"Arrived on site for possible sealed system repair. I checked step 56 and found error code e5 bad ice maker thermistor ice storage temperature satisfied, ice mold in frozen state too long. I ran step 57 and found the unit cycled. I ran a fill test and found the unit no filling with water. I inspected the freezer evaporator and found no signs of frost or ice build up. I ran a temperature check in the freezer and found it getting below 4 degrees. I gained access to the compressor and found the unit missing a back wheel. I inspected the drip pan and found a crack near the front of the drip pan. I found the unit has a dryer with an access valve on it. For the high side. I out the unit into home position and let the pressures equalize. I found pressure at the high side good. I powered the unit on and found it building pressure appropriately. I spoke to CS. The unit will need, an ice maker, fill tube heater, fascia heater, drip pan, and new wheel to complete the repair. order fill tube heater W11087201, fascia heater WPW10553630, drip pan W11225840, icemaker W11294907, roller WP67005149. The roller pin is in the drip pan."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice tray full of ice. I ran diagnostics and the ice tray harvested and filled as designed. I found the unit not dropping below 20 degrees in the FC but the RC was 37. I accessed the evaporator and found a good frost pattern on the coils. I found that it looked like the coils thawed then re froze because of water droplets that were frozen on the coils. I checked all fans and thermistors and all checked good. I am being advised to order the FC thermistor(W10316760) HV control(W11089236) and return with the ice maker. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 416. Next three readings were average of 357 degrees. I found the oven door does not stay open when having at 90 degree opening. I removed the inner pane of glass no found only one pane of glass when there should be two. I installed a second pane of glass and tested the door and it stays open as designed. Job completed"

I removed the toeplate and inspected the lower harness st the left hinge and it was good. I found the condenser coils dirty and vacuumed. I changed the defrost time from #1 to #2 in test #7. I advised the customer that due to the coils being dirty could have caused the unit to stop cooling as the compressor got too hot. Arrived on site for BOTTOM FAN SECTION ON FRIDGE CONTINUES TO FRZ UP CAUSING THE FRIDGE TO NOT COOL. REPLACED MOTOR. CONTROL BOARD REPLACEMENT FROM LAST VISIT SEEMED TO WORK FOR A WHILE BUT NOW WE'RE BACK TO SQUARE ONE. Found heavy frost built up over RC evaporator cover. Otherwise evap cover and drain pan looked good. FC evap cover was good. Pulled out fridge to inspect drain tube and it was good and water was in the pan. No obvious reasons for frost build up from inspecting behind cardboard cover. While behind the fridge I found an area just below the center area of the back panel with a large air gap. This area was cold to the touch and could very likely be the cause of these ongoing issues with the fridge.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that will not start. Found console broken not allowing switches to mount and start switch shorted. Replaced both parts and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site for Not Making Ice - Refrigerator. Tested ice maker I previously installed by jumping T to H and Ice maker motor would not spin. Ice maker I installed last visit is faulty. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Jumped new ice maker from T to H and the ice maker motor spins as designed. Explained to customer they should dump any ice the new ice maker produces between now and six tonight then they can start using the ice it produces. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice. I checked the temps and found the at RC 37?f and the FC 0?f. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and jumped the IM. It harvested as designed. I then jumped the fill and found it did not fill. I gained access to the fill tube and found it frozen over. I steamed it out and tested the fill again. The fill was now working as designed. I gained access to the harness at the left door hinge and checked voltage to the fill tube heater at molex with light blue to white. I found correct 120V going to it. I then unplugged the unit and ohmd it out at the same molex. I found the fill tube heater bad, which is causing the fill tube to freeze over. We will need to replace the door with the heater. No leaks observed at the time of service."

I then ohmd all compressor windings to ground and found them all open. This indicates a bad compressor as well. Before verifying control failure I made customer aware of compressor.

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying clothes on first cycle. Upon inspection I found the vent test kit showing poor air flow with the vent hose attached and good flow when detached. I found only a 3 ft run to the outside and I could see the yard so there was no obstruction in the vent. I ran temp tests and found the unit cycling as designed but in sensing mode it would cut off quickly. I replaced the thermistor and advised the customer to monitor the unit but as of now the unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dish washer with an upper rack not pulling out. Upon father inspection I found the back left wheel came off track. Twenty minutes after departing customer called me to state it had shut down and locked the lid exactly as it had done before. Went back to home and found board not responding to voltage. I tested the thermistor and found the thermistor getting 5vdc and showing within range and changing when I apply heat. I gained access to the fresh food thermistor and found 3.45 vdc being supplied to the thermistor. I swapped in a new control and found the same voltage. I swapped in the old control and tested resistance. I found the rc thermistor in range and changing when applying heat. "Arrived on site to inspect washer turning on by itself. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser is leaking water and the unit came on by itself at 2am. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F3E2, F8E6 & F2E1. Attempted to clear the codes and it failed. I calibrated the unit in test 52 then tested in test 51. Unit operated as designed. At the end of testing, the water continued to enter the unit (photo). I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and it failed. After a few more attempts, I was able to get it back into diagnostics and tested the valve and it continued to dispense water after being turned off. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated another company already replaced the bi-metal, thermostat, and had someone unplug something on the control. I checked the temps and found both the RC and FC at 70?F. I gained access to the compressor and found it running very week. I then gained access to the evap and found the fan working as designed. However there was an ice ball at the cap tube and you could hear the refrigerant spit out. There was also an oily substance on the evap cover. This indicates a SS failure. I quoted the customer for a compressor, evap, access valve, and a dye-drier. Arrived on job for complaints of control not working properly. Interface not working properly will need to replace control. Not recommended for repairs the components around that area will likely break in process cause need for additional repairs. ; ordrng 1 WR55X11031 (interface dispenser)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting cold water. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in spin cycle and found the cold water would only trickle in. Inspected the valve and found debris in the screens and the cold valve open.I removed and replaced the valve and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the drain pump immediately kicked on. I found the control sending continuous voltage to the pump. I tried to put the unit into diagnostics mode but was not able to. This indicates a bad control. I replaced the control and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit ran through as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.
