Arrived onsite for dishwasher not powering on or operating. Upon inspection I found the unit was hardwired and there was no voltage getting to the junction box. I pulled the unit to inspect for any damages to the power supply but could not find any. The customer and I figured out there is voltage going to the light switch on the wall that controls the DW but no voltage passing that switch. I advised having the circuit serviced by a licensed electrician. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher missing parts. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning well and they found some plastic parts inside the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Customer provided a rack clip and the 3rd level spray arm with retainer. I installed the clip on the upper rack and demonstrated to the customer how to place it back on the rack for future reference. I found the 3rd level spray arm clip was broken. Using a retainer (WP3400918) from my van stock, I reinstalled the spray arm and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent & rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tested the ice dispenser and found the impeller stripped and not dispensing. I did a temp test in the freezer and found it around 4 degrees. I found the fresh food section at room temperature. I inspected the air baffle and found it clear. I inspected the return vent and found it blocked with ice. I inspected the door gaskets and found them in good condition. I steamed out the ice from the return vent. I poured a glass of water down the return vent and found it not coming out into the freezer. I could hear the water pouring out the bottom of the unit. The insulation in the interior wall between the fresh food section and the freezer has collapsed causing a warm air leak from under the unit causing the return vent to freeze over

"(Tw) On-site for dishwasher not turning off. Ran diagnostics, found F5E1 (door not closed within 4 seconds of unit being started). In diagnostics, found unit cycling as designed. Ohmed out OWI at P12-1&3 at main control 38.7ohms room temp, added hot water and went to 28.7ohms, showing that OWI could detect change in water temp. Checked amps between thermostat and heating element during high temp wash 6.7amps, During dry cycle 4.8 amps. All signs indicating main control not detecting wash cycle accurately. They advised that they tried unplugging the unit and swing other buttons and nothing would change. I found the control lock was turned on and when I attempted to turn it off, the console failed to respond. I unplugged the unit and attempted again and it continued to fail. Arrived onsite for refrigerator producing odd shaped cubes or not dispensing correctly. Upon inspection I found the ice bin full of normal shaped cubes and none sticking together. The customer had concerns of crushed ice coming out when cubed is selected. I tested and confirmed the ice bin is working as designed. I explained that the ice has to pass by the teeth that crush it and sometimes ice crumbles can get caught and release when the pad is depressed but is fairly normal for this unit.
