Upon arrival found that the ice in the bin was bunched up towards the frost of the unit I leveled the unit so that the ice would sit more evenly in the bin. Upon found inspection I found that the bin thermistor was getting 5vc to it. Which leads me to believe that the bin thermistor is going bad I replaced the thermistor WPW10511923. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete

Checked incoming power and found when start button is pressed one leg jumps up to 190 votes from 120 while the other leg drops to 40 V from 120. This is an issue with the incoming power not the dryer. Customer will contact an electrician to correct the issue.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the air vent tube at the back right side of the drum possibly leaking, I removed and replaced the tube and found dry water streaks inside the old tube. While the unit was pulled out, I found where the cold water hose had been leaking water (photo). Since the water hoses were removed by the customer to make the unit accessible, I inspected the hoses and found the cold water hose gasket was badly pinched as if it were tightened too much when installed. I replaced the gasket and reattached the hoses and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and no leaks found during testing. I reassembled the unit and put it back in its place and retested the valves and completed an automatic test and the unit continued to operate as designed with no water leaks. I advised the customer of my findings and provided a photo. Recommended the customer monitor the unit and to call in for service if it continued to leak. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and found that the unit operated as designed no issue draining, I checked the water inlet valves and found that they had some Debris stuck in them which causes the valve to weep and full the washer over time. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the back bellow clamp had come loose and the bellow had separated from the drum. Also found the fill tube from the dispenser to the bellow was loose again. I re-installed the bellow and clamp and tightened the clamp and pulled on the bellow to make sure it would not come off again. I demonstrated to the customer as well. I removed the fill tube gasket and installed a new gasket and placed a clamp in the tube to secure it to the gasket/dispenser (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the water was coming from underneath the unit and the toeplate sound pad was wet. I removed the toeplate and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and monitored the sump/motor assembly from the bottom the unit. I found where the diverter housing had been leaking from the signs of dry water streaks on the floor, water hose and diverter housing. The unit did not leak while testing. I removed the outer door panel and found where the vent assembly is badly leaking water (photo). I found both gaskets on the vent were bad. Only the vent was leaking at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser dispensing slowly. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and found the water dispensing slowly. I removed the filter and retested and it dispensed as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Travis and advised of the complaint, my findings, the history and the SR#. Travis made contact with the manufacturer engineering dept and they advised to replace the white plastic coated braided water line with a Pex water line. Travis advised that this is the last step in attempting to correct the issue and to determine if its the water lines or the unit itself. Advised all,info documented on previous SR#7734521427. During inspection I found the FC door mismolded and unable to keep the gasket in place along the bottom edge, causing ice to form. The RH RC door gasket was torn and will require replacement as well.
