"Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they dry using the sensor dry mode and theyve noticed that the unit will trip the breaker when its been running for a while. I found the the breaker is a GFCI breaker. I tested the unit on sensor dry-more dry mode for approximately 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested the components...element, cutoffs, thermostat, fuse and all are good except the element. I found the metal plate in the element is warped. Also, I found, at the terminal block, the neutral wire in the harness is not attached to the block. I added a connector to the end of the wire and attached it to the terminal block at the neutral connection. I the customer 745 / fees and 68 for the element for a of 729. Customer agreed to the repair and with (861 3U39M. I removed and replaced the element and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water leaking at the back left corner below the control panel. I removed the panel and found the valve leaking. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the valve and found when testing the warm water function, the valve is leaking from near the sensor connection. I the customer 745 / fees and 050 for the valve for a of 038. Customer agreed to the repair and with check #2326. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -5 degrees & RC=72 degrees. I found there is no airflow to the RC section as the FC evap fan is not operating. Eisassembled the FC section and tapped the fan and it came on, but was badly pulsating. I tested voltage to the fan at the molex and its getting correct VDC. Customer pointed out that they replaced the door gaskets and I found theyre badly gapped. I attempted to shape them with my heat gun, but nothing changed. I recommended replacing them and the customer is going to contact the manufacturer where they purchased them. E the customer 3995 for service fees and 3830 for the control and fan motor for a total including 8467. Customer agreed to the repair and the s of 1554 with CC (1554 # 34WUF9) leaving a of 695 I am ordering the main control and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a cooktop with the blower fan constantly running even when set off. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged, and as soon as I plugged it in the blower came on. I unplugged the unit and checked polarity at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the blower switch and found it reading properly when openclosed. Upon further inspection I found the black wire going to the blower switch and spliced into the back left burner switch cut off at the connector from the burner switch. Which is possibly causing a short. Due to this the unit will need a new harness to be repaired. I found the wire harness discontinued. "Arrived to inspect cooling issue. FC temp was 45 and RC was 55, both measured in the bottom of the chambers. R600 Compressor amp draw was 6 and ran steadily during inspection. Evaporator had minimal frost, less than 10% and all fans were operating as designed. The condenser had an inlet temperature of 153F degrees and with the cover off and no airflow, cooled to 119F 12 way through and had a 111F temperature at the cabinet entrance for the mullion heater. The compressor appears to be unable to maintain enough refrigerant flow and will require replacement. Office to order R600 sealed system parts and allow 3 hours for return service. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Went to replace the middle door switch and found that the door switch was making and breaking by itself but was not making and breaking when the wires were on top of the switch. Spoke to JC and was advised that on this model, the two wires went to the transformer on both sides which is why the unit would show continuity with the wires attached. Disassembled the unit and found the wire harness blown between the transformer and magnetron. Found singe marks on the magnetron. Ordering wire harness, main control, transformer, and will need the magnetron and potentially capacitor for repair. The office will need to contact American home shield about the repair due to high cost of repair and potential other parts needed. "Arrived on site for a range thats has yellow flames and is sputtering on one of the burners. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the complaint and tested the unit. Found the right rear making the sputtering when turned to low and would continue to ignite when putting the unit on simmer. Eid confirm the customer complaint and attempted to swap burner heads and burner caps. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 773358686 He advised that during a service pointer training meeting call mom the engineers and advise that there was an issue with some of the porcelain cooktops grounding out the voltage causing a popping sound. He advised for me to return with the cooktop panel, the switch harness, and regulator for the return trip for the yellow flames and the intermittent sputtering of gas. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was dispensing water slowly. I tested the unit and found it would dispense slow with the filter in and faster with the filter out. However, with the filter out the dispenser made a loud chatter. Due to this I checked water pressure outside and found it around 40psi. This is slightly low. Because the water pressure was low and the valve was chattering I replaced the valve. No fee ed for this part due to it being within warranty. I then tested the unit again and found the same issue. I gained access to the back of the unit and removed the line. I sprayed water into a bucket and found it hard. I adjusted the valve and found the pressure never changed. I informed the customer that we can try and install a pressure regulator valve, but it may not completely solve their issue. E the customer for the PRV and new water line at 1282 before and no due to being a call back. I informed them all sales are final. The customer accepted.
