I check the drain hose and found no issues there and the height loop was good. I then ran an diagnostics cycle and found that the unit operated as designed no leaks no drain back when the unit drained. I replaced the water inlet valves due to suspicions that it may be weeping. I tested unit again and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete.

Upon arrival I ran diagnostics mode and tested the icemaker harvest found that it was harvesting I also ran the icemaker water filter just found that it was filling with water and then ran the ice tray thermistor and found that it passed. I checked the freezer door gasket and found that it was sealing up properly then contacted tech line and told them of my findings I also mentioned to techline that the freezer was packed with food and was advised that if the food was packed in such a way to disrupt airflow in the freezer that could cause slow or no ice production. Did confirm the customers complaint and explain to the customer that this is caused by air flow restriction. I asked the customer if they are noticing it taking a long time to dry clothes and they advised they are. Ran a vet test kit on the unit and found the unit showing for airflow for all dryers. Advise the customer that they will need to have event company come out to clean out their ducts. I went ahead and replace the user interface due to the non-display. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found the freezer reading it at 36?F and the refrigerator at 53?F. Checked both of operators and found no evidence of a defrost issue. Went to take a nap draw off the compressor and found that the unit is hardwired to an inverter. Found the compressor hot to touch But attempting to cool. Found the condenser coil is completely cleaned. The customer advised that he had clean them after the unit stopped cooling initially but the unit has continued to climb in temperature. I advised the customer that the issue with the unit is with his sealed system and refrigerant. I checked the condenser and could not see any evidence of any leaks at the condenser. Advise customer of the issue is most likely with a leak at the freezer evaporator due to this only having one evaporator. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for icemachine, inspected unit and work area. Complaint was leaking water from reservoir. Unit was unplugged idk for what reason, unit is in a office and the person in charge of it was not available. I plugged unit back in and tested and found it leaking from the cleaning drain plug because it was lose. Unit was not filling with water found the recirculating pump bad. I sniped the 3 sensor wires to bypass and test, unit stared to fill correctly. Once it would go trough the cleaning cycle and drain it would go into the external drain pump and icemachine would lose power and restart. Unit will need a new drain pump and recirculating pump.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still warning up to much in the FC causing water droplets to turn into ice cycles on the ceiling of the FC liner and frost to build up on all the product. I found a light frost layer on the top of product and ice cycles still on the ceiling. The CX stated it wasnt going into the real low subzero temps after the control kit was installed but it was still warming up at times only in the FC. I replaced the side door UI per our last conversation and charged the CX for the part only. I explained that the frost and ice should start disappearing if the issue is resolved. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit making the noise during spin speed changes, but goes away once the unit reaches speed. I inspected the gearcase and found no signs of an oil leak. I found signs of the belt slipping on the cam pulley and the belt being really loose. I swapped in a new belt and cam. I calibrated the unit and retested the spin. I checked to see if the interior light would come on when opening the door and it failed. I removed the control panel and tested voltage at the control and got zero volts. I removed the terminal block cover and found the L1 had shorted out with the neutral on the main harness (photo). I was going to repair the harness, but found the terminal block was melted and could not be reused. I tested the fuse, cutoff, thermostat and element and all are good.
