Arrived onsite for a washer that leaked after a cleaning cycle. The CX stated they have used the washer since the clean cycle and it has never leaked again. I removed the lower panel and checked for water trails finding none. I found water trails coming out of the vent on the rear panel and explained to the customer where it had leaked from. I went over detergent amounts and what cleaners to use. The customer requested to get the pump cleaned out. I cleaned the pump out and tested the machine. The unit works as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete

I gained access to the switch, I found the plastic clips that the start switch lock into are brittle and breaking off. The clips are part of the console and the console would need to be replaced. I was able to get the switch sit back in place but it will fall out again as those clips break more."

I advised the customer of the service pointer to replace the entire module when having error codes on the display. Customer advised to go ahead with replacing the fuse and they would see how long itll operate until they need to purchase a new unit. I advised that once I replace the fuse, they would be responsible for the remaining balance. The fuse was replaced and I programmed the unit. When I pressed power, the unit made a popping noise and I saw a flash of light at the back center area of the cooktop and the unit began to show the error code F47.

There is a slight frost pattern in the freezer. Tested the bi metal and it was working. I set the defrost for 8 hrs, then I tested the thermistor and they tested good. Then I tested the ice bin thermistor and it tested bad E5 error. Ordering a ice maker for the RC. The FC temp was 18? and the RC was 46?. There was ice on the evap, having CX remove items from the freezer and defrost the FC section . Informed the CX that there was to many items on the top shelf that stuff will freeze up there. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the main control as directed to the last tech by the MFG tech line. There was no change and the HF whine could be heard after the repair. I scoped incoming voltage and found a clean 56Hz sine wave. Monitoring the DC supply showed 14.63 VDC with an odd divergence at approximately every 10th of a second. The left (smaller oven) controller was the only one producing the noise, but switching wiring caused both to emanate the squeal, until the unit had power cycled. Unloading the REB board, the only other item on the DC line, made no change. I contacted the MFG tech line and discussed the issue and previous repairs with tech Andrew. SR# 7734794361 I advised the tech of my findings and the unit has been submitted to engineering for further review and action and I will be contacted. No gas leaks detected during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived onsite for a microwave oven combo displaying door. I found the cavity lamp not working. I tested fuses and the cavity TOD and all tested good. I found only 120 VAC on the filter. I found the breaker in the on position and not tripped. I reset the breaker and tested voltage at the filter and had 237VAC. When I opened the door the breaker would trip . Because of the way the breaker was acting I advised the customer to have it replaced and I explained to the customer the door switches should be replaced; ordrng 1 WPW10440740 (Lamp) and 3 W10211972 (Switch)s and 1 WP9760588 (Transformer)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that hasnt made any ice since the last repair. I tested temps at 0 and 37 degrees and both compartments were at temp with the SS off. I found the icemaker going thru a harvest but no ice came out. I ran service test 45 and could hear the valve humming but no water cam thru the line. I ran service test 19 and found the fill tube heater working. I ran test 45 again and the icemaker filled. The valve was not weeping. I explained to the customer that if it happened again the icemaker would have to be failing to turn the heater on. I also explained that it is possible the ice maker fill valve could have gotten something in it that caused it to weep and freeze over but at this time it was not weeping. Call complete.

I checked the main gas feeder line to find that it was not contaminated with pipe sealant I found some sealant on the fittings that connects to the regulator I cleaned the out the best I could best I could and tested unit and found no change. through asking the customers questions I found that they had recently began using a humidifier and around the same time the flames began to change color. I spoke to the cx and explained to them how the Humidifier affects the flames on the unit. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete
