Arrived onsite for dryer not turning off on its own. Upon inspection I found that when I turned the timer knob I could not hear it ticking as it should. I confirmed voltage at the term block as well as the timer. I found the PTS switch shows open on both settings and will turn on with both settings. Customer informed me that the vent flap on the roof is stuck open and this is allowing excess moisture to come into the dryer. Customer has to replace vent flap to resolve.

Arrived on site for Wont get cold in the freezer of the regular side. Ran temps and freezer was cooling at 37 degrees. Could not hear compressor running upon arrival. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the 3way valve. When I removed the RC evap cover and tested in diagnostics test #4, the RC evaporator had a frost pattern developing and my finger stuck to every coil I could touch. I took the unit out of diagnostics and cycled power to the unit and could hear the 3way valve opening up. When I punctured the system, very little refrigerant came out. I removed and replaced the access valve and UV dye drier and while in the process, I found oil on the previous access valve. I vacuumed the system and pressures held. I installed 5.75oz of refrigerant and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test #4. The unit held pressures and is operating as designed. Both evaporators had good frost patterns. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not making ice, upon inspection found the unit not filling ice tray, quoted customer to replaced valve and customer accepted. Replaced valve and all functions returned. Complete"

"Arrived on site for CSI-hood-noisy in operation. Found fan motor wasnt mounted tight enough causing fan blade to spin unevenly in highest speed. Fan didnt make any noise when in the on and medium spin selection, just high. Tightened all four fan motor screws and remounted fan blade with cotter pin. Ran fan for ten minutes and noise is gone. Job completed.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts via tech line. Installed pads but was not successful. Called tech line. Tech line recommended replacing Door switch with extended switch W10444115. If not successful recommend replacing freezer door. SR#7730959927 . Ordering door switch for fix. "Arrived onsite for leaking. Tested the unit. Found a little bit of leaking from the front. Found that the tube from the dispenser to the tub was sliding off causing a small leak, but tenant said it was a bigger amount of water. Upon further investigation. Found that the drain tube was stuck down the standing pipe much further than 6in. Re set the drain tube 6in. Tested the unit again in a quick wash and no leaks at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water. Tested unit. Unit would not dispense water. Took out the water filter and water was working as normal. Went ahead and replaced filter housing. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator frosting over. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was frosting up by the deli drawer. They also stated the ice production has lowered, and it all began around the ice storm rolling outages. I took temps and found the FC at 7?F and the RC at 51?F. I did find the IM had produced a whole bucket of ice. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components working as designed. I also ran a short defrost and found it running as designed. Upon further inspection I found the evap cover bowed badly, indicating it needs to be replaced per service pointer W11092686. Also per the service pointer I changed the defrost cycle to the auto 8 hour. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. The RC thermistor read 4.52k ohms, the FC thermistor read 5.03k ohms, and the RC evap thermistor read 6.86k ohms. Both RC thermistors are reading good, but the FC thermistor is way out of range. The FC thermistor is reading roughly 45-50?F when it was at 7?F. Technically the unit should be over cooling the FC due to this, therefore it indicates a bad control as well. We will need to replace the drain pan, the control, and the FC thermistor to complete the repair.Ordering parts and office will need to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Drip Pan) and 1 W10316760 (Thermistor Kit)"

Arrived on job for complaints of no water. Found loose connection at valve. Reconnected power and test. Water flowing properly now.
