Upon further inspection, I found the unit with a slab of ice on the evaporator and could hear the reservoir pump pumping air due to no water in the reservoir. I found oil caked along shaft. Also found main control was failing to proper actuate most commands given.

Customer informed that the food in the freezer compartment has been over freezing, put unit into service diagnostics and found thermistors testing good, all fans testing good and defrost testing good, put unit into basic defrost mode rather than global as we put it into global last visit. Found temperature extremes of 77? and -22? in the freezer compartment. We reached out to techline and advised them of the situation. They recommended replacing the gf2 board for the unit, we got sr#7730827844. Replaced the gf2 board per techline instruct and powered the unit back on, unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

After plugging unit in and letting unit run for 20 minutes I found evap coil frosting over evenly, the condenser fan evap fan compressor as well as dampener motor all functioning as designed both in normal mode and diagnostics. I then found during diagnostics that the unit failed the FC evap thermistor test. I the. Replaced the main harness and evap thermistor in freezer. After reassembling I found in diagnostics mode that unit was no longer giving error code and found unit. Ow had full functionality. Arrived on site for a dryer with no heat. I gained access to the heating element and found the main harness visibly burnt and split causing the no dry. I ohmd out all the thermostats and found them all good. The heating element ohmd out good as well. I found just the harness needing replacement.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating. Upon inspection I found F4E2 stored in the unit. I found the heater failed. Arrived on site for dishwasher not heating water or drying dishes per customer on arrival. When enters diagnostics I found unit had no error codes stored and customer stated last technician had cleared units codes. After running a temp check of water coming into dishwasher and at the sink I found dishwasher temp water was only 101? and the sink temperature only got up to 112?. Upon further inspection I found a heating element was also functioning as designed during the wash cycle and was trying to heat up the water and was also kicking on during the heat cycle I did find however though that during the wash cycle the water temperature would barely reach over 105 when the heater was activated to warm it up. Customer and I also found that on their water heater itself there was a electrical timer device causing the water inside the water heater to only heat up at certain points during the day and was shut off for the remainder of the day and according to customer they are using dishwasher during times when timer on water heater would be shut off and not heating the water in the tank. Customer is going to get timer removed in order to allow water heater to continuously heat water up and after making that adjustment their dishwasher should go back to functioning as normal. Arrived on site for washer making loud noise during spin according to the customer. Upon arrival INR diagnostics but once again found no error codes stored in the unit. Upon further testing I was able to take out a load of towels including but not limited to five big bath towels a few dish rags and some smaller rinse towel items The customer just finish washing it and put in the dryer and then run a normal spin test as well as a high-speed spin test and diagnostic and customer user mode. During all available test there was never once any metal on metal sounds coming from the gearcase or the triac in the main control and I noticed no wobbling or bouncing around noises if machine was unlevel.Also documented with Robert that the customer saying the dispenser is filling with a little bit of water at the end of each cycle but upon further testing we could not find any issues with the water in the valve and at this time he says that is normal to see some water in the dispenser. Techline is stating we can take no further action in repairs and that unit is functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found rc at 47 degrees and FC at 40. Upon inspection of the compressor compartment I soaped up all connections and eventually found a leak within welded connection between compressor and condenser coil. It took some considerable time to get connections reconnected properly I was eventually able to get unit resealed and held a solid -30 psi vacuum for over 15 minutes after 20 minute vacuum was completed. After recharging unit with 4.5 oz of refrigerant I found that compressor was intermittently making some very odd noises that did not sound healthy. in order to to go back out and reinstall new compressor, dryer, and possibly new condenser coils as well.; O-emld tckt"

The customer advised that it they have an appliance technician friend who advised them to unplug the unit for 24 hours and plug the unit back in and it has seem to fix their issue. They advise that they had a defrost issue where the evaporator cover was completely covered in frost and they could not dispense water. They advised that after defrosting the unit for two days, the unit has seemingly been working properly. I removed the evaporator cover and found no evidence of a defrost issue inside their refrigerator. The customer did tell me that her son was tends to not close the freezer door all the way when he?s going in and out. Tested temperatures and found the freezer side sitting at 1?F in the refrigerator side sitting at 38?F. The customer stated that the unit has been fully plugged in and working for the past eight days. I did advise the customer being that they have no defrost issue at the time and no issues with temperature, everything seemed to be working as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that for a while the unit was just making a clicking sound what was running through the cycles but eventually it just stopped working and finishing the cycle. Placed unit and service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. Tested the unit and found the unit moving the basket as it tried to agitate. Upon inspection I found the UI turned off but interior lights on. when you depressed any button on the ui it would light all LEDs and when you let off all leds turn off. I ohmed out the UI harness to the main control and it checked good. I found voltage leaving the main control but the tech sheet doesnt specify how much it takes to power the UI. I replaced the main control and the UI turned on and operated as designed as well as all fans and compressor. I waited for the temperature to start dropping. I called techline to report SR#7730836083. I removed the ice and confirmed that the thermistor is in correct location. I confirmed that the dual valve is cycling between sections correctly. I also verified water flow down the drain in the RC as per techline once all these have been confirmed then I am to replace the UI. I replaced the UI and fan scroll due to it breaking during defrosting. I vacuumed up the drain pan. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Arrived on site and inspected GE microwave not working.Confirmed the complaint and checked voltage at the outlet and got 120.Opened the unit and observed and photographed serval schorch marks inside the unit which is directly related to the malfunction of magnetron arching and sparking due to the visible marks inside he unit.Called office and spoke with JA and advised the issues the unit was having.

Arrived onsite and attempted to repair unit according to the service pointer for LED light failure and discovered a loose harness clip on the fridge side which slipped off pins when module was detached from liner.

Upon arrival customer informed us of the noise and the console not working, checked unit for error codes via service diagnostics, found none. Put unit into diagnostics cycle and operated as designed, confirmed with customer that the noise the were heating was from the drain pump circulating water to the drain itself. Found the console to be bad due to possible moisture issues within the console, replaced the console and now the unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool. Upon arrival the customer stated that they thawed the unit out for a few hours and emptied the FC. The FC then started cooling as designed. However, the RC was still to warm. I checked the temps and found the FC at 6?F after being opened for a bit. Then the RC at 46?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all fans turning on and running as designed and the thermistors reading good. Upon further inspection I found frost build up on the RC evap cover. I gained access to the control and checked voltage/ohms to both RC and FC thermistors. The RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 was receiving 1.7VDC and ohmd out at 3.43k ohms. The FC thermistor from P5-3 to P5-4 was receiving 3.5VDC and ohmd out at 7.01k ohmd. The RC thermistor read good, but the FC thermistor was way out of range (7k is showing it is at about 40?F when it should be 20k ohms for 0?F). I then found the RC evap thermistor from P8-@ to P8-2 only reading at .6k ohms. These readings indicate a faulty HV control, a bad FC thermistor, and a bad evap thermistor. I installed the control and FC thermistor. Upon gaining access to the RC evap thermistor I found it was a solid block of ice. I advised the customer in order to finish the repair we will need to leave the unit off for at least 48 hours. Returning with the thermistor (already used one).; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)"

Need to order parts to resolve, both modules, display board may be needed, new cooktop, power burner and 1 small burner. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer power cord wiring. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they just moved in and wasnt sure if the dryer power cord was wired correctly. They advised that itll turn on but doesnt dry. I inspected the terminal block and the power cord is wired correctly. I checked voltage at the terminal block and got 77V from red to black. Got 120V from black to white and only 44V from red to white. Checked at the outlet and got the same results. I recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlet for improper wiring. Arrived on site for AIG DW shaft broken above lower spinner arm. Found heating element snapped. Ordering new heating element to return and complete the repair. ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to test unit for RC evap frosting over. Found thermistor was bad and found RC temp set to 33. Replaced thermistor, set temp to recommended 37 and set unit to 8hr auto defrost. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling/freezing. When checked the inside of the unit. The temperature was reading 80 degrees in refrigerator and 75 in freezer. Checked the amp draw and amp draw coming in was good. Also checked voltage from the wires to the start device and found 120v was good. Checked start device and was not getting correct voltage going through. Replaced start device. Waited about 15min and saw the temperature in the freezer get to 57 degrees and refrigerator was at 75. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for NOT COOLING IN EITHER SECTION--CAN HEAR THE FAN BUT NOT GETTING ANY COLDER--WATER IS CONNECTED, but no ice is being made because its not cold enough. Found temps in FC and RC at room temperature. Placed in diagnostics and compressor and fan both running. Tested windings at compressor. Windings tested good. Removed start device and installed new start device. Took temps for ten minutes with no change in temp. No cold air coming out of vent in freezer. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in FC or RC. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged unit in and ran diagnostics. No issues on control. Fans running and compressor running, recorded .56amps. Unit has no sign of frost pattern. Unit seems to have sealed system issue. Need to order compressor, evaporator, valve, dryer and lokring. Arrived on site for ALL BURNERS STILL TURN ON BUT NOT HEATING UP ENOUGH. FEELS LIKE NOT ENOUGH POWER. Found two front burners and warmer burner had weak flames. Cleaned all five burner plates and orifices. Found heavy build up in front two burners and warmer orifices. Flames burning as designed. Adjusted flame on each to ensure the flame patterns looked appropriate. Customer brought to my attention their oven door wasnt closing all the way to allow them to bake and broil when the door was placed in the closed position. Made adjustment to the activation rod that allows the switch to know the door is opened or closed. Oven door closes as designed so customer can bake and broil without shoving the door closed.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of UI console not responding after cooking foods that put of steam or high moisture, found unit working as designed, instructed customer to cover food with Tupperware lids, wax paper, or paper towels.

"Arrived in n site to install previous diagnosed part. Gained access to evaporator drain pan. Removed failed evaporator drain pan and installed new. Simulated defrost cycle by pouring water over the evaporator. Assembled unit and tested all components. All tested good, no water leaks detected"
