DRYER MAYTAG MDE6200AYW "Arrived onsite for dryer making squealing noise. Upon inspection I found the dryer squeaking at the first 30 secs or so when starting up. I accessed the rollers and found one of the was wobbly and sounded bad. I quoted for the rollers and the customer agreed. I replaced the rollers but I found that after re assembling the unit the noise came back with a new noise that sounds like a bad blower wheel. REFRIGERATOR AMANA ASD2627KEW Arrived onsite for refrigerator with loss of cool in the FC and RC upon inspection I found the refrigerator at a complete no cool in both sections. The customer showed me a pic of the evaporator from a different companies visit and it showed a wall of ice on the top half of the evaporator. I accessed the evaporator and found a ball of ice on the capillary tube and no frost pattern on the evaporator. I cycled the power and heard the compressor kick on. I tested amp draw and got a reading of .95 . After about 20 mins the evaporator never had a frost pattern past the ice ball I am ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering compressor (W10160407) evaporator (12001940) access valve(W10913906) drier(WPW10143759)requesting SS tech and 2 to 3 hours for repair. Repair will need AUTHO. Removed top cover and back cover and found no scorch marks indicating any smoke. Customer showed me where the smoke was coming from. She said that after it smoked, that it had no power. Removed terminal block cover and found an L1 line at the terminal block burnt and disconnected from the L1 connector. Per trip service request notes, I called safety team and spoke to Darnell SR# 7729395698. He advised that this was no longer a safety issue and to resume service as normal. He advised to replace the terminal block and wire harness if necessary.

Found the front door cracked all the way down the side of the handle causing the door not open properly. Unit Hass to be opened from the bottom in order to open the door. Tested the unit with a cup of water and found what appeared to be the magnetron buzzing but not heating. Found wave guide cover broken inside the microwave. OVEN WHIRLPOOL KSGG700ESS1 Arrived on site for rains still not preheating and cooking correctly per customer and sometimes it takes way longer than the preheate time for it to preheat correctly. Customer stated that prior technician claimed that the bottom drawer was the issue due to being overstuffed but when customer set up the drawer the way they had it on prior repair I’ve visually checked the distance between the drawer and the wire that was supposedly making contact with it and found a 4 1/2 inch gap gaming it impossible for the Georgia been causing a malfunction with the spark or not working right in the oven. After disassembling the unit I found that the spark igniter in the oven to the baking burner. Had now officially lost its resistance and continuity. I was able to install the spark igniter I then ran the oven for 30 minutes after to verify it’s functioning as designed unit preheated within six minutes and fluctuate of the flame on and off when it notice the temperatures

RANGE WHIRLPOOL XFE361LVB0 I don’t site for range that would not allow oven to turn on properly. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check but could not find any error codes then check for continuity in Om resistance on the bake element broil element as well as and found that all three parts pass with flying colors with no issues then checked voltage going from the main control down to the bake element and found that it was for radically giving between 60 V and 240 V I then checked voltage to the outlet and found that it was also giving the same sporadic readings and voltage. I inform the customer at this point they will need to get an electrician out there in order to verify the integrity of the breaker/outlet and to see where the short might be in the power supply and at this point if the customer were to continue having an issue then they would need to get a new primary control board. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check and found an F8E1 area code as well as an F9E1 area code both indicating that there was a long or no fill As well as a long or no drain. They’re testing out the water in the valve and the drain pump I found that a portion of the water inlet valve is not functioning whatever it is sent the 120 V it needs and the drain pump will occasionally overheat to the point that the bearings get stuck in the inside and it cannot drain the water out. We will need to return with a new drain pump in order to help complete the repairs ; ordrng 1 WPW10391443 (pump-water)

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival customer stated the bed notice a bunch of ice buildup on the low side line of the bottom section of the refrigerator near compressor and that they had also noticed that for the past two weeks the icemaker had quit working the freezer was slowly start to thaw things out and the fresh food section would not get cold at all. Upon further inspection of the fresh food compartment I found that the unit had a pretty bad defrost issue where the evaporator coil inside the fresh food compartment was not defrosted properly and built a thick wall of ice that was choking off the cooling to the freezer and causing unit wide temperature issues. We will need to return with the new UI control high voltage control as well as evaporator fan motor harness kit for the fresh food compartment.
