I noted slow loss of pressure and checked the evaporators with leak solution and then filled the condensate pan and found no leaks. I isolated the Yoder and noted a loss of 5 psi in 17 minutes and contacted the tech line, tech Cliff. Advised of findings and tech confirmed a cabinet leak that cannot be repaired. SR# 7734838423. The CX will be contacted by the MFG. No leaks observed during service."

Put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code 7/4 basket re-engagement failure, 6/3 ACU cannot heat MCU, 0/3 overload. Ran auto test and completed however during the switch from agitating to spin the slider kept popping. Eventually would engage and continue with test cycle. Ran normal load and unit would only slightly turn the agitator tower the display cycle complete. Basket would not engage and would not fill with water. Inspected underneath unit and found signs of oil spatter around cabinet. Also oil on rotor. Unit is under 2 yrs old. Customer will be reaching out to manufacturer for possible concession. If not notified customer that it is recommended to replace the Gearcase, control, clutch and slider. Customer to reach out depending on conversation with manufacturer. ."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and found the control panel did not respond. I checked voltage at the junction box and got no reading. I found a switch on the wall to the right of the unit and turned it on which provided 122V, but the unit continued to fail. I checked voltage at the control and got nothing. When I checked the harness at the junction box again, sparks came out of the wire nut for the neutral wire and I noticed the wire cover was a dark white and not bright. I cycled power to the unit and removed the wire nut and found the wires had shorted. I cut the wires back and re-wired the harnesses and cycled power, at which time, the unit came on. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found unit disassembled by CX. Tested amp draw and started at 1.2 amps and then it would drop to 0.92amp. Compressor was extremely hot. Frost pattern would start out good but about half way on the evaporator no frost would be shown. Unit would need a sealed system repair. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected ice machine and found recirculating pump is running but there is not enough water in the reservoir and it is just pulling air. Found a slab of ice partially melted over cutting grid and another complete slab of ice behind it. Also found drain pump is dripping water. Removed drain pump completely reset all hoses and it is no longer dripping. Removed cutting grid and found large amount of calcium deposits keeping sheet of ice from sliding forward. Also found cutting grid connector is failing, took one picture. Also found evaporator thermistor is reading open so icemaker is only running in timed cycle.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of the freezer, has light scrubbing inside of the refrigerator and freezer sections, and is not able to dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the ice container is broken and theyre unable to dispense ice. Checked the dispenser motor and found that energy was being supplied but the motor would not turn. Did verify the impeller would be able to be removed. Confirm the ice container issue and checked the lights. Replace the freezer light and then the refrigerator lower light and found neither of those lights causing the lights to flicker. I also steamed out the ice buildup underneath the freezer evaporator and cleared out the clog and the drain tube. Ordering the dispenser motor, ice container, and refrigerator light module for repair. I cycled power and disconnected the left burner switches and found the warning lights on the control did not turn off. I cycled power and reconnected the switches and disconnected the two right switches and cycled power and found the lights turned off. I found a small burn mark on the front right switch. I cycled power and reconnected the back right switch and cycled power and found the warning lights remained off. I found the front right burner switch has shorted. "Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing lights flickering in certain rooms during the agitation cycle. Set washer to run on a normal cycle. Pulsing lights is observable, inspected lower assembly and found gear case is leaking oil. Spoke with GC and lights are likely pulsing due to motor pulling too many amps. It is probable that replacing the gearcase can solve this issue, At minimum woud need to replace Gearcase. Would also bring back rotor, stater, clutch if needed.
