed. I tested the same relays on the lower oven and they would cycle after about a minute or so indicating the upper ovens control has failed relays. I tested the relays on the new control and they now cycled as designed. I reinstalled the unit and tested preheat. The unit preheated and is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for oven over heating. Upon arrival found unit was heating as designed slightly under calibrated accordingly. Spoke with customer on calibration.

arrived on site for oven over heating. We inspected the unit and work area. We tested the bake and found both the bake and broil coming on. We gained access to the bake and broil elements and monitored voltage to both. We found during preheat the bake and broil would cycle on and off. When the unit got to temperature. Outside of preheat we found the bake and broil elements coming on at the same time durning the heating cycle. We found the oven temperature sensor within range and change appropriately with the temperature changes. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that would not start. Upon arrival the customer stated the issue was it will intermittently stop in the middle of a cycle every few minutes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5 and E something. Upon further inspection I found part of the UI LEDs out and actually bubbling up. Because of this I could not get a correct read on the error codes. It is a door switch issue however, for all F5s are door switch issues. I advised the customer on opening door in between cycles and not closing the door to hard. I could find no issue with the door latch. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found at the end it started doing random things. Such as the wash arms would rapidly skip around, the unit would drain a little, more skipping around, and it became inconsistent. I opened the unit and found significant suds at the bottom of the tub (pics in quick pic), and there was no soap in the dispenser prior to the test. Meaning it was all soap residue causing it. I also found the customer not using rinse aid. I found the customer started using a new soap that is all powered and an off brand. Upon further inspection I found the floater physically broken and needing replacement. I found the actually switch working as designed. I am ordering the floater and returning with all other parts. I advised the customer to clean the tub and change soaps before running the unit again. That we we could run it through an entire diagnostic cycle to verify function. .; ordrng 1 WPW10346525 (Floater)"

"Arrived on site for microwave letting air into the home from the outside. We inspected the evap terror vent and found nothing wrong. We gained access to the vent box inside the cabinet and found the damper flap missing from the damper. We also found the vent box stopping the damper from opening. We reshaped the box so that the damper will open. We replaced the damper it one that has the flip in it. We reassembled the vent box and Che Jed for air leaks. The box is sealed again. I spoke to the customer about the repair. I explained that they are next to a field so there is no air break, so they will have a small amount of air come in but nothing like before since the damper door is in place. Job complete."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I found the bottom of the FC frozen over again and the drain pan frozen with a sheet of ice blocking the drain. I steamed out the drain and inspected. I found the drain grommet is collapsed. I accessed the rear of the unit and verified there is no obstructions in the drain tube I called techline SR#7730630640 and spoke to ED. I advised the Customer reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not powering on. Upon inspection found connector to control loose. Secured connector and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise every 5th or 6th use and unit had sparked on the inside of the unit. Tested unit. Could not get noise or spars to happen. Customer went ahead and tried and was able to get noise to happen. Called tech line. Said to check all the blowers and possibly could be turn table motor. Opened up the unit, couldn?t find any burn marks or scorched areas. Everything looked clean. Put unit back. Tested unit and it is still heating. Did tighten screws to the switches to pull in closer for the door to make better contact. No issues at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly in the RC. I checked the temps and found the FC at 18?F and the RC at 60?F. Upon further inspection I found significant frost build up on the RC evap cover. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the FC fan running, but I did not hear the RC fan run. I found all of the thermistors passed and the unit would go into defrost. I gained access to the control and checked voltage to the RC fan at P14 from pins 3-4 and found 14VDC as it should be. I checked the RC evap thermistor at P8 from pins 3-4 and it had 3VDC and ohmd out at 7.6K. This indicates the RC should be at 37?F when it is at 60?F (although the ice build up is making it colder on the evap, so this may be roughly correct). I found the RC thermistor at 4K ohms which is right around where it should be for 60?F. I did not hear the baffle motor open either. I checked the baffle motor at P2-2 and P1-2 and found 120V going to it and same on output on the control. This indicates a bad damper motor and fan motor. I am ordering both and office will need to reschedule. Will return with the co trolls just in case as well. I advised the customer due to the thickness of the ice that they need to leave the refrigerator off for 48 hours prior to service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10248595 (Air Baffle Control) and 1 W11087438 (RC Evap Fan Motor)"

Arrived on site for an oven that has a broken outer glass. Inspected unit and work area. Found a dent on the front panel that caused the outer glass to shatter. Replaced outer glass and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator icemaker not functioning. Upon inspection found ice maker is cycling and can hear valve trying to energize. Found that supply line is external and valve is not functioning correctly. Customer was notified that external supply valve must be fixed to correct issue. Once supply is restored, if unit symptoms persist return with valve and icemaker just in case"
