"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I replaced the FC self close assembly and tested and the FC door operated as designed. Further inspection revealed a section that was approximately four inches in length, at the lower corner of the left door at the mullion end that had the internal magnetic material damaged within the previously replaced gasket. I removed and replaced the gasket and the sealing issue was resolved. I checked the evaporator and found moderate frost, to be expected with the type of air gap found within the RC gasket and I removed it. I verified the drain tube assembly was correctly connected and operable. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

Insulated blowing housing with sound pads, and still had vibration. Removed blower wheel cover and found the blower wheel was cracked and separated on top. Replaced blower wheel and tested. "Arrived onsite for fridge on low ice production. On inspection found the ice tray was full, informed CX that the ice maker only produces so much ice day. The Ice tray is a low profile unit, does not hold a lot of ice. Found that there was a hand towel attached to the crisper drawer that was getting caught in the freezer door ever-time you open the freezer. CX told me that under the fridge had not been vacuumed since they bought fridge. The coil was full of dust and dog hair that was causing the unit not to operate efficiently. CX will keep watch on the ice production. To see if clearing the coil helps the production of ice. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator that wont dispense ice. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice bin and tested the dispenser motor and found it operating as designed. I checked the empellar and found it stripped on the motor shaft. I removed the divider from the ice box. I attempted to remove the empellar from the shaft and it would not come off. Due to this, I replaced the divider (WPW10309864 ), dispenser motor (W11310391 ), and empellar (WP63052-2 ) and transferred the ice maker harness and ice maker. Reassembled the parts and placed them back in the ice box and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out and unplugged. The customer advised the unit was making unusual noises and not cooling properly. I plugged the unit in and tested the compressor and found 2.89amps. The customer advised too that the unit began to make beeping noises and they found the UI with PO and not working which is when they unplugged the unit. I advised the customer of the issues with this model and advised the compressor needs to be replaced and possibly the evaporators. I researched warranty on this unit and found the sealed system is covered for 10 yrs. Customer advised that they do not want to repair the unit as its already cost them too much money. I provided a disclaimer, written by management, to my customer. Customer advised they would purchase a new unit. Unit left unplugged for safety. I ran the unit in diagnostic and regular cycle and could not recreate the noise. I diassembled the bottom end and did not see any components showing signs of rubbing or contact. I removed the washplate and found no debris under it. Reassembled and ran again. Could not verify the noise. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is steaming up the user interface even after having the vents cleaned. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they still have issues with her unit steaming up the user interface one especially after several cycles in a row. Unfortunately I did not have a vent tester kit on my truck so I checked all gaskets in the front and could not find any evidence of any tears or damage done to either gasket. Did not find any steam or water residue around the door. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7734995256. He advised that after several checks, the issue would be with the customers venting. The customer has a rectangular vent going through the ceiling up into the attic. Rob advised that the customer Hass to have a 4 inch circular heavy duty vent going through the home for the venting to work properly. He stated the current set up does not meet whirlpools requirements for this dryer and advise not to make any repairs until the venting has been corrected. The customer advised they will attempt to fix the venting and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer leaving liquid and fabric softener area. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found cause of failure with no air codes in diagnostics was due to the dispenser cat not sitting properly in the drawer. Replace drawer and found unit now functioning as design and no longer living large amounts of liquid in there. Call complete

"WTW5000DW3 Arrived to inspect screeching noise. I found the gear case had failed and the main driveshaft had dropped down, causing the cam assy to screech and wear badly. The gear case was in the early stages of seal failure as well. I removed and replaced the gear case and cam and found the belt required replacement and I gave a discount on the belt. The capacitor tested at 44.8 ?F, the unit required basket centering and I tightened the hub assembly. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a wash machine that is making a rattling sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the sound sound of metallic is there something was banging around during the spin cycle. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and confirm the sound but heard that sound coming from the inlet water hoses banging up against the back of the cabinet. Did explain to the customer the issue and advise them to pull out their washer a little or to add some insulation to those hoses to door the sound of the rattling. The unit is working as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit in and found that the condenser fan did not kick on. Upon closer inspection of the condenser fan I found that the harness was not connected properly I corrected this and found that the fan kicked on this time and the compressor began to run. I then monitored the amps at the compressor and found that started at 1.amp and fell to .58 amps. I then checked that the Interior fans were running and found that they were. I performed attempted test in rc and found that it started at 64* and dropping to 46* and dropping. I advised customer that the unit should be at its optimal temperature by tomorrow and they should be able to put there food items in the unit. Job complete.

Arrived on site for whirlpool washing machine showing error code LF. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes in diagnostics for long fill time. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the valves only partially opening not allowing full water flow. I installed the new water valves. I ran a calibration cycle and a diagnostics cycle. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not power on. I tested voltage to the EMI filter where the power cord attaches and found 58VAC. I wiggled the cord and had no change. I wiggled the plug in the outlet and then read 123VAC. I tried powering the machine with 123VAC and the unit would not respond. I verified the 123VAC was getting to the UI. . I replaced the UI and tested the unit. The unit worked as designed and the workers washed 2 quick loads while I worked on the other machine. Office to charge the CC on file. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave still running with door open. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer had power cut at breaker. Power unit and tested. Customer stated display has not worked in some time but now unit will not cutoff. On initial power up the keypad would not respond. Power cycled unit again and keypad and display began to function. Arrived on site for washing machine making a clicking noise during the start or agitate and spin. I gained access to the gear case and found the splint on the wash coupler rounded off on both the gearcase and coupler.

Arrived onsite for stink coming from washing machine. Determine that the lid was never being left open for air drying. Fill tub to the brim with hot water while mixing in cleaning solution. Let soak. Then agitated unit before draining solution. Instructed customer to leave lid open between washes to allow air drying to improve microbial resistance.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit sparking when not in use. Test unit and found liquid had gotten in to the switch harness creating a short and making unit spark. Called safety and they said they will not cover anything and to use the same reference number as call in.

"Arrived on site for ice dispenser, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint not dispensing ice. Tested dispenser and it was dead. Tested voltage and had 120VAC to auger motor. Replaced auger motor and replaced water filter that CX provided and tested, unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service, job completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with suspected gas leak that reaulted in various medical symptoms being experienced by the consumer, including customer passing out in kitchen. Went over theory of operation with customer, as well as how each part relating to the gas works. I ran a gas sniffer around the unit, manifold, and inlet lines and did not find an excessive reading. I spoke with the customer at length about the functionality of the safety valve and regulator, and what a gas leak coming from the appliances would sound and smell like. I tested operation and could not verify anything out of the ordinary. I called whirlpool tech line and discussed/documented my findings with them, SR7734989049. Tech Line rep also confirmed that it's highly unlikely that the unit was leaking gas at random / when not in use due to how the safety valve is designed. Tech line did not have any recommendations on repairs as unit is working as designed at the time of service, and there was not verifiable gas leak when I was servicing the unit. At this time there are no reports / service pointers / engineering notes indicating known issues resulting in gas leaks I advised that where safety is concerned to have the house monitored for carbon monoxide, as symptoms seem more in line with carbon monoxide poisoning vs a large gas leak from the unit. No further action to take from the mechanical standpoint, all components are responding to commands and working as designed. Call completed."

Inspected tub and found lower spray arms not attached properly. Secured arm. Found upper spray arm not turning properly due to debris inside channels, arm was cleared out. Customer does have water softener so recommended using less and insuring no items are blocking arms from spinning freely. Customer will monitor and make adjustment .

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose inverter into a KitchenAid SXS built in. I gained access to the failed inverter and replaced it with new. I reassembled the unit and mo I toured the freezer temperature, I found the freezer was at 70 degrees and after several minutes it has dropped 15 degrees. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the freezer to get down to zero and start producing ice

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and it immediately began to make the same vibration noise as before. I disassembled the unit and inspected the work from previous service repair and all rollers, tension pulley and belt are good. The blower wheel is good also. I found the vent tube and blower housing were loose. Using some sound pads, I secured/tightened the vent pipe and blower housing and tested. The unit operated as designed with no further vibration noises. I reassembled the unit and retested and it continued to operate as designed. I tested again to demonstrate for the customer and the unit continued to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for an oven that is tripping the breaker intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is tripping the breaker on her cooktop and oven which share the same breaker. She advised that sometimes shell use either one and itll work fine but other times it will tripped the breaker. She did not notice any specific selections that cause this failure as it is random. I ran the oven at 375?F bake and ran it up to 375? and finished preheating. As soon as I turned on the cooktop, found the breaker tripping. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely an electrical supply issue due to being split on a shared breaker and over amping the breaker or the breaker is failing. Found the breaker was extremely old and is on the outside of the home Attempted to call Techline but was unable to do so due to Whirlpool training. Spoke to SW and was advised that my suspicions were correct in the voltage issue and that whirlpool requires the both units to be wired onto their own separate designated breakers. Advise the customer of the issue and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is not going into wash upon inspection I found that there was a motor not running code. I installed new Sump&motor and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks job complete

"WFW5620HW2 Arrived to inspect code and no operation. Upon entering service test mode I found F9E1 and F0E2 stored in memory and I cleared to continue testing. I found the unit drained extremely slowly and attempting to drain through the drain line via vacuum was fruitless. I removed the unit from its installation and was able to removed the water and inspect. There was a large amount of debris and cellophane wrappers within the strainer, impeding the flow of water. After removing the debris and a large amount of sediment from the tub-to-drain pump housing, the issue was corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. On arrival the unit was at set point temperatures in both compartments. I found the right RC door closure not working correctly. I found the bushing had popped up off the hinge not engaging the closure. I corrected the bushing and the door and closure work as designed. I replaced the broken right side FC bracket. All doors are closing properly and all gaskets are sealing correctly at this time. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for MAKING A GRINDING NOISE . Upon arrival test unit and there is no grinding during spin. Ran a normal cycle and found back panel has scrape marks from rubbing rotor. Upon further inspection, I found the fabric softener cup full of liquid and customer advised that its been there for approximately 1 week. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves and detergent pump and found water no getting to the dispenser . I removed and replaced the dispenser and both valves and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for interior lights not illuminating and water dispenser not functioning. Im on arrival inspected unit. Open doors and lights were currently functioning. After some time the lights turned off again. Noticed left belly drawer control was not operational remove control and found separate wires caused by extensive corrosion and the area was full of water. To remedy the lights we would need to replace the door assembly as well as the control and harness assembly. For the time being left control disconnected to allow lights to function. Found water dispenser not working due to waterline being pinched. Icemaker auger motor needed replacement. Replaced auger motor and shaft. Tested unit and unit is dispensing ice and water now. Lights are currently functioning.

Arrived onsite for a dryer making a high pitch squealing sound. I found the idler pulley defective causing most of the noise. I installed the rebuild kit and vacuumed all the lint from the chassis. I tested the unit and all is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed new door and coupler. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit stopping during cycle and found loose door allowing the switch to pop open during cycle. Advised customer on option to insert depression cap to contact the switch even with the loose door. installed cap. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not progressing through cycle and never made it to spin. Ran unit and found shifter is stuck in agitate and not moving to spin. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood fan not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on all speeds and the motor is making a humming noise, but the blower wheel isnt turning properly due to the amount of cooking oils/grease built up on the motor. I removed and replace the blower and retested and unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the chimney for the customer as well. Job completed."

Arrived on site for KitchenAid built in fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the condenser fan and evaporator fan running. I gained access to the compressor and found it not turning on. I tested voltage to the inverter and found good voltage. I tested the hz output of the inverter and found number inconsistent With the data sheet. I replaced the inverter and cleaned off the condenser coils. I turned the fridge back on and found the compressor coming off and the freezer starting to cool as well.

Arrived onsite for CONDENSATION IN FREEZER SECTION. Upon arrival found the bottom of FC door gasket is sagging and allowing warm air to seep in causing frost build up. Inspected gasket and is good. Remounted the gasket and is secured. Also noticed the unit has not been leveled. Explained to the customer of the importance of leveling and how is will help her doors close on there own and get a better seal. Leveled unit and doors now close correctly.Job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed new motor control and latch. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found control board is getting power, found drain pump has failed and harness connector is burnt out at control board

Arrived on site for oven inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was no power to oven. Tested unit and found bad thermal fuse After installing the fuse powered unit up and had error code F1E1 bad control board. I replaced both the thermal fuse and control board. I tested unit and its now operating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating . Found unit is loosing a leg of power at terminal block flipped breakers and still only getting one leg of power .

"Arrived on site for no cool. Removed fresh food evaporator cover found oil and uv dye leaking from insulation around heat exchanger,pierced low side pressure reading -25 diagnosed a leak at exchanger. Called tech support sent photos to tech support. Tech support deemed it unreliable,customer will need to contact whirlpool customer service

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found left-hand side linkage is broken. Dishwasher door is operating normally after replacement, job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not heating. Found failed cutoff t-stat and replaced heater assembly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine making noises and ice melting. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off. Turned it on and tested in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I tested the unit in normal operation and monitored the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the the customer allow the unit to operate and if they hear the noise again to take a video with their phone and call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for rage, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was unit tipping breaker over night. Tested voltage to unit and it was 120VAC. Tested voltage at the wall outlet and it was also good. Inspected control board and found nothing from normal. Advised CX. To get breaker checked since is on a GFCI outlet and after replacing the breaker if it continues we would proceed with a replacing the control board. Unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks where observed during service.
