"Arrived on site for a washing machine that turned itself off during a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised about a week ago, the unit was in the middle of a cycle and completely shut down. Advised about 15 minutes later it turned itself back on and continue to finish the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Checked polarity at the wall and found that the hot and the neutral had been reversed. Explain to customer that the most likely cause of their issue is with their electrical supply due to improper voltage being sent to the wrong places. Advised the customer to have an electrician come fix their outlet and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the basket assy to the right and far back in the cabinet, nearly contacting both at rest and a likely contributing factor to the customers complaint. Further inspection revealed the gear case in the early stages of seal failure and oil was beginning to pool in the rotor area. I removed and replaced the gear case, rotor and slider and re-calibrated the unit. Post gear case testing showed the unit operating as designed. I coached the customer on detergent type and amount. I found the suspension operating as designed with no excessive movement or hop. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect ignition issues. I found both the FL and FR secondary/simmer orifaces were still set to NG and need to be converted the the #50 LPG orifaces. The builder has the orifaces, but at another location and they will change them and contact us if there are any further issues. Operational test ok, no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that continues to trip breaker on GFCI outlet. On arrival checked unit for error codes. Found no codes present. Called tech line and spoke with Bruce. Bruce had me check again for voltage from neutral to ground. Found no voltage present. Measured Amp draw during a diagnostic cycle, drain and spin, and also rinse and spin cycle. Voltage did not drop, and Amp draw peaked at 7.2 amps during agitate direction reversal. Customer had run the unit to another outlet as well to see if it would complete cycles. They showed me a picture of an F8E1 error that popped up when it was on the extension cord and outlet. Customer also informed me the unit had shut off during 1 cycle, and had powered off after they had paused it, and had difficulty unlocking several times. I tried to recreate these failures but was not able to verify them. Tech Line said to check the drain for the F8E1 error, as a siphon can also cause that. I did find the drain stuck over a foot into the standpipe, with at least 4-6+ inches submerged. Adjusted the to proper levels. I also advised to have the customer download the whirlpool app to push any software updates. At this time i could not recreate any of the failures found, and breaker was tripped. Since unit is testing good, issue appears to be related to the breaker and electrical in terms of the breaker tripping. Corrected drain length and software updates should assist with any other concerns. At this time unit appears to be working as designed with no further action or repair recommended, and to have an electrician address the breaker. Tech Line case SR77344978705. Call completed."

Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not cooking evenly on all burners. Confirm the customers complaint and found two burners not heating correctly. I found the bigger burner was not letting enough gas through and was really really low and the smaller burner was releasing too much flames. Check the orfices and Found the orfices had been swapped accidentally. Fixed the orifice placements and test of the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

On arrival checked ice bucket and found it is full, but ice inside was melting and sticking, and ice bucket was incredibly hard to remove. I found the ice bucket seal on the door had come off, and was allowing air and moisture to enter the unit and both melt the ice and causing it to clump. Used some silicon to adhere the seal to the door. Unit is producing ice, so this should allow normal function to resume. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating after repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found dryer powering on and tumbling but not heating. Verified supply voltage and was good. Disassembled and checked heating circuit components and all test good. Ran voltage checks at control and found intermittences. Unit was loosing a leg from control to heater. Found that breakdown was due to the wire harness intermittent failure. Ran checks with SW to confirm.

"Arrived on site to inspect compactor drawer not fully closing. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of trash that had fallen at the back near the motor and was keeping the drawer from closing all the way. I pulled the u;it out and removed the trash and retested and unit is operating as designed. job completed."

"Arrived to inspect no cool in RC. I found the FC cooling well, but there was no air flow to the RC. I verified line VAC to the evaporator fan, but the circuit showed 9.92 Mohm, higher than expected. The RC thermistor was 3.235 Kohm and in line with measured temps. The FC was 18.55. Evap thermistor was 27.2 and dropping after unplugging the unit. All voltages and thermistor readings found within expected values, i exposed the evaporator and I found the evaporator was mostly frost free. The evaporator fan motor would not operate and manually starting did get rotation, but much slower than expected. I removed and replaced the fan motor and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for KitchenAid wall oven not allowing the customer to change the temperature setting in bake. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit set to Celsius, I reset the unit to Fahrenheit. I tested the bake and found it was able to be changed now. I set the unit to 350 and ran a preheat. The unit is working as designed

"Arrived on site and found ice machine is off, after turning it on machine started flush cycle and completed properly. Ice machine then began ice making cycle, confirmed condenser fan is running and heating grid is warm to the touch and in good condition. Observed until first patch of ice was released onto grid and icemaking cycle started again. At this Time could not see any issues ice machine is operating properly. Requested that customer observed ice machine for the next few days.

The customer advised that he found all the parts third-party. Went to test the unit and found the control immediately pop as voltage was being supplied. Checked around the oven and could not find any shorts or exposed wiring causing the short. The customer advised that he has had three other controls below due to this issue. Spoke to CS and was advised that there would have to be something weird going on with the unit including potential voltage issues as this unit shares a breaker with the cooktop. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with water in the freezer bottom. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the fresh foods section. Also found the fresh foods evaporator drip pan badly bowed, the deli control not operating and the customer advised they have seen ice built up on the fresh foods evaporator cover. I inspected the deli control and it was dry. I inspected the deli harness and found the brown wire broken. I explained to the customer that the unit is in the beginning stages of malfunctioning. I explained that the unit has the damaged wire harness which will eventually lead to cooling issue, which theyve already experienced with the fresh foods evaporator freezing up. I provided a disclaimer written by management and recommended they not proceed with repairs due to it not being cost effective. The unit is currently cooling properly, but the deli control is not working due to the harness being damaged.

Arrived on site to continue diagnosing the fridge. I found the Evaporator drain clear. I tried to run a wired through the return vent from the fridge to freezer. I found the vents blocked off from insulation collapsing from to much ice build up. I spoke to the customer about the fridge. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the FR burner base and the FR burner head. I cleaned the orifices and tested the burners. All burners are working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. The customer stated that the unit hasnt worked correctly in a week and when she tried it this morning it was working. I found the filter door not closed all the way and I explained that this could have been the cause. I checked the temps in both compartments and both were within two degrees of set point. The customer had the control set to the recommended settings of 0-37 degrees. I checked the wiring connections at the valves and checked the fill hose for kinks. All checked good. I gave the customer a few things to monitor and maybe help determine what is causing the issue if it reoccurs. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete

"In apartment 515. Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle properly. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code. F8E 1 long, no fill. Ran test and found no water to unit when called for cold water. Found supply off. This was causing extended fill time and no rinse cycle. Established supply and tested. All functions are operating as designed. Customer ran normal load and unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with an indicator light not turning off. Found surface temperature indicator light on in control. Factory reset control and all is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not cleaning dishes well at all. Customer showed me that a lot of their dishes and silverware still had spots on them like they weren't washed. Ran unit and heard wash motor gurgling. Found unit wasn't filling with much water at all. Checked wall valve and found it was almost completely closed, causing a slow fill. I opened the valve all the way and ran the unit again. Found proper water levels and verified spray arms were pushing hard and working as designed. Advised on best usage tips for unit. Call complete."
