I found the owi had some calcium build up on it causing it not to calibrate properly. I spoke to the customer about using lemi shine and running a clean cycle once a month with it. I ran a diagnostic cycle and found it working as designed job complete. Now water leaks detected."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and tested. I found the element illuminating at the back left corner vent. I found lint on the floor behind the unit. Using my vent tester kit, I tested airflow to the unit and found the first two tests failed (photos). Also found the unit was not sitting on any leveling feet. Using parts from my van stock (W11025920) I installed four feet and leveled the unit. I made recommendations to the customer in getting the vents checked/cleaned. No mechanical repairs needed at this time. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. I tested the unit in a normal made and it continued to operate as designed. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. I found a water hammer arrested on the valve under the sink. I explained to the customer that the issue will require a plumber to come out and check it. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

They found every time they cook, food is now not cooking fully. I ohmd out the elements and sensor to find both good. I put the unit into diagnostics code and found several F6E0 error codes for UI miscommunication. I also found the UI LED screen bleeding through and when on one screen you can still see the last screen you were on. Also, the touch screen scrolling feature was not working half of the time I used it. I am ordering the console to replace and we will return to install it. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section at approximately 54 degrees and the FC section still cooling properly. I found the deli control not operating and inspected the control and harness and found all five wires of the harness broken (photo). I found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and the evap motor harness will need to be replaced. Also found both RC doors badly sagging causing the gaskets to be gapped and allowing warm air inside the RC section. I advised the customer of the issues found and advised of the parts needed to complete repairs (deli harness, hv control, UI, RC evap motor harness, drip pan, etc) and had them read the disclaimer provided by management and recommended they purchase a new unit due to the repairs not being cost effective with the possibilities of future issues that cant be resolved. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the display will show 4 zeros then all of the display lights will come on and go off and they cant use the unit. I found the display flashing all zeros. I set the time and then tested the unit with my microwave tester and the unit is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit and allowed the display to flash the zeros for approximately 5 minutes and then removed the control panel and inspected the control/connections and all were good. When I checked the display, all lights were on. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if the issue continues to call it in for service at which time the main control will need to be replaced. Job completed."

I advised the customer that they would need an electrician to check the breaker and replace due to it not resetting.
