Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spitting out clothes or draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit wont go into the spin cycle because it doesnt drain out fully. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit not fully drained of water. The unit immediately went into a drain when the unit was plugged in and could not hear any movement of water. Removed water from the unit and access the drain pump. Found no obstructions within the drain pump and the drain pump bad.

"Arrived on site for a range that wont heat properly. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E0 (main control failure) error code. I asked the customer if theyve ever seen that error code before and they had mentioned that they had maybe one time. Ran the unit through testing on the bake and broil elements. Found the bake element would not heat but the Boyle Element Wood. Gained access to the back and check continuity through the bake element. Found it open. Went to remove bake element but could not gain access to the element. Spoke to service management team for advice and was advised to call Techline. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7732762095. He had me video chat him for 30 minutes to see if we could get the big element replaced. After several attempts, we could not gain access to the element to remove. He advised at this point because the service manual and technical data sheets did not indicate whether this element could be replaced or not, he would report all the findings and photos to review. He advised me to tell the customer that whirlpool and be in contact with them or us depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken agitator. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the top half of the agitator is loose and no matter how hard they try to screw in the bolt, it seems like it stripped. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the bolts going into the agitator coupler with no metal Splaine to hold it in place. Spoke to service management team and was advised to contact whirlpool Tech line. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joe (no SR#). He advised that if the agitator was not being held together properly, the issue would have to be with the agitator itself completely. He advised to order all necessary parts for the agitator and try to come back with a new agitator to assemble onto the washer to be sure that we have all necessary parts. "Arrived on site for The refrigerator (fridge section) freezes the food and water (into ice), even the temperature is 40F. This is a new refrigerator bought from Lowes and just delivered yesterday. Customer stated they adjusted fridge temp to 40 and items are no longer freezing. Found glass bottles on top shelf directly next to diffuser. Explained anything near the diffuser can and will freeze. Pointed out decal on rear bulkhead that explains this. Customer was confused as to why his eggs were freezing on the third shelf down. I showed him how his containers inside the fridge were protruding past the back of the shelf blocking air flow from circulating properly therefore causing spots in the fridge to get colder air thus freezing items in these areas, like eggs on third shelf. Customer is happy with temp items in fridge are with temp being set to 40. Tested thermistors and diffuser. Fridge is working as designed. Job completed."

The customer advised theyve been hearing a fan knocking in their freezer and have had temperature issues. The husband did explain that his wife sometimes leaves the freezer door open and the whole freezer is frosted by the time that they open their freezer again. Ran through diagnostics and checked all thermistors and freezer sensors. All checked good. Ran through the defrost sensor and the defrost sensor passed. Ran the unit through a force defrost and found the heater kicking on and starting to defrost the evaporator. Spoke to PR and was advised to check resistance readings on the freezer thermistors and sensor and all checked good. Found 9.85k ohms for the fc evaporator sensor and 7.64k ohms for the FC compartment thermistor. I told the customer that because the unit is showing me that its working properly at this time, the only other issue would be with an electronic issue between one of the boards. I did advise the customer that it is possible that because they dont always close their freezer door, they may have built up too much ice for the defrost heater to handle. I told the customer to defrost the unit manually due to the evaporator cover being covered with ice buildup.

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previous diagnosed parts. Upon arrival reconfirmed part of prior diagnosis. Found ACU as well as float switch both functioning as designed. Acu had stable 120v connection being received and sent. Found float switch cutting off water supply as designed and ohming within specs. Unit seems to be inconsistently cooling in the freezer compartment, causing a shortage of ice as well. Since thermistor reading are matching Temps and unit is not overheating the compressor, ordering the updated control kit for this model with new main control and UI per parts instruction. Arrived onsite for ice dispenser dripping water. Upon inspection I found that the ice door seal was misaligned causing warm air to get in to the ice bin meriting the ice and the water to run down and out of the dispenser.I adjusted it and tested the ice door and found that it is now sealing properly. Upon further inspection I found that the filter was installed incorrectly causing the filter light to stay on. "Arrived onsite for unit having water in the drip tray at the bottom of the unit. Looked at the unit and couldnt find a leak, it looked like it may have been leaking from the inlet hose. Pulled the tray out and dried the water inside the tray and off the switch. Put it back together and tested the unit and couldnt find the leak during testing. Called tech line to report findings. Said that the customer may need to replace the water inlet hose. Spoke with Andrew got Sr#7732747487. No issues at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite and replaced the ui per techline instructions and verified the ui is reading the same model as the sticker. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. Customer will need to set up WiFi to alow for ongoing updates to software.

Arrived on site for microwave sparking in center. Inspected unit and work area. Found cavity paint burnt around turn table pivot. Added high temperature cavity paint to correct issue. Informed customer to allow 12 to 24 hours before using to allow paint to dry. Job completed.

Arrived on site for dryer on.y running 5 minutes then shutting off. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes and found none. Performed air flow test and found good air flow. Found load size to small and not enough moisture for sensor to work. Informed customer on small loads would need to use time dry. Unit tested good.

Arrived onsite and found squealing from the factory belt being a little too long. Replaced with updated shorted drive belt. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.
