"Arrived onsite for unit still shut off and rebooting itself and giving the F6E0 code and customer said getting the unit on wi-fi wasn?t workin said it showed as if it is on wi-fi but it never is linking up for some reason. Looked up in diagnostics. Found that the F6E0 in the fault history was in the history multiple times. Customer had plenty of videos of the unit rebooting on it?s own, and not responding to touch and then rebooting again. Was able to erase codes Unit and it randomly rebooted again on its own. "Arrived on site for microwave taking to long to heat. Inspected unit and work area. Found oven gasket not connected to cavity and falling down. Corrected oven gasket and tested oven door operation. Diagnosed a defective defrost thermistor,replaced defrost thermistor,per service pointer W11092686 secured new thermistor to correct location on suction line using foil tape and a zip tie,secured evaporator to liner wall using clamps and zip ties,secured back cover with four screws. Ran diagnostics changed defrost setting to basic.

Arrived onsite for range doing weird things on the display. Upon inspection I could not recreate the issue but the customer showed me a video of the display turning its self off and on as well as the numbers looking jumbled. I verified voltage at the wall. I replaced the control due to the issues and I tested the ovens preheat. It preheated as designed. I also tested the cooktop and it is working as designed at this time. No gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling upon arrival I found pressures sitting at 0 low side and 150 high side but upon disassembling unit I found no frost on either evap coil. I then checked for leaks but found no evidence of uv dye or leaks visible in system. Tried pulling a 45 minute vacuum then swept charged the system but still found no leaks though I did find unit had a lot of contaminates in sealed system causing the odd pressure readings. I then ran test 4 seps 1-5. After getting results from test I then spoke with whirlpool techline and gave them the results of what I found on fridge.

Arrived on site and inspected freezer lighting issue.Confirmed the complaint and found the bulb was not working.Removed and replaced it and unit tested as designed.Customer satisfied.JOB COMPLETE

Disconnected defrost heater and found defrost heater was defective And had no continuity, the bulb was blackened and busted. "Arrived on site for Vibration or Out of Balance loads - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and F0E5 and F0E9 came on. Front right leg was raised. Last visit I leveled the machine. The leg was raised higher than the tile somehow. Checked rotor to ensure it wasnt loose. Bolt was nice and tight. check the suspension and also wash 6 towels on a quick wash to test washer. Suspension performed as designed when tested. Placed 6 towels in loose heaps around wash plate. Quick wash completed without issue. Leveling the machine a second time has fixed the issue. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not cooling and not making ice, found condenser needed cleaning, temps were about ten degrees off in freezer, I cleaned condenser coil, ran ice maker harvest, unit tested good."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that?s intermittent leave shutting off after five minutes. Inspected unit and work area. Play student in service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that when she runs multiple cycles, the unit will run 2 to 3 loads but it will shut off and when she goes to turn it back on, it will only run for 1-5 minutes before it shuts off again. Checked voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage. I ran the unit through an auto test and got proper voltage. I ran the unit through a normal dry cycle 3 times without clothes and the unit did not shut off, but counted down. He advised that there are only three things that could cause the unit to shut off prior to the close drawing. He advised the first one would be if the motor overheated and caused the overload do you block voltage from going to the motor. He said that if that happened, the unit user interface would not shut off but would continue to count down until the motor got cool enough to start running and pull continue until it got too hot again. He stated the second cause would be steam and moisture getting up into the user interface causing the circuitboard to short out until it dried. Again, he said that if that happened, you wouldn?t be able to turn the unit back home to start another cycle and that it would take several hours to dry. Lastly, he stated the only other thing that would cause the unit to turn off prior to the end of dry cycles would be if the moisture sensor bar was bad but you wouldn?t be able to run full loads and the time would just count down and show the unit had completed the cycle. Joel said that the only other issue that could be causing this is an electrical supply issue with power being lost on the L one side intermittently due to faulty wiring or a breaker.

"Arrived on site for washer intermittently dripping water into tub. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics and attempted to recreate failure, it did not occur. Removed water valve and found signs of wear and tear. Found hot and cold come as one assembly. Informed customer issue could also appear, due to changes of water pressure after replacing inlet valve if failure occurs again it would be water pressure issues.Removed failed valve and installed new. Tested valve operation and monitored for possible water leakage. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating during preheat. Reset oven capacitors by draining power for 4 minutes. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer that occasionally unit will need to be reset to restore function especially after a power outage or storm. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite to to finish repair on microwave. I called techline and they walked me through the wiring of the new interlock kit. After installing the new interlock kit with techline I found the unit would still not power on. I tested the unit and it is working as designed at this time.

Arrived on site for a downdraft not rising. I found the switch on top ohmd out bad and needing to be replaced. I installed the new switch and tested the unit. The unit still did not work. I checked voltage at the wall and junction and found 120V. I gained access to the motor and it ohmd good. I found no voltage going to the motor. I then gained access to the switches by the vent filters and found they were good. Upon further inspection I found vent filters not seated correctly and pressing on switches. I adjusted them and the unit began working as designed. I taped up the vent and put the unit back together.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit sparking. Test unit and found high voltage making unit spark. Will need inverter and magnetron and diode.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with issues lighting and also several unresponsive buttons on the control panel. Found left side of panel unresponsive, and also found several cracked igniters that are arcing the spark on the cooktop surface. Control is needed alone with 3 new igniters and new orifice holders for F/L burner.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would fill and the soap would drop, but the water would not run a wash and just sit at the bottom. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no errors. I activated each load and it ran as designed. I got the unit out of diagnostics and gained access to the control. I found 120V to the control. I then started a wash cycle and found the unit now working as designed. I put my leads into J703-1 to J703-2 for the recirculation pump and found control sending 120V. I also drained the unit and found 120V going to it from J703-1 to J703-3 on the control. I ohmd out the turbidity sensor at J711-7 to J711-8 and found it in range. I found the unit now working as designed. I turned the unit off and put it back together. I turned it back on and now was not running. This indicates a faulty recirculating pump.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Customer had unit pulled out. Replaced drain line and drain pump. While replacing drain line noticed that pipe that line was secured to was clogged and full of debris. Customer does not have a disposal connected. Recommended that customer have someone check the pipes for clogs so that unit can drain properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for washer not powering on or responding. Upon inspection of the diagnostics fault code mode I found F6E3,F2E1,F0E3. I replaced the min control and console. I calibrated and tested the unit on the verification cycle. All tests passed. I found that there is an active leak behind the wall where the drain hose is connected I can hear a trickle and the walls and floor and saturated. I checked and confirmed that the unit is not leaking. I advised the customer of my suspicions on the leak. They agreed and will have a plumber come out to inspect. Job complete."

Talked tot each line who advised me that the water level is monitored and measure based on amp draw from the wash motor. Unit may have issues determining water level, which results in motor running longer and often causing it to overheat. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and ice maker fill tube and got no water from either one. I removed the water filter and retested and water dispensed at both. I recommended that the tenant purchase a new water filter due to the current one being defective. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for wall oven not heating. Upon inspection I confirmed the oven will not heat. I accessed the main control and tested the sensor it checked good. I tested the bake relay on the control and I found it would not energize while in bake but the broil element would energize to 250Vac I waited for the unit to cycle but it did not. I will need to return with the main control due to the relay not engaging the bake element. I tested resistance of the bake and broil elements from the control and they both tested good. Ordering a control(W11261165) I found that the unit got stuck in diagnostics and I was unable to exit without cycling the power I recommend replacing the console along with the main control to complete the repair.
