Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly and getting a lot of ice put up on the back wall the freezer according to the customer upon arrival. Upon arrival customer also stated that 10 minutes before I showed up The ui Was shutting down resetting nonstop. Upon further investigation I was able to narrow down that the issue was within the wiring harness of the evaporator fan motor inside of the freezer compartment it was causing a power shortage to the main control causing it to power down and restart at this point the high-voltage control and ui control of both working as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the it in diagnostics and tested the ice maker for error codes on test #56 and found no error codes. Tested the unit in test #58 and it passed. Tested in test #59 and the motor failed. Tested in test #57 and the motor failed. When I went to replace the ice maker, I found that I was sent with the wrong IM part. I verified the model/serial numbers and found that we had the incorrect model number. Corrected the model in the ticket and researched the parts diagram and found the part number that I was sent with was wrong as was the HV control. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the correct ice maker and HV control and office to schedule return service. I corrected the ticket. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with low pressure at the dispenser. Upon arrival I confirmed the Lowe pressure. I found that is you remove the filter and use the bypass cap the pressure restores to normal and stays at normal pressure. I recommended replacing the filter head reservoir assembly.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced valve. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Noticed that floor was not allowing unit to be completely leveled.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling properly. On arrival found the compressor was off and had been off for several days. After adjusting knobs I barely was able to get the unit to click. Replaced the start relay. After replacing the start device I tested knobs again and was able to get it to kick on when fully turned to the right and maxing out the temp. Found thermostat rattling.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running through the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would fill and drain and will leave some water in the tub but would do nothing else. They said they pulled out the filter and found a bunch of glass in there as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for drain motor electrical problem, F9E1 for diverter not finding position, and F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it filled with water, then you could hear the drain pump struggle, and nothing else. I ohmd out the float switch and found it to be good. I then checked voltage at the drain pump and it was fluctuating in and out. I did find voltage at motor to be correct. I found that the unit had a bad control and sump and motor. Possible a bad drain pump as well. I also found the dispenser physically broken.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that stays in the wash cycle and never stops. Upon arrival the customer stated that another company has already changed out the control, UI, and the OWI sensor. He said the unit will run forever until manually stopped. I checked voltage at the wall and found it correct. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I checked voltage at the junction and it was also good. I found correct voltage at the control too. I inspected the harness and found no damage. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7730755722. He advised that it appears to be running as designed. Upon running it through diagnostics again I found the fan motor not running and possibly causing the control to have issues. This indicates a possible bad control and fan needing to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit showing the F47 error code on the right side. Customer advised that the left burners are working. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing glass cooktop then disassembled the unit. I found the relay for the large burner was damaged. Arrived onsite and found one lead of wiring to the drain pump had worn and only provided intermittent continuity. During my exploration of the continuity issue the wire snapped at the drain clip. Reset clip and stubbed new length of wire in place of the broken wire. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on findings and repair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining. Ran unit and found standing water. After running I can feel the pump humming, but no water being moved. Replaced drain pump and retested. Verified unit is draining properly with no water leaks found. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival the customer stated the last service by us we had left the door crooked and it was not closing all of the way. He stated this had cause the IM in the freezer to stop at first. He then correct the door, the FC started working, but the upper IM stopped working. They had another company come out and service the unit and they replaced the IM, but it did nothing. I checked the temps in the unit and found the FC at 6?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 15?F after being opened for a while. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and the ice level sensor was accurate, the ice box fan turned on, the IM harvested, but the IM got no water when called for. I harvest the IM and it ran through as designed. The IM also had an E5 error code for IM in frozen state for to long. I gained access to the valve and removed the line. I tested the valve again with a cup and found the valve working. This indicates a frozen fill tube. I thawed out the fill tube and replaced the IM due to the error code. I then tested the fill and harvest and it ran through as designed. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

Upon further inspection I found back left orifice needing adjustment and causing the flame to be significantly off. I uninstalled the orifice and reinstalled it. The flame is no longer abnormal. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making loud squealing noise during cycle, upon arriving on site customer informed us that sometimes but not all the time the unit makes a loud noise during the cycle. Checked underneath the unit for any sign of gearcase oil or shavings, found none. Checked under the belt and found markings identifying that the belt might be slipping causing the noise, replaced belt and ran unit through diagnostics, unit tested fine, filled unit with water and did an agitation test at high fill, tested fine, drained the unit then tested low and high spin, found unit operated as designed. Unit is operating as designed, informed customer if the problem persists after the belt replacement to contact the office for return service on brochure. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator losing cool. Upon inspection I found the unit cooling and the RC at 34 with the FC at -2. I could not see any visible blockages or issues with the door seal. I tested door switches they are working as designed. I accessed the evaporator and found a block of ice had formed on the right side going all the way down the evaporator completely blocking the return vent. I cleared out all the ice and restored power to the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling proper and causing ice build up in the flooring of freezer compartment. Upon arrival I found unit temps were around 48 in freezer and 60in fresh food side. I found ice in freezer was from a clogged drain line. Also found drain line attached to unit is a generic rubber hose not designed to be used as a drain line and was insulated in with a foam can making it extremely hard to be replaced or removed. Also found evap fan motor had been receiving 120 v but was not running even with proper power being supplied.

"Arrived on site to diagnose spray arm not turning, the customer informed us of the spray arm not staying on during cycles. we found that the spray arm itself will not stay on properly and that the manifold itself that holds the spray arm is incorrectly molded causing the spray arm to consistently fall off due to the arm hitting the manifold, we are returning with the same spray arm and ordering the manifold for repair.

"Arrived on site for dryer allowing hot air to escape during dry cycles. Upon arrival I found door seals were functioning as designed and had no damage. Also found during dry cycle (timed dry, high heat) that unit was getting an average temp around 157 degrees. I then found lint shooting out through vent hose connected to exhaust that runs through insulation of home. I then found that behind connections of vent hose there was a hole in venting allowing for air to escape. I repaired the vent hose and retested unit multi times on highest heat settings during time dry. Found unit is functioning as designed and laundry room is no longer getting hot from escaping air. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator. Upon further inspection, at the previous service call, I found a large block of ice on the RC evaporator. Customer unplugged the unit and allowed to defrost before I returned today. I found the RC evaporator drip pan was badly warped and the evap harness thermistor was blackened. I removed and replaced the evap motor harness and secured the thermistor on the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Removed and replaced the evaporator drip pan kit. Using the clamps and zipties provided in the kit, I secured the evaporator to the back wall and sealed off the gap at the top of the evaporator housing with permagum that was provided in the kit. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit not making ice fast enough/ not filling the bucket. The filter was not pushed in correctly. Pushed filter in correctly. The switch for the ice level was not on. Turned back on. Heard unit dispensing ice into the bucket and ice maker filling with water. Could not find issues with ice maker. How ever customer said that the unit has to be tricked to start filling with ice once it gets low. Asked them to monitor it and to take videos when possible to see the issue better. No issues at this time.

"Before replacing harness , unplugged all connections at control , motor .breaker didn?t trip . Plugged in all connections breaker tripped when plugged in J8 connection on control . Tested and didn?t find any fault with door switch and valve . Replaced harness . Unit is still tripping breaker .. ; saved tckt"

Arrived onsite and found unit had no water supply. Connected unit to water and advised customer to observe for slow leaks. Customer advised that unit had not been producing ice prior to moving the fridge. Fill spout heater in tact. Replaced icemaker. Advised customer to call back if unit does not produce ice within 4 days.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Tested unit. Unit was heating but the the air could not move efficiently. Upon further inspection. Found a lot of lint buildup inside the lint trap housing and some trash was inside clogging the unit. Removed clog. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not getting hot enough. Upon inspection. Found that the exit tube had lint buildup inside the tube of the unit and good size of lint and some trash inside the lint trap. Removed both clogs from the unit. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for broken heating element. Upon arrival replaced unit element and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed. No signs of leaks during service. Job Completed.

Arrived onsite for unit not freezing/cooling. Nothing evaporator and compressor fans were running. Looked at the frost pattern in the freezer and noticed the frost pattern was not completing through the evaporator. Submitted sealed system check list. Ordered parts. Office to get authorization before returning. ; ordrng 1 5303918274 (evaporator kit) and 1 5303918659 (compressor)

Arrived onsite for washer Valve being broken. Upon arrival found unit valve cracked. Replaced valve and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed. No signs of leaks during service. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site for dryer having a F1 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Powered unit off at circuit breaker. Gained access to control. Disassembled control housing and found burnt relay on control. Will need to replace control to complete repair. Installed new control and assembled unit. Powered unit on and tested operation. Adjusted the door strike to sit better on door catch. All tested good.

"Arrived onsite for unit not heating correctly. Upon arrival found unit not mounted correctly rear mount was incorrect installed. Notified customer it will need to be fixed to put unit back into place. Also found by speaking with Cathy SR 7730745575 unit is warming but not quite heating. Tested unit and found voltage would go from 123, to 110 infer a load. Cathy started an electrician would be needed. Job Completed"

Arrived on site for wall oven not allowing the upper oven to shut off after a cooking cycle had been completed. Upon arrival customer stated that the UI had become unresponsive when trying to turn the oven off upon further diagnostics I found no error codes stored in the system. Customer also didnt have WiFi connection set up to oven. I then went ahead and replace the main control And reassembled and connected the unit to the customers Wi-Fi network. After completing a 15 minute pre-test of 350? in the upper oven I was able to find that the unit is now fully functioning as designed and the UI is responsive with all input inform customer to and let us know if the issue were to come back at any point if it does the tech recommends that we get the UI control panel. At this time unit is functioning as designed call complete
