Arrived on site for ice machine needing previously diagnosed filter head assembly. Upon arrival I installed needed part then reassembled and tested unit. Found water supply had almost fully returned through filter when new head was installed but noticed is was still a bit slower coming through the filter when filter was plugged in. Informed customer they would need a new filter ASAP in order to insure new head assembly works with out any further issues

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking three or four cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer has this unit in a small outside laundry room. Tested the unit on a time dry high heat cycle and found the unit heating and turning. Looked at the back of the dryer and found the dryer vent hose crushed and restricted due to a spring vent hose. I removed the vent hose and found the unit cycling as designed. I advised the customer that due to the restriction of their crushed vent hose, their unit would not ventilate out air properly and would cause a sauna-like condition in the unit. I told the customer to get a periscope style vent kit for the dryer and if they had further problems, to have their dryer vent looked at due to the vent going through a second story. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Ive been on site for dishwasher not draining properly. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that there was an F9E1 error code but I also found an F8 E2 error code indicating an electrical issue with the fill valve but upon further testing I could not find any electrical shorts or reasons why the F 82 area code was appearing. I also found that the drain pump was receiving the proper voltages but the motor itself was barely humming whenever the pump is being activated at this point we I was able to reschedule the customerto complete repairs of the new drain pump; ordrng 1 W11412291 (Pump)

"Arrived on site for arrange that?s clicking and not igniting. Inspected unit and work area. Customer plugged unit in and the unit mechanic sparking at the left front burner immediately and would not stop unless if you try to ignite the burner. When igniting the burner, the ignition would not ignite. Replaced ignition harness and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling. Found customer reseting unit by pressing start to many times. Informed customer on findings and all is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s making noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has made the sound almost every morning and does not make the noise constantly. Customer played a recording of the sound which appeared to sound like a fan blade heading plastic. Check the evaporator for a defrost issue and did not find any evidence of a defrost issue. Ran the unit through in evaporator fan and air baffle test and the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a compressor and condenser fan test. The unit ran as designed as well. Tested the unit icemaker harvest and fill in the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7730640558. He advised that based on all the testing we ran that those were the only components that could be causing a noise and that if the issue is sporadic, the only thing he could point to is refrigerant noises. Advise the customer of tech lines findings and advise the customer to take a video of the sound (as well as open the freezer door, pull out the unit, etc) on the video to see if the unit stops making the noise or to locate the sound location. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an oven that won?t heat during a bake cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does broil and I did confirm that by running a test with the bacon boil elements. Remove back cover and gained access to the control. Tested voltage coming out of the control and found 120 V out of the bake connector. Followed voltage down to the element and confirmed voltage. Checked voltage on the other side of the bake element and found 120 V. Checked voltage going across the bake element and found no voltage. Spoke to SW and was advised we would need to replace the wire harness and element.

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not dry and close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it?ll sometimes take a couple cycles to dry their clothes and that he does heat but the clothes will still come out damp. Tested unit on a time dry heat cycle and found the unit heating in tumbling. Looked behind the unit and found the vent hose completely crushed and looping around five different directions due to a long vent hose. Took the vent hose off the unit and found the recycling properly. Advise the customer that the unit issue is with the vent hose. Advise customer to shorten the vent hose or purchase a new one for repair. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop tubes need replacing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they lifted the cooktop up, they didnt realize thats the orifice holders needed to be unscrewed from the cooktop first and the gas line tubings were damaged. I found the front left & right burner tubings damaged/broken to where gas can leak and the back left & right were bent. I recommended replacing all four tubings I am ordering all four burner gas tubings and CNOTE-LSO and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. He recommended to replace the FC door with the harness in it, for the harness was fine at the bottom of the door and he believes it may be damaged internally. He stated that 5e door should come with the harness in it already, but I am ordering the harness as well just in case. He also recommended to replace the control just to be safe. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit is one of the washer/dryer laundry centers in an apartment. The unit was in a close quarters closet and sitting on a leak pan. I opened the dryer door and closed the door switch and turned the unit on. I found the heating element coming on as it illuminated in the back right vent area. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested airflow in the dryer on the air only setting and the unit failed 3 out of 3 tests. I found that the vent tube at the back of the unit is crushed in between the dryer and the wall (photos). I advised maintenance personnel of my findings and provided photos to them. I recommended that they have this unit re-installed and the pipe at the back of the leak pan be extended further out to allow the vent tube more space. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived I site to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer had some concerns about the repair because the previous tech unplugged the part in question and the unit is still tripping the breaker. I checked all components and could not get the breaker to trip. I advised the Customer to either switch plugs for the dishwasher or have to breaker switch serviced. No parts installed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not filling with water. Customer said that the water valve underneath the sink is leaking even when it is in the off position. Looked at valve underneath the sink and saw leaking from the valve. Went ahead and turned on the valve to help fill the unit. Unit filled with water and was working as designed. Valve still continues to drip and make a noise when turned on. Turned water back off and valve is still dripping. Let customer know that is a plumbing issue at this point and a plumber needs to be called out to fix valve under the sink.

"Arrived on site and inspected ovens and found it is now giving F9E0 error code randomly, Previous error code is no longer showing. F9E0 is shown when cycle starts, when idle, when almost done with bake cycle. When bake cycle is started there is a constant clicking noise coming from either control board. Both copernicus boards were replaced 4 months ago. Spoke with techline and they Wanted incoming voltage checked, wiring has not been changed and this error code was not present on the first visit. After uninstalling oven and replacing both Copernicus boards again SW assisted checking incoming voltage, at this time everything is correct. Started a bake cycle on both ovens and requested that customer let it run until they are confident that a repair has been made, job complete"

Started testing led modules by replacing different led modules one by one from a module that was from van stock, I was able to get four of the refrigerators led modules to work but the rest remain unpowered. Arrived on site to test unit for panel not working. Test unit and found ui error code.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with some water or condensation on the top RC shelf. I checked the temps and found the FC at 8?F and the RC at 37?F. I found significant water on all shelves in RC. I gained access to the back of the FC and found a sheet of ice frozen over bottom of FC and drip tray. I gained access to the back of the unit and did not find drain hose clogged. I put tubing up the drain line and could feel it hitting ice, indicating it is just ice freezing over. Due to no frost build up and the water going into RC this indicates the heater is still working on the evap. I advised the customer on my findings and let her know several things could cause it. As in something falling and covering the drain hole, or the door being left open slightly and causing it to freeze over. She said this could be very likely. I advised the customer once she sees water coming into the drip tray she knows she is good. Per customer request I left back bottom panel of refrigerator off.

Arrived onsite for unit having ice box freezing up. Upon arrival found unit ice maker slightly tipping to left. Adjust unit feet to offset issue. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Leon had me perform more tests and recommended replacing the high voltage components...mag/capacitor/diode again and provided file #7730641112. I found the control was covered by extended warranty so I removed and replaced the control and retested the unit. The unit is operating/heating as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine making to loud of a noise. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E1 for load detected in clean cycle. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and the only abnormal sound I heard was the water pressure being to high. The customer said that was normal. I heard no abnormal sounds during spin. Unit appears to be running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an ice machine that was making thin ice. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit seemed to be warm and the ice was thin. I ran through each step in diagnostics and they all passed. I found the reservoir only filling up roughly half way up which is what is creating thin ice. I replaced the valve and let the unit naturally cycle again. The reservoir is now filling up all of the way. No leaks observed at time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for Broiler will not ignite. Upon arrival broiler ignited 3 times in a row on first click. 4th attempt the igniter didnt glow orange / red at all and clicked five times. Arrived on site for refrigerator RC iced up again after thermistor replacement. Customer stated that unit iced up again and was not cooling well but to cool better the next day. Found unit unplugged after customer stated is has been for about 14 hours. Performed diagnostics mode and tested RC thermistor (test 2) and found closed circuit. Tested dual evaporator thermistor (test 39) and found closed circuit. Gained access to control and tested RC thermistor (P8-1 P8-2) and found 3.9 K ohms and voltage at 5 volts DC. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke Leon. He recommended to replace the fan scroll and confirmed that may be UI but no way to test UI for that failure. Arrived on site for dryer control panel not working properly. Tested and inspected unit and found failed UI. Office to schedule return trip. ; ordrng 1 Seenote (Office to schedule)

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found hot water flow is weak in comparison to the cold water flow. Washer is giving an LF code. After replacing it hot water flow and cold water flow are both good, job complete"

Arrived onsite and replaced control and tested unit finding it still overheats and stops heat function after about 2 and half minutes. Discovered cooling fan is not operating when heating cycle is in progress which allows overheating. Ordering cooling fan to repair. Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. Upon inspection found failed supports and failing belt. Replaced supports and belt. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly with no noise. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave/oven combo with misaligned doors. Found when microwave was serviced lower right side of outer panel was not fully installed in inner frame. Reinstalled outer panel properly and all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is warming up in the refrigerator compartment and dripping from the ceiling. Removed evaporator cover and found evap covered in ice from not draining.called tech line and spoke with Cathy, SR7730636485. Found no currently known issues and was advised to steam the drain and clear it and melt down ice. Steamed drain and evaporator and verified drain. Unit likely had a small piece of styrofoam lodged in the drain. Reassembled. All is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found bad thermal fuse again. Called Techline and let Techline was told to replace thermal fuse and test fan and fan working correctly. Techline said to check. For installation issues customer will call installation company job complete File#7730638560

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found 0v at outlet. Found breaker off tried turning breaker on and breaker was turning off right away. Disconnected dishwasher from outlet and tried turning breaker on and breaker is still tripping with out anything connected to it.
