"Arrived on site for refrigerator having frost buildup on ice maker and leaking water out dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to ice maker and bypassed on and off switch. Performed diagnostics mode and cycled ice maker. At time of service water was in ice maker mold, unit is freezer and producing ice. Ran ice maker harvest cycle and monitored operation. Ran fill cycle and found no splattering in fill line. Found possible signs of door not sealing, due to minor frost on frozen food. Inspected door seal and found intermittent not closing completely. Checked to see if possible food interfering with door. Added grease to door cam and tested door. Found closing. Found seal that holds auger motor broken and would need to replace complete door chute to repair. I plugged the unit in, opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and started the unit. I found the element was not illuminating at the back right vent area. I removed and replaced the element assembly and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Removed drain pump cap and found coins, socks, and trash debris inside. Removed all debris and placed in diagnostics again. Ran test cycle and received error code that temps were not achieved. Inspected and found thermistor had been removed. Found thermistor nearby in garage. Reinstalled thermistor and ran diagnostics again. No error codes present. Arrived onsite for the right hand door not sitting correctly. Installed both right hand and left hand lower hinges and issue was not resolved. During inspection found that the right hand lower door hinge is higher than the left hand lower hinge causing the right hand door to not sit correctly and the top of the right hand door is sticking out about 1/4 of an inch. The right hand lower hinge holes were punched out in the wrong spots causing the right hand door to sit higher. Called tech and they documented my findings but was not able to do a video chat due to insufficient cell service. Took plenty of pictures to submit to whirlpool Sr# 7729101662

Arrived on site for dishwasher that would fill but not finish up the cycle gear and agitation and then will just drain out. Rival I ran the unit in a diagnostic test and found that whatever Dishwasher went into agitation mowed the actuator at the bottom that diverted the water into a circulation cycle was grinding internally indicating that the sump assembly had gone bad for the actuator attaches to it. I also found on the drain cycle at the Barrington at Park and not draining out the water fast enough causing along drain. I ended up replacing the pump and motor assembly along with the drain pump and found that everything is not working as designed call complete
