"GI0FSAXVY012 Arrived to inspect no ice. I discussed the issuer with the customer and found it had produced since our last visit, but only a very few times. The evaporator fan was running, but not the compressor and I suspected it was in defrost upon my arrival. RC temperature was 38?F, ice room 12? and FC temperature 2?. Due to the defrost operating, I had to wait until it completed for testing. After defrost completed, I verified line VAC present to the ice maker and jumping L to V showed no water flow or sound from the valve. I removed the cover from the valve area and found the connector had dislodged. I corrected the connector issue and tested. The unit operated as designed and filled the ice maker to an acceptable level. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

"WRS325SDHW08 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit had frosted the evaporator while awaiting parts and I steamed the frost away. The heater circuit had a plug that had disconnected likely due to the excessive freezing and I corrected and replaced the harness and thermistors. Further testing showed all systems operational. I leveled and squared the unit and corrected dispenser drip, which was staining the front of the unit. Operator test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and has a large amount of condensation in it. Examined unit and found moisture all over the ceiling of the RC, and on the ice box area. When I closed the door I noticed the mullion was not hitting. Found it was not making any contact with the closer, and the flipper was staying folded, allowing a 12 inch air gap between the doors. I corrected the level of the unit and right door to allow the flipper to contact the closer properly. This should resolve the moisture and no ice due to temp. Advised ice should return within 24 hours. Unit passed all diagnostic tests, and icemaker does properly cycle. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for crack in the RC liner. On inspection there was a crack on the bottom of the RC liner. Mixed up epoxy and applied it to the crack. Smooth out the epoxy and informed the customer to let it dry for 30 minutes. Before you close the door make sure it is not still wet.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is still frosting up. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=41.5 on setting of 40 degrees. I found condensation built up on the bottom of FC section and customer advised that they have felt cold air at the top of the door. I inspected the door gasket, as it was adjusted at previous service call and found no gaps at the top or along the sides. I placed my flashlight inside the FC section at the bottom and closed the door. I found a large gap in between the gasket and mullion. I took several photos of the gap with the door closed, using a straight edge and found condensation built up on the bottom of the FC section at the door opening (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of previous service, todays complaint and my findings. TJ provided a text message to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. TJ advised the file would be sent for review and provided an SR#7735269932. I advised the customer thst someone from the manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution to the issue. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"NX58H9500WS/AA Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the igniter registering in the M range and tested the supply voltage. The unit provided line VAC to the hot surface igniter and I removed and replaced it. All functions resumed normal operation and the unit heated and cycled as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles and has water at the bottom of the tub. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit nonresponsive. Took apart the machine and verified voltage going to the control but found the control not sitting voltage anywhere else. Measured resistance on the drain pump and found 16.9 ohms. I did advise the customer that they would need a new motor control/main control for repair.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing and F20 (no water detected) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes not complete cycles and leaves the clothes completely sopping wet. Ran into diagnostics and did confirm the error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found that the hot water was not drying in enough water causing the failure. Removed the back hose and found rocks and debris inside of the hot water valve. Replaced the water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to fill a lot better but was still weak. I removed the hot water hose from the machine and turned the water line on into a bucket. Found reduced water pressure coming from the wall. I did explain that the customer would need to have that checked out due to potential continual issues with any hot water cycles. The customer was aware of the pressure differences between hot and cold lines. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed. I found the element illuminating in the back right corner vent area and the unit getting hot. The unit is stacked and I pulled the right side out to gain access to the vent tube at the back of the unit. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow and found the the first two tests failed (photos). I tested temps at the back of the unit inside the tubing and temps were within range. I removed the vent tube from the back of the unit and retested and the unit passed (photo). I found the vent goes directly outside and the tube was crimped at the tube going out of the unit. Using my borescope, I ran it down the tub to the outlet and didnt find any obstructions. I adjusted the tube and re-routed the tubing and re-installed it to the unit and retested. The test passed on the first try. I put the unit back in its space and retested and the test passed again. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Attempted to fill the icemaker and found that the valve was turning on and water was flowing from the valve but water was not making it through the fill tube. Attempted to steam out the fill tube and tested the unit. Still could not get water to travel through the fill tube. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7725261024. He advised that based on my checks, the issue would have to be with the bill to assembly for the housing. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the motor and tested the unit. The unit would start to spin and then completely shut the control off altogether for a second and then come back on but would exit diagnostics. I then replaced the lower harness and tested the unit. I still have the same issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7735264554. He had me run through a couple checks by disconnecting the rotary switches and several components on the washer while trying to activate the spin cycle. We still have the same issue with the unit not actually fully going into spin. He advised to replace the control again and to call back if further issues persist. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found inefficient compressor and it will need to be replaced to along with drier to complete repairs. Arrived onsite for diagnosis of failed control not energizing the drive motor. And secondary issue of thermistor out of range. Replaced control and symptom unchanged. Due to parts on order returning at later date to complete repair. Return technician to get with SW on diagnostics.

Arrived onsite for Only One or Some of the Burners are Lighting. Upon arrival test unit and the rear left burner is not igniting. Intermittently there will be a spry and burner will light. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not properly cooling. Examined unit and checked Temps. Found RC was almost at room temp. Freezer was cool, but not overly cold. Found the evaporator encased in ice, with ice .5 inches past the evap cover. Checked items in diagnostics and found defrost thermistor showing open. Ordering defrost thermistor and control. Customer advised on correct procedure to defrost unit and that it must be done prior to next visit. "Arrived onsite for icemaker with no ice production. Customer pushed unit from wall. Upon arrival test unit and icemaker is calling for water, but not filling. Test pressure from supply and getting 45 psi. Found that during call for water there is not the correct flow of water from valve. Customer has water softener in house. Water pressure is within specs. Customer will push unit back to wall themselves.Need to replace water valve. Ordering valve and icemaker . Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11455388 (Valve) and 1 W11455232 (Icemaker)"

"WTW8127LW0 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I found the softener dispenser was overflowing and spilling over the edge of the tub ring. I replaced the dispenser and tested and found the issue decreased, but there was still minor splash. Per MFG TSP W11651001 Rev A, the tub ring requires replacement. The softener dispenser bezel would not stay in place and will require replacement as well. No leaks of the water supply observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub Ring, Upgraded) and 1 W11550898 (Bezel)"

Arrived onsite to diagnose unit operating its failed drain function. Was given access to the service key. Determined the Lower harness drain pump blue wire had shorted. Repaired short and tested in diagnostics. Long fill and lid latch error. Valves and latch operating properly. Diagnostic function intermittent and absolutely no drain function nor voltage measures at the drain pump ; ordrng 1 W11188527 (Control) and 1 W11376227 (Lower harness)
