"Arrived on site for NOT COOLING/FREEZING. Refrigerator was located at the maintenance garage located at the main office. Took temps and FC was 5 and RC was 38. Fan is running. Gained access to evaporator and found molex connector that comes from the main harness to the heater connector was not plugged in. This is why frost accumulation would not melt eventually causing no cooling. Researched notes from my self and previous tech. We never accessed the evaporator for the in warranty repairs. Also noticed at some point between our previous visit and today someone other than us replaced the thermistor. I know this because the thermistor was wrapped with foil tape and zip tied. This is not the way they come from the factory. IT IS the way we recommend replacing the thermistor, so it was done correctly.

Attempted to clean out washer with wet vac and try to reassemble drain pump. Drain catch gasket would not stop leaking. "Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator found early last week customer experienced frost buildup inside of freezer section. Six days ago they removed the frost themselves. Now during the service call the evaporator looks normal and there is no excessive moisture or frost in the freezer section. Issue is likely due to a food item causing an air gap and allowing moisture from the exterior to build up inside the freezer. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is making a lot of noise and walking when in use. Ran error codes and found F7E6, F7E7 both for motor issues. On inspecting the unit it was severely off level and diving to one side. Checked the basket and found the hub had play and the basket could move. Replaced hub, leveled unit with a level, and replaced shift actuator with the updated part. Calibrated unit and tested. Verified unit is much more quiet and centered with no further abnormal movement. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found no ice production. Reset icemaker and immediately cycled and filled with water. Also found customer is experiencing water on the bottom of the fresh food section, took one pitcher. Removed fresh food evaporator cover and found drain is working properly, foil edge on the evaporator cup has deteriorated and Styrofoam on evaporator cover is beginning to disintegrate. Added foil tape to attempt to restructure drain and correct water path. If this does not work a new evaporator cover will be needed. Also found door Molien is worn at the top and a spring is missing that keeps it straight when the door is closed. Raised left foot so that Molean goes into receiver again.
