"Arrived on site for cooktop causing right front burner to click nonstop once activated until it was turned off again. Upon arrival I disassembled the unit and verified front right burner was not turning sparker off. After swapping the sparker ignition wires to test spark module I found issue with front right burner would move around to which ever sparker was plugged into original front right position. Customer had stated he had disassembled unit himself and sprays he founds main gas manifold has live voltage running through it some how. I tested all wired connections but found no shorts or voltage being sent into the manifold in any way during diagnostics.

Upon further inspection I found the cutoff valves were off behind machine. After turning water on I tested the unit and found the could side of the inlet valve not functioning correctly. I removed water line and verified pressure from hose was good. I then installed a new valve and reassembled and tested unit. Found cold water coming in faster into the machine as designed. No leaks before during or after repair call complete

After inspection of fresh food evap I found no issues but when I removed and inspected freezer evap area I found a defrost issue occurring. After removing all ice build up I found evap fan had stopped functioning. After installing a new evap motor kit I reassembled and tested unit and found everything functioning as designed. Upon arrival I found ice bucket half way full of ice with no signs of melting. Upon further inspection I found ice bucket was sitting mounted properly and the flap that allows for cubbed or crushed wasnt opening well enough. I replaced the ice bin and retested ice dispenser. Found unit wasnt crushing ice during cubbed selection anymore. Informed customer that since bucket is sealing well now to give it between 24-48 hrs to fill bucket with ice. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water from the icemaker according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection customers show me some photos of icicles that were forming from the icemaker and dripping down into the freezer compartment I was able to narrow down and find that the water valve had been the initial cause of the problem and was allowing too much water into the fridge whenever I was having power sent to it intern this led to the icemaker being overfilled and causing ice a former on the teeth while the motor is still trying to run and it broke the Teeth free from the motor. After getting authorization I was able to replace the icemaker as well as the water inlet valve and then reassembled and tested the unit and found there were no leaks coming from the icemaker or the valve at this time or during the repair at all and icemaker is now filling with the proper amount of water as designed call complete

Upon arrival the customer stated the issue is she will close the door and in order to get it to run she has to push up on her door. Upon further inspection I found the door sagging some as the prior tech pointed out. I adjusted the door up again and tested the unit with a cup of water in it. However after trying a considerable number of times, I could not replicate the issue. I called techline and spoke to Adrian and received SR# 7730559215. Adrian recommended adjusting the hinges to fix the issue, which I had already done. We did find some damage on the left hand side door where the hinges are. "Arrived on site for washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer said it occurs when in high spin and sounded almost like bad bearings. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E0 for loss of power and F2E1 for stuck button. I cleared the error codes. I then activated each component separately and when in low, medium, and high spin it sounded like a helicopter taking off. All other functions ran as designed and no abnormal sounds occurred in agitate. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the clutch, slider, and stator/rotor in good condition. I found no sign of oil leakage. Due to the F7E0 error code I checked voltage at the wall which was good. I checked the power cords continuity and it was good. I also found the control good. I found the wash plate in good condition as well.

Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door not aligned with the right RC door and the right RC door handle and FC door handle was loose. I leveled and squared the unit and tested the door closure and found the left RC door isnt closing well due to the mullion getting stuck on the pivot block so I placed some manufacturer approved grease on the mullion and block and retested and the door closes as designed. Arrived on site for FL ERROR CODE - GETTING REALLY LOAD THEN THE ERROR CODE APPEARED RANDOMLY DURING THE CYCLE. Removed filter trap inside drawer and cleaned out gunk inside. Found hot water valve screen was discolored and was most likely the cause of the FL error. Removed hot water valve and installed new hot water valve. No leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan noises and unit showing PO on UI control. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=37 degrees. I found ice in the bottom of the FC section. Pulled unit from the wall onto my floor protector and inspected the drain tube and found a small gap that I sealed with silicone. Put the unit back in place and disassembled the FC section and removed the ice. I found where there was condensation on the top section of the freezer and once I removed the evap cover, I found a large block of ice in the upper right corner of the evaporator which is an indicator that the FC door had been left open for a period of time. I removed the ice from the evaporator and cleaned off the condensation from the FC section and reassembled the freezer section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection I I found that the upper and lower racks were completely rusted and falling apart. The lower wash arm assembly was visibly broken and not working. The tub also had several inches of standing water in it. I tried to run a cycle and it would work on nothing except light wash. The unit would not drain and would just continue to fill. I tested voltage at the terminal block and it was good. I then tested voltage at the pump and found none. I turned the unit off and ohmd out harness and pump. The pump read open and the harness read good. This indicates a bad timer and pump. The unit needs both racks, wash arm, timer, and pump/motor replacement. Other components may be bad, but need to replace parts for further diagnosis. Ordering all parts and waiting for approval to install. Office to reschedule after approval.; ordrng 1 WD22X10055 (Wash Arm) and 1 WD28X10369 (Upper Rack) and 1 WD28X10284 (Lower Rack)"

"Arrived on site for HEATED UP AND DINGED WHEN 'READY' BUT DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT WAS AT 425. IF IT DID REACH DESIRED IT DID NOT MAINTAIN TEMP. TURNED OFF AND TRIED TO TURN BACK ON AND WOULD NOT REIGNITE. Removed warming drawer and found pans stacked up fairly high. Removed drawer and vacuumed floor underneath oven to clear dirt and debris. Set to 350 preheat and used thermocouple to take temps. Bake igniter lit first click. First high temp was 375. Low temp was 326. Second high temp was 366. Low temp was 325. Third high temp was 368. Low temp was 326. Ran another set of temps at 425 preheat and got 446,402. 441,397. 438,399. Customer stated she will not store as much in the warming drawer and keep an eye on any build up of dirt and debris going forward to allow for good air flow underneath oven. Oven heating as designed."
