"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making sounds as the unit agitates and Spinz. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit making very abnormal sounds during span and agitation. During the spin cycle, found the unit making sounds like an airplane taking off. Went to remove the rotor from underneath the washer and found the rotor completely stuck and leaking oil everywhere. Attempted to pry the rotor off after removing the bolt but only got the rotor stuck even more. Attempted to remove the agitator and had the same issue with the agitator sliding a quarter of an inch upward but then completely stopping and not allowing the agitator to come loose even with vice grips. I did advise the customer but they would need a complete rebuild with the agitator, spanner net, basket, tub, filter, gear case, slider, clutch, stator, and rotor. I did advise the customer that a large majority of those parts are under warranty except the basket, tub, and drive motor. The customer advised that they werent sure if they were still under an extended warranty or not but just decided to have us come out anyway to see if the issue was a minor issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. I reviewed previous techs notes and the unit was supposed to be cleaned and the manufacturer wasnt covering the cost of repairs due to the excessive amounts of oils that caused the failures. Upon further inspection, I found cooking oil dripping from the bottom cover and cooking oils on the cabinets and puddled in between the cabinets and top of unit. I advised the customer that the manufacturer will not cover the cost of repairs due to the excessive amount of oils on the unit. Customer advised that they have cleaned the unit to their liking. I advised that the excessive oils is not acceptable as it can ruin the functioning parts of the unit. I attempted to explain wha the previous tech reported in his notes and advised the unit would need to be professionally cleaned before we can service. Customer advised that their inspector told them the unit is not installed correctly. I inspected the installation and found the unit within specifications of the manufacturers installations. I provided the customer with the manufacturer SR numbers and recommended that they contact customer service and have them contact our office at the same time to discuss service on this unit. Arrived on site for a washing machine that would fill and then do nothing else at the start of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then tried to manually activate spin and found the motor would hum but the tub did nothing. I manually tried to spin the tub and could feel it catching on something. Upon further inspection I found a long screw fell into one of the holes in the basket and was long enough to hit the plastic tub. This was allowing the unit to lock up and not spin. I removed the screw and found the unit would still hum only. I found the cap bad and replaced it. I tested the unit again and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer making an abnormal clanging noise. On arrival the customer stated the real issue is the tub wasnt turning. I test the unit and could hear the motor hum, but it would not turn. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found if I started the unit and pushed the tub it would start like normal. However, on its own it would not work. This indicates a possible faulty centrifugal switch. I replaced the motor and test the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Upon testing I found the dryer vent was installed with no clamp. I temporarily connected the vent and informed the customer of my findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker was leaking into the ice bin and creating a large block of ice and now it has stopped altogether. I disassembled the FC section and found frost built up at the bottom the FC door (photo), and the FC light failed to come on. I pressed on the switch and could hear a crunch noise assuming its frost. I found frost on the evap cover as well and moisture on the top and sides of the FC section. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it full of ice cubes. The IM harvested gene and filled with water. I found no leaks at the ice maker during testing. I cleaned all of the moisture and frost from the FC section and reassembled and tested door operations. The door is sealing properly. I advised the customer that the door had to have been left cracked open at some point then when it closed, it created all the ice and frost they were experiencing. Made recommendations for food item placement in the FC section.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit in working area. Replace the belt and cam and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. I did test the unit filling up the washer with several towels and reset the towels before throwing the Internet to a drain and spin. Found the unit not going over 8.4 A during the drain and spin portion of the cycle. Tested all my loads found all within range. Customer is still waiting to have an electrician come out to fix the breaker issue. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I isolated the evaporator fan and found it rattling more then usual. I gained access to the evaporator fan and replaced the, motor, fan blades, and grommets. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. I spoke to the customer about the variable speeds for the evaporator fan, and depending on what the cooling condition it is calling for the fan speed will decrease or pick up. Job complete."

Arrived on site for washing machine not washing properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the machine not advancing the cycle. I found fault codes for pressure system fault. I gained access to the control and found the pressure hows not flowing properly. I gained access to the tub and found the hose pinched off. I removed the damage hose and reconnected it. I tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for freezer needing previously diagnosed inverter board. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found compressor also failing. Installed new compressor! Uv drier, and access port. Pulled vac and charged system wi5 45 grams of refrigerant. Found no leaks and unit running as designed. Informed customer to give unit 4 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for oven. It heating. Found all other functions in tact. Determined fan was not operating and tod had shorted replaced TOD under warranty and restored fan function. Tested unit. All checks good and is operating as designed

Arrived onsite for intermittent leaking. Found unit with evidence of sudsing leak. Advised customer on findings and provided instruct on use and care. All else checks good.

Arrived on site to install updated heater for dishwasher. Replaced element and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived onsite to replace damaged door outer panel. Replaced panel and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete
