Arrived on site for CSI DW leaking from door. Last visit I replaced the wax vent. Notes are not updated in this ticket from my prior visits. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found top rack spray arm was spraying directly at the door causing excessive moisture to form in wax vent. Removed spray arm and installed modified spray arm with two ports. Ran through diagnostics again and there was much less moisture forming on the wax vent. This should solve the water trail customer has experienced prior. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the main control and console. I could not get the unit connected to WiFi so I left the WiFi connect teams number for assistance. I tested preheat and the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for anoven who?s upper oven won?t heat during a bake cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer complaint that the igniter was not turning on. Remove back panel and found 120 V going to the igniter but the igniter not lighting.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that customer stated the doors were not opening correctly and the icemaker was not hooked up. Upon arrival found that the installers who installed the fridge had not completed the job the handles were left off the unit and the doors are not swapped around and they did not install the icemaker I went ahead and swap the doors to make sure they would open correctly and install a new icemaker and put the handles on after testing everything thoroughly found that the unit is functioning as designed, complete"

Arrived on job for complaints of gas smell after popping noise under cooktop. Found most of the holder screws will have to be drilled out to get access to underneath. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ignitors continuously arcing while two or more burners are on, I removed and replaced the spark module and retested. Unit continued to fail. I inspected all ignitor harnesses and found the front middle ignitor harness was broken and shorting out. Removed and replaced the harness and retested and it continues to fail. Contacted techline and spoke to Kathy and advised of my repairs and findings and she recommended to replace the spark module again. Provided SR#7730615963. I am ordering the spark module, all ignitor harnesses, main harness, switch harness and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling on. Found failed ui and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer dispenser leaking and unit out of balance. Upon further inspection, customer advised that when they out fabric softener in the dispenser, it leaked out from the bottom. I inspected the dispenser and could not see any cracks in the drawer. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and when the unit began to spin, the basket began to shake vigorously. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the dispenser issue and that it has once been replaced and the basket assembly shaking. Andrew recommended replacing the dispenser and all four shocks and provided file #7730618841. I removed and replaced the dispenser and all four shocks and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Arrived on site to replace compressor from previous diagnosis. Found unit did not have a charge upon arrival. Charged unit to find leak and found leak on compressor high side line. Replaced compressor and dryer. Vacuumed system down. System held vacuum. Charged unit to factory specs and system was stable at 55psi on high and low side. Compressor would kick on with 8.9amps and kick off. Found no drop in pressure. Spoke with SW and PR and both agreed compressor is bad. Needing new compressor. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with ice under ice bin. Upon further inspection I found full ice cubes under the ice bin coming out where the ice bin handle is. I found that the ice bin had a hole punched through the front allowing ice to escape and the bin to get stuck. This also allowed water to drip out every time they opened it up. "Arrived on site to replace door UI and check refrigerant pressures. Test 14(ice box thermistor was reading a temp of 7 degrees) FC was 11 degrees upon arrival. RC temp was 40 degrees set to 38. So temps were correct. Found ice bin was stuck in compartment. Removed bin and found ice chute plate is cracked from constant freezing and removing bin. Found air leak in whole lower and part of left side ice bin door causing ice to clump. Poured water in separator and found no leaks so sealing properly. Door duct gaskets present and sealing properly. Left and right side door gaskets sealing properly. UI is good and switches to Celsius when customer opens door and leaves hand over UI switching it from Fahrenheit to Celsius. FC gasket sealing properly. Water pressure correct. No leaks from ice maker. Ice box fan operating as designed. Needing ice door, ice container and chute plate to fix issue. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice built up in the bottom of the FC section and the drip pan with ice formed in it as well. I removed the slab of ice from the bottom of the FC section and pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit. The tube was clear as I ran hot water through it. Reinstalled the drain tube and using my steamer, I clear3d the drain tube from the evap drip pan. Found a small piece of insulation and some lint that blew out if the drain. . No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on sight to install previous diagnosed parts. We attempted to remove the cooktop and replace the center orfice holder. We found some of the cooktop screws siezed into the orfice holders. We check the screws order and they are the wrong screws. We checked service matters and found the part number correct but the screws are wrong. See sd quick pic. We placed the unit back into the cabinet and retested the burners we found the center burner not sparking when using the center burner knob. It would spark when using the other knobs. I found the cooktop leaking grease from inside the unit due to improper cleaning. I am ordering all the orfice holders, the manifold, the wiring harness, all 10 screws, the seals for the switchs for the cooktop and authorization to complete the repair. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a grinding sound and is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complain about the sound and checked voltage. Found no voltage on one of the lines. Removed plug and reconnected it again and found proper voltage. Unit began to heat and work as designed. Advise customer that their issue appears to be an electrical issue with their outlet and if fears to be sporadic potentially meaning an issue with the connections inside the plug. Disassembled unit and found one of the rollers separated and grinding on the shaft at the back right corner. Found belt loose due to issue with the roller. Replaced roller and belt and tested unit. Unit still had a slight rattle to it so I added sound pads to the vent exhaust. Tested unit again and the unit began working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for ice machine needing previously diagnosed tube. Upon arrival found water line was thawed and not frozen from the evaporator line. Upon further inspection found water was passing from valve to filter housing but when the filter was screwed in the housing wasnt sealing correctly and allowing water to flow through. Arrived on site for a trash compactor that won?t start. Inspected unit and work area. Found the start button not being able to be pressed and fully causing this issue. Replaced switch and tested unit. The unit began to run as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an icemaker that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit within the last 48 hours has begun to make ice again and is unsure of what?s going on with the unit. Ran diagnostics on the unit and found the ice tray thermistor reading that it was cooler than harvest temperature. Tested the harvest cycle and the fill cycle and the unit ran as designed. Checked the wiring harness on the bottom left-hand hinge for any benched wiring or split wires. Could not find any evidence of wire damage. Check thermistors and took temperature. Found the unit within range and sitting out 1?F in the freezer. Spoke to PR and was advised that based on the information, there was no repair to be made with the unit working like it should. He did advise to check the door switch to make sure that it is completely closing. Found the door switch being pressed but added door bumper to ensure that the switch is being activated completely. I did advise the customer that it is possible for her fill tube inside the door to have frozen causing this issue and gave her some tips on troubleshooting to ensure that there is an issue with the unit for the future. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dryer not operating correctly. Upon arrival I found all thermostats and fuses and heating element appeared to be working. Plugged unit into outlet and found unit would pass ui diagnostics check. Found an f4e4 error code in diagnostics and after further inspection found outlet in rentacenter was only providing 210 acV instead of the full 240 dc voltage. Found unit would flicker the lights when voltage would drop to low from the outlet. At this time unit will need power supply fixed before repair. Internally units hardware its functioning as designed call complete

Hide on site for washer giving an F5E1 error. Upon arrival I was able to confirm and diagnostics that there was an F5 E one error code indicating a lid lock fault. Upon further inspection I found that there is a miscommunication happening between the lid lock and the main AC you after getting authorization was able to replace the main control as well as a lid lock assembly and then test and verify that the unit could run without any lid lock sensing issues. No other errors or issues happening at time of service call complete

Arrived on site for washer needing a previously diagnosed gearcase and actuator. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble washer and install the two needed parts are then reassembled and tested the washer in a normal regular cycle selection for the customer with a load of towels and found the unit was functioning as designed customer was also pleased with the fact of the washer did sound quieter after repair than it did before repairs done no leaks before during or after call. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found freezer around 20 degrees, and fresh food section at 55. Found in freshwater food section the evap coil was fully frosted over restricting airflow. Due to previous repairs I went ahead and defrosted evap coil, I then replaced the high voltage as well as the fan scroll assembly in fresh food section. I also replaced the main ui control. Informed customer it could take 24 hrs to cool back down to set temp. Call complete"

Arrived on site for Not Operating - Electric Dryer - PRE-ID Thermal Fuse and Thermal Cutoff. Tested voltage at the wall and was getting 240. Tested fuses for continuity and all tested good. Found door open close switch was not plugged in all the way. Connected open close door switch and dryer is heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water collecting on top of the FC gasket. Upon inspection I found the RC full of water and a sheet of ice. I could see ice forming over the drain. I accessed the RC evaporator and found a sheet of ice formed over the drain tray and tube. I steamed out all the ice but the water would not flow down the drain. I accessed the rear panel and removed the drain tube. I found it clogged so I blew out any debris. I re assembled the drain and went was now able to verify water flow down the drain from the RC side. The water box cover (W11190820) cracked when I was removing it so I will need to order and return. I also found the Water symbol on the UI was fading or dimming. I am Ordering the cover(W11190820) and UI(W10848301) as well as shims for the RC evaporator cover because I didnt have any with me today. Customer requests KYO. For return visit. Arrived onsite for range with burner issues. Upon inspection I found the RF burner would not cycle off at the right time and would stay on after switching to low setting. I inspected their cookware and found the bottom of some of the pans were warped and would not sit flat on the cooktop. I recommended replacing the cookware for best cooking results. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave door not shutting. Upon inspection I found the interlocks depressed in and not securing the door latch. I quoted 260.30 + tax to replace the interlocks and switches. After replacing I found the cooling fan would turn on while the door was opened and when I closed the door it blew the filter fuse. I inspected the switches and they were being depressed as designed from what I could see. I will need to order the switches again and interlocks for return visit. Returning tech please check wiring. Arrived on site for cooktop burner head issues. Tested and inspected unit and found failed burner heads and caps. Ordering needed parts. Ship to customer. Instructed customer not to use burners with issues to be safe. Arrived onsite for microwave with display missing digits or non legible. Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint. I replaced the display board and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed with no issues on display. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to replace control from previous diagnosis. Found power filter kept blowing the fuse. Replaced power filter and now thermal fuse was bad. Replaced thermal fuse, panel flashed then was not able to get it to respond. Replaced control and panel, tested unit, unit works good. Noticed a crack on diode so I replaced it as well. Unit heating good. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for cooktop RR burner not igniting. Upon inspection found when trying to ignite RR burner, the unit does have gas but no ignition. When trying to light any other burner, all igniters spark. Found RR igniter sparking but not when specifically energized. Will need switch harness replaced. Bringing igniter and module just in case. "Arrived on site for freezer not cooling properly. We inspected the unit and work area. We checked deli harness and found it intact. We checked the deli control,and found no standing water or corrosion. We gained access to the control and tested the thermistors and the defrost heater. We found all in good condition. We gained access to the freezer evaporator and found a sheet of ice along the top of the evaporator. We cleared the ice and tested the fan the fan is working as designed. We ran the unit through test 4 and found only the top two coils frosting over on the evaporator. I called me spoke to PR. I am ordering a sealed system. The evaporators, compressor, Uv dryer and access valve. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not drying. Ran unit and got tumble, but no heat. Removed access cpver and back panel and performed voltage checks. Found 240v at terminal block. Found lower red and white wire on thermostat disconnected and hanging. Tightened connector and reattached. Ran unit and verified it is now heating properly. Call complete."

"Arrived at oven not working properly with error codes. During testing found that error code F1E1 internal fault, F2 E1 stuck keypad . Misfired error code . Checked voltage and its good as terminal block is wired correctly. Took front panel off and inspected wiring and control board didnt see anything abnormal. Arrived onsite for the oven not heating properly. Called SW and we went through the process. Gas airflow mixture is fine. Flames coming from the bake are about 3to 4 inches long which is good. Tested broil and flames coming from broil are maybe an inch long which is not good. We determined to change out the regulator but during inspection found that the valve was broken in the box.
