Arrived on site for refrigerator with misaligned doors. Upon arrival I confirm the issue and found that it fell within the service pointer R8178793-A. I found the gaskets needed to be re-shaped. After reforming the gaskets and insuring that the door was perfectly even a balance with one another I explained a customer how the issue could be resolved if it were to happen again and how they could correct an issue on their own per the service pointer instructions. at this time unit is functioning as designed and had no other failures on site. Arrived on site to inspect oven that was not working after previously repaired according to the customer. Upon arrival ran an oven bake cycle and found that because of the issue was the oven sensor thinking unit was harder than it was too quickly during the preheat as well as the main control shutting down the relays at random from the start of the heating cycle too quickly before unit could reach its full temperature. At this time unit will need a new main control as well as oven sensor and will need to be thoroughly tested once repaired or ensure that they can at least make it past the preheat setting to the desired tips it needs. ; ordrng 1 316557115 (Control) and 1 316490000 (Probe)

"Arrived to inspect no heat during cycle. Within service mode, F16, F48, F128 codes were stored. I tested the unit in manual service test mode and started verification of heater operations. I accessed the control side connector and the heater showed 14.9 ohms, within specifications of the service manual. The heater portion of the service cycle, after clearing all previous codes, did not supply line VAC. I removed and replaced the control and it heated momentarily, but quickly stopped. I found the thermistor within the float switch showed 1.05 Kohm low to 10+ ohms high and was variable. Expected was 11-12 Kohm and it was out of range. The wire harness was intact and the float switch will require replacement as well. No leaks observed during service. .; ordrng 1 WD21X10519 (Float Switch Assy)"

Customer said they were scared of the unit because of the loud glass shattered and is not using it. Called tech line to report findings. Said that the glass may not have been tempered correctly to handle the heat but said to just replace the glass at this time got sr#7732990315. Transferred me to safety to report the issue and advised to do what tech line said that they will not replace the unit at this time and go with the initial repair gave different sr#7732990476. Replaced the glass and no issues with the glass anymore. Tested the unit but the unit had an issue where it seems to not turn off after canceling it to heat. "Arrived to inspect ice in bottom of freezer. I found there was a large ice mass within the bottom of the freezer and I removed the unit from its mounting and inspected the drain. There was a large blockage within the drain tube and it required manual action to remove, as it had been there for an extended amount of time. I reinstalled the tube and removed ice from the FC evaporator pan that had accumulated due to the blockage. I tested and the drain system resumed normal operation, along with all systems in the unit. "Arrived to inspect no water. I found the unit would fill and the circulation pump could be heard running, but no water flow was occurring. The pump has internally failed and I suspect from debris of the bottom rack that is falling apart. The screen around the filter has warped and is allowing debris to fall into the sump area as well. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I swapped I. The 3 way valve coil and still found the unit constantly moving the valve. I power cycled the unit and found it stopped. I tested all the fans, thermistors, ice maker and fill tube heater I found them all working. I put the unit through a forced defrost to test the defrost circuit. I found defrost coming on. In the middle of defrost the valve started moving on its own again. "Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed and did not trip the breaker. Retested in diagnostics again and the unit continued to operate as designed. Tilted the unit back and inspected for gearcase oil underneath and found all parts are good and no gearcase oil. Tested voltage and got 123V. Found unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and has a GFCI breaker. I contacted techline and spoke to Scoot and advised of the complaint and my findings. Scott had me test amp draw during spin cycle and I got 3.6amps when the unit operates on no more than 6amps. Scott recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlet and breaker and provided SR#7732996894. I advised the customer of my testing and findings and my conversation with the manufacturer. Made recommendations for use and care as they have a water softener system, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
