Andy had me pull the oven out halfway to ensure there werent any air restrictions. This did not change anything. Andy also had me bend igniter 1/4 inch from bake burner. This also didnt change anything. Based on what the oven is doing and not giving any error codes, Andy recommended replacing the bake burner to resolve the igniting issue. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator with frost in the freezer and not cooling. Upon inspection I found a full blown defrost issue with a large amount of frost building up on the FC evaporator cover as well as ice sickles coming down off the FC bins. I found 3.9 amp draw at the control when calling for the heater. I found the pantry UI dead and the drawer cavity full of water. There are multiple corroded and broken wires in the drawer. I tugged on the pantry harness and it seemed that no wires were broken. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall unit microwave not starting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the microwave wont start when the doo is closed. I found the display showing the open door error. I pushed in on the door and press3d start and the unit operated. I explained to the customer that the microwave door has to be closed hard or allow it to close on its own in order for it to operate correctly. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew advised that the door has to close on its own or give it a push it order for the switch to close and the unit operates. Provided SR#7730892786. (MM) Arrived on site to diagnose washer with no spin/wet clothes end of cycle. After speaking with the customer I was informed that the unit would intermittently leave detergent residue on clothing. They also stated one time on the bulky cycle the unit stopped and left water in the tub. When they tried to do a drain in spin to get the water out it still did not finish. They also stated they fill the unit 2/3 to all the way full and generally put the soap on top of the clothes. I placed the unit in diagnostics mode and found no error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit worked as designed. I individually activated each component and found it running as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it looking fine. I called tech line and spoke to Adrian and received SR# 7730884574. Adrian confirmed user error and had me go over soap usage and loading per user care guide. The unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not making ice, and not fully cooling the upper shelf in FC. Found FC at 8 degrees, which is 8 above set temp and also too warm to make ice. Checked freezer compartment and found ice built up and frozen on the back panel and covering the vent holes. The unit was stuffed full and was causing the not to fully seal, and freezing moisture on back panel. Steamed out the unit and verified proper airflow. Advised customer that they need to remove excess items from the pizza box pocket, as its keeping the door from sealing. Verified door gasket is sealing good and there are no issues present with it.

Found all the rails are tight, but the door didnt seal at one point and allowed a good amount of ice to enter the unit, and freeze the drain. Removed evap cover panel and steamed area out. Verified drain is working as designed. Rails are good, and I verified the door gasket is fully sealing. Only potential issue I came across was a slight bulge in the rear cover and styrofoam. Advised if it causes door issues to follow up, and we can replace cover and foam.

Gained access to compressor and found condenser fan not running or compressor. Tested voltage to both components and found none. Tested at control and found failed control. Contacted claims department for authorization. Removed failed control and installed new. Checked temperature settings and found LED lights on UI are partially working. Contacted claims to get authorization for UI. Removed failed UI and installed new. Found LED lights working. Informed customer to allow 24 hours for unit to reach proper temperature and 48 to start producing ice. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with chattering noise during water dispense. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I replaced the inlet valve and the noise was still present. I accessed the filter-head and dual valve. I could hear the dual valve making a chattering noise while dispensing so I replaced it and lowered the incoming pressure at the wall a little bit. The unit is no longer making a chattering noise and is working as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer finished cycle indicator not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for codes. While doing this, I found the indicator tone not working when pressing different buttons on the UI. Found no error codes. Tested unit in diagnostics cycle and unit operated as designed except no ending tone. I removed the console and disassembled the UI from the console and inspected the speaker and it appeared to be okay. Tapped on it and reassembled the console/UI and retested. The tone began to work for maybe 10 seconds and stopped again. I am ordering the UI and office to schedule return service due to the availability of part. Arrived onsite for dryer making loud noise while spinning. Upon inspection I found the drum would lop and roll incorrectly causing a loud thud every time it spun around. I disassembled the unit and inspected the bulk head. I could not see any issues. I believe the belt had twisted up causing the drum to become mis aligned. I reassembled the unit and tested. The unit is now working as designed no abnormal noises present. I also noticed some lint packed in the blower housing so I cleared it out. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack wheels broken. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit is not drying and the lower rack wheels are broken. I found the left side wheels wonky and causing the rack to j7mp off the track on the door when rolling the rack out of the unit. Removed and replaced the wheels and test3d. Rack is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. While testing, using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and found the element showing 7-9amps during wash & drying cycles as designed. I found the unit with rinse aid in the dispenser. I set the dispenser dial to 3 to allow for more rinse aid to dispense.
