Upon further inspection, as I removed the light cover, the customer advised that the light will come on when the button is pressed on the control, but wont come on when the oven door is opened. I found that this unit does not have a door switch that would turn the light on when the door is opened. I verified this info by researching the parts diagram and found no switch in the diagram. I advised the customer of my findings. I tested the light by turning the light on at the control and it is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, unit is operating as designed. Cleared the code and tested and unit is operating as designed except the element failed to draw any amps. I removed the outer door panel and tested the element at the control and found the element open. Also found the vent is leaking water (photo). I removed and replaced the element and using a vent gasket from my van stock (WP8269259) and removed and replaced the gasket and retested the unit. I found no further water leaks and the unit is operating as designed. Element is drawing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. "WRF767SDHZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was cooling as expected, but no ice had been produced since the last service. I verified the condenser fan operating and water flow to the upper ice maker. There was a stored error that had been cleared and after clearing, the ice maker filled as expected. The lower ice maker harness was not plugged in at the gear head and after correcting, the ice maker cycled and filled as designed. The leveling legs were not set and there was nearly a two inch forward tilt at the top of the machine. After setting the leveling legs, right door height and squaring the cabinet, the doors closed and sealed expected. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

Previous tech replaced the main control and I found the customer has a water softener system and are using pods as detergents. I explained what effects the softener system has on the washer and dishwasher in regards to detergents and made recommendations for detergent use. I advised the customer that I believe the unit is detecting an off balanced load and is taking longer to balance the load before is goes into a full spin. The customer advised theyve never used the detergent dispenser and when I opened the dispenser, it was covered in mold. Also found mold inside the drawer. I recommends the customer switch detergent and made recommendations for use and care. I am ordering the dispenser assembly and scheduled return service for 04/02/24. "WFG320M0MS0 Arrived for popping noise. During bake and broil functions, there was a loud popping noise. I found the floor of the oven had not been correctly installed and after correcting position and reinstalling, the issue was resolved. During final inspection and testing, I found the right grate, at the right rear section, had failed. There were no impact points and the issue appeared to be from a failed casting. Office to order part and contact the customer to arrange return service. No gas leaks detected during service. ; ordrng 1 W11465357 (Grates)"
