"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new IM and harness. I then jumped the harvest and fill. The IM is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. I found the customers valve to be very loud, he informed me it had always been like that.

Arrived onsite and replaced the strike which had snapped. Unit is otherwise operating as designed. All checks good.

Moisture will travel back to the unit if it cannot escape through the vent. I used the test kit to confirm bad airflow. Job complete.

Arrived on job for complaints of leaks. Found the dishwasher uninstalled and kitchen under repairs. From pictures taken by contractor I replaced the valve. Supply hose looks like it should be replaced before reinstalling unit.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or ice. Upon inspection I found the ice bin full of a solid block of ice. I also found the water dispenser would barely dispense water. I removed the filter and the water dispenser worked as designed. I installed a pressure reducer valve on the supply line but the issue remained. I put the unit into diagnostics and tested voltage going to the ice maker. I found 12VDC present at the harness to the IM but the ice maker would not respond to any of the tests in diagnostics. I also found correct voltage at the fill tube heater connector. I am ordering the ice maker, valves, and filter housing to complete the repair but advised the customer that the issue may be a faulty filter in the unit causing pressure issues within the water system of the unit. I also found the unit to be set to 41 in the RC and -3 in the FC so I charged it to the recommended temps. Arrived onsite for door to the unit not turning off the light and not starting. Had the customer show me how they operate the door and noticed that the customer would close the door softly. Arrived on site for ice machine needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I found unit lost all refrigerant and found leak in evap coil. After disassembly of unit I installed needed parts and reassembled and charged unit with 5.75oz of refrigerant after verifying there were no leaks. Found after letting unit run for over 30 minutes that ice production is working well and needs a full 24 hrs to fill ice bin up.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice correctly. Upon arrival ran all icemaker related diagnostic test found everything passing except for test 120 when checking voltage for the icemaker we found that at the P 10 nine and 10 connections that there was not 12 DC volts go to the unit like it was supposed to instead I was only getting one bolt. Will need office reschedule to return and install new icemaker trident UI as well as a bella Ui. Arrived on site for a washing machine that still not washing clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit agitation does not work and seems to click while in use. He advised the clothes are not really moving when the unit is supposed to be agitating. Confirmed customers complaint and found the cam disconnected from the shifter. Replaced the shifter with an actuator from truck stock. Test of the unit several times doing manual testing and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site I turnstile previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace control and reassembled and installed the unit into the wall. I advise the customer did you get the unit time to make ice. I did advise him to call back if he has further issues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an oven that is condensating in the inner glass. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to be condensating in the upper oven door glass between the inner and outer glass when he is using his lower oven but not the upper oven. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Tested the upper cooling fan and the lower cooling fan in the component activation tests and the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7731267212. He advised that the issue this customer is having is completely normal due to the doors not being completely sealed and condensation being evacuated from the lower oven. He advised that the upper oven door will have a larger degree difference then the steam that is being pushed out and said that is why when he uses the upper oven and the upper door is hot, steam is not present in that upper door. He advised that this is normal operation. He did instruct the customer to use aluminum foil or tops to his dishes to lessen the amount of moisture being removed off from his food, use the upper oven for dishes containing more moisture ,or to use both ovens to eliminate this issue. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Checked the icemaker function on the door and found the icemaker had been turned off. Turn the icemaker back on and within a minute, the unit began to cycle and harvest. The unit dumped ice and refilled as designed. I did advise the customer since the unit did make a fresh batch of ice and refilled, it appeared that the issue was just that the icemaker itself was turned off. Customer was unaware of how to turn the icemaker on and off from the user interface and I went over how to do that. I advise the customer to call back if he has any further problems. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s making a loud sound as it defrosts. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they called in, the unit had made the sound twice and was extremely loud. He advised that since they had called in the service repair on it, it is self corrected and has not made the noise since in the last two weeks. Checked both freezer and refrigerator for any defrost issues and found none present. Went through several components from the evaporator fan, damper Control, and compressor. The unit ran as designed. Placed unit in service diagnostics ad found an 7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and found the unit making a grinding sound as it spun. Looked underneath the unit and found the belt had been stripped and oil has been leaking from the transmission. Unit will need a new transmission gearcase, cam, and belt for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees and ice box=6 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and it showed the E5 error code. I tested the thermistor in test 58 and it showed to be open. Tested the ice maker harvest in test 57 and it harvested and tested the fill tube in test 45 and it failed to fill , but I could hear the valve opening. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the ice maker, fill tube heater, dual valve and will return with the prescreened parts. The water dispenser is operating as designed. The ice maker and hv control will need to be replaced and then test the ice maker fill tube in test 45. If it continues to fail, replace the fill tube heater. "Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that is not wanting to start. On arrival customer informed me that they have noticed the drum is hard to turn, and previous tech also mentioned the same. She also said moisture is getting in there and its noticeable. When I went to spin the drum I did briefly feel resistance, and also felt water drip on my hand. I checked the outside vent and found the vent flap is stuck wide open, so moisture and wetness from the exterior is working its way into the dryer. Unit is hard to turn because the roller guides and possibly motor are developing surface rust from being exposed to constant moisture. In order to repair we would need to replace the motor, rollers, pins, and idler arm and wheel, anything that moves. Heating element seems fine. Ordering authorization to contact extended warranty company to see if they will approve repair due to rust from an open vent. "Arrived on site to inspect washer with water dripping into the tub. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can hear water dripping into the tub when the unit in not on. When i inspected the basket, I didnt find any water at the bottom or on the sides. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the valve and it is operating as designed. Once I finished with diagnostics, I found that water is collecting in the detergent tray and dripping down into the basket and its normal accumulation at the end of the wash cycle. I recommended that the customer pull the detergent tray out after each wash and allow it to air dry and that the water drip is normal. I advised the customer that if the amount of water increased and they had a constant drip to notify our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer stopping during cotton or regular heat. Upon arrival the customer stated the dryer when on cotton will stop after a few minutes of running, but on all other cycles will finish through. They stated sometimes though they will be damp at the end, and that on permanent dry the unit gets way to hot. I tested the airflow to the unit and found it poor for electric dryers. I removed the vent and tested airflow with it on and off. I then removed the vent to have good airflow and ran it on cotton. I found it now running longer and as designed. I monitored the temps and found them within range with the vent off. The unit is working as designed. I found the customer had the unit venting around 11ft from the laundry room to his garage. The vent went down under the foundation and back out through the wall. I advised the customer that this issue is most likely due to exterior venting and informed them about their lack of airflow. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be a double oven and the lower oven is controlled with dials/timers and the upper oven is operated by the main control. When I attempted to test the upper oven, I found the control would not allow me to set the correct temp and once a temp was selected, after a minute or so, the unit would shut off.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice on the evaporator. Shortly after, I found the hot gas valve turned on for maybe 2 seconds and shut off and the ice never slid onto the grid cutter. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested voltage to the hot gas valve solenoid and got 116V. Tested resistance to the solenoid and got 414ohms. Advised the customer that the unit needs the hot gas valve, solenoid valve body, non-UV drier and access valve Unit left turned off. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Removed the frost and cover to find the evaporator engulfed in ice and frost. Tested ohms to the element and found it open. Unit was actually in defrost mode when I tested temps. I am ordering the element and bi-metal and office to schedule return service. I advised the customer to unplug the unit approximately 48 hours before I return to allow the unit to defrost and to place towels around the unit to catch any water spillage from the evap,pan under the unit. "Arrived on site for a Range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they called in, the range tripped the breaker whenever they use both oven and cooktop together. He advised that happen twice in a row after flipping back on the breaker. He did advise that in the last few days it has not done that and I tested the unit using the big function at 375?F and ran all four burners on high. Could not replicate the issue I did not find a stored error codes on the unit. I did advise the customer that intermittent issues like that would most likely be attributed to the power supply. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has an upper rack that won?t slide board. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the rack wedged around the spray hose in the back causing the issue. Fixed the connection and was able to get the rack to slide forward and backward. "Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing ice. Float in drain pump sticking and unit not registering water level in reservoir. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the vent fan on and immediately F8E5 showed on the control display. I tested the unit with a cup of water and after 30 seconds, the water was warm. I placed the unit in diagnostics and attempted to test the sensor and could not advance through diagnostics. I retested the fan and found that I could not hear the damper opening or closing. I removed the unit from the wall and found the vent tape was restricting the damper from opening. I adjusted the vent and reinstalled the unit and retested. The damper is opening & closing as designed. I tested the unit with a cup of water and after 30 seconds, the water was hot as expected. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and it continued to fail. After resetting the time, after a few minutes, the display went blank. Arrived on site to test unit for door not latching. Test striker make sure striker was sitting correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for cooktop with abnormal flames. Upon inspection I found the center burner and RF burner caps were swapped causing the burners to not light or light with very abnormal flames. I corrected the caps and advised the customer on proper care for the unit and advised them on what spillovers can do to the components. I found evidence of spillovers and grease within the unit but it is now working as designed. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the fan and found it still not running. I installed the control and then tested the unit. The cooling fan was now turning on. I preheat the oven and let it run for roughly 15 minutes. The unit no longer threw the error code and ran as designed.

Arrived on job for complaints of not dispensing ice. Found the ice container damaged. Will need to replace container. ; ordrng 1 W11185686 (ice-contnr)

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not draining. Upon arrival the tub was full of water. I pressed the cancel/drain and found the unit would not drain at all. The customer stated it has been like this since moving in a week ago. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for float switch open. The float switch is open due to the amount of water in the tub. I could hear the drain pump running and found voltage going to it. I vacuumed out all of the water and then removed the line at the disposal. I found the hole at the disposal for the DW drain line has not been punched out. This is causing the unit to not drain. I found the DW itself as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. I advised the customer on what a customer instruct entails. I informed them they have used theirs today,

Arrived onsite for microwave making noise when in use. Upon arrival tested unit. Inspected and found debris in blower fan not allowing fan to operate properly. Removed debris and tested heating water. Unit is heating and functioning properly. No noise at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Customer stated she had husband switch from being on right side of dryer to being on left side and it has been working better since. Used air flow tester and got bad reading. Found vent hose was smashed on rear of unit preventing proper air flow. Adjusted vent hose and tested, unit is now working good. Advised customer to monitor and be careful not to push unit back smashing vent hose. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for unit having some over frosting in the freezer. Looked at the unit to see if the freezer was sealing correctly. Door was sealing properly. Didn?t see much frost buildup inside the unit. Customer said they cleared a lot of it up and said they haven?t seen much of the frost back. Let customer know of the sealing with the door to the cabinet, recommend that to get rid of the left over frost buildup is to allow the unplug the and have the freezer door open to the unit about 12 hrs to unthaw wats left over of the frost and to have towels handy to help with soaking up the left over water. No issues at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer with long dry times. Found timer advancing and no failures to unit itself. Did note clogged external venting causing longer than normal dry times, and informed customer on findings. Venting issue will need to be resolved prior to using unit."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser dripping, ice dispensing as crushed when not selected and water dispensing is not cold. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and once I stopped dispensing, water dripped. I demonstrated to the customer how to get the water from the dispenser without it dripping down the door. I explained about how the water is cooled and that theyll only get approximately one cup of cold water and then itll get room temp due to the reservoir that is in the unit. I showed the customer the reservoir as well. I explained why the customer is getting crushed ice every time and its due to the auger teeth in the dispenser bin. Ice will get caught inside and itll get broken by the teeth causing the slivers of ice to come out. Customer also advised that the ice maker is very loud. I tested the IM and when it was harvesting, it was making a very loud noise. I advised the customer that I would order an ice maker and see if it changes anything. Also attempted to level the unit and due to the floors being un-level, Ill need shims. I am ordering the ice maker and shims and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. "Arrived on site for fridge leaking intermittently. I inspected the unit and work area. I out the unit into diagnostics. I checked the minimum and maximum temperatures for the last six hours and found them with in range and no huge swings. I inspected the bottom of the fridge and freezer. I found no ice build up and the evaporators free of ice. I gained access to the controls and tested all thermistors. I showed them reading properly and within range. I removed the drain tube and filled the drip pan with 2 cups of water. I found the drain pan not leaking. I inspected the drain tube and found it clogged, see so quick pic. I found water marks on the top of the chassis from were water was leaking out from the drain tube. I cleared the drain tube. And use a wire brush to clean it out. I spoke to PR about what I found. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for leaving white film. Test unit and found unit not getting water and soap not dissolving correctly. Found float stuck in the full position. Secured float test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for RF burner not igniting and LR knob not functioning. Tested RF burner and was working properly. Customer explained it started working on its own. Possible over spill while boiling water. Did replace failed knob and tested. All burners are functioning properly . Job complete
