"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was making an abnormal noise and not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated the noise was coming from the IM and stopped when they turned the IM off. They also found lack of cooling in the RC. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F and the RC at 46?F. Upon further inspection I found the mullion broken and both RC gaskets torn. This was not allowing the RC doors to seal properly and letting warm air in. I also found the FC gasket not sealing properly, but it appeared to be due to over filling the FC. I found the IM frosted over and bad, indicating the need for the SP IM kit. In order to repair the unit it will need both RC gaskets, mullion, and IM repair kit. I found several parts had shipping . The shipping will be incorporated into the parts breakdown on the .

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pat. Upon arrival I installed the new hinge and tested door and found it opening and closed with no issues job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator developing condensation inside of RC. Inspected unit and work area. Found gap between cavity and fame (see SD-QUICKPIC). Added silicone between cavity and cabinet on RC and FC. Tested door seal and found door sealing and gasket touch cabinet all the way around. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had another company that had come out that advised their hub was the problem but they could not remove the agitator. I did explain to the customer that it is possible that her agitator is welded onto the gear case and transmission and asked if she wanted to proceed. Customer did want to proceed. Use a crowbar and brute strength to tap to remove the agitator. Found the agitator was completely lodged onto that gearcase and could not be removed. I did advise the customer that she would need a complete rebuild on her washer and started to go over some of the components it would need. The customer then stated that she did not want to proceed with that of a repair due to the fact that she can get a new washer with a four year warranty on all parts for about the same . I did advise that she does have her tub and basket covered but the rest she would be liable for. Customer is going to buy themselves a new washer.

Customer advised that the unit compressor will kick on but will kick off within two seconds of attempting to run. the customer for the repair of a starting device. The customer initially the . Spoke to JC and was advised that we could the portion Replaced the starting device and tested the unit. The unit compressor began running and ran for over 10 minutes without kicking off the bus customer to get the unit at least 24 to 48 hours to go properly. "Arrived on site for a range making a swoosh sound. I preheat the oven while having access to the burner assembly. I found the swoosh was the flame igniting irregularly. The valve would let to much gas out before it ignited. I informed the customer that it could be the ignitor, valve, or regulator. However, all of these parts are unavailable. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Ran multiple diagnostics and control was acting erratic replaced control and oven sensor. Tested unit, upper oven is now heating but very slow and wont go past 175. Found broil element receiving voltage at control but not at element itself. Tried finding a break in the line with no success. Upon further inspection found control molex connections and harness was miss wired from factory. Fixed wiring and reconnected to control. Spoke with SW and found red wire to connection CN76 was broken and Norway to repair back into connection. Was advised the harness is not repairable. Removed installed parts. Advised CX on how to place foods correctly. CX will have to completely defrost unit for 48 hours minimum and I show CX how to properly defrost. I also explained to CX after defrosting unit to power unit back on and let it cool for minimum of 24 hrs. Unit should start to operate as normal after these procedures have been completed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control kit consisting of the hv control and UI (in front left RC door) and tested. When Im removed the UI, I found one the connections on the control was loose and broke off. When I began testing, I found the compressor came on but the unit was not cooling. I placed my oilless gauges on the unit and found no refrigerant in the system. I tested the sealed system with nitrogen and pumped 130psi into the system and within approximately 30 mins, the high side had dropped approximately 10 psi to 120psi. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all system connections and found no leaks. Checked the evaporators and found no leaks. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of past repairs, repairs made today and my findings. Bruce provided SR#7733686775 and advised the unit is leaking inside the cabinet somewhere. He advised that someone from the manufacturer would contact the customer with further proceedings. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised that manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution. Unit put back together and left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Replaced gasket but new gasket has magnet strip twisted internally. Put original gasket back on and formed with heat gun. Tested unit, door is now sealing as designed. "Arrived to inspect. He unit had F0E3, F2E1 and F6E2 stored in memory. I found the control acted erratically upon initial power up and I inspected the motor assembly. The CX experienced high water levels within the area and water had shorted the connection, burning both the motor and harness side, at the lower connection area. The control, harness and stator assemblies will require replacement. The pump and shifter both operated as designed. I advised the CX to NOT plug the unit in until repaired. No leaks observed during service, I unplugged it and shut both water supplies off. for insurance created and saved. Motor, control and harness

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and pressed start and the unit shut down and the display went blank, but never lost power. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block and got 248V. Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoffs, thermostats and fuse and all were good except the element. I tested the element by disconnecting the WH4 connector and when I see start the unit stayed on. Eliminating this connector isolated the current to the motor and element. When I plugged the connector back into the control and sees start the unit shut down again. I the customer 56.15 (MS) for service//parts (motor, element & blower wheel). Customer advised they would purchase a new unit and the service/ fees of 22.72 (05.75+) (22.72 H49NY4). Unit reassembled and left unplugged. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I inspected the FC evap cover and found frost built up on it. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found it engulfed in ice and frost. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and it showed to be open. I tested ohms to the thermistor and found it way out of range. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the thermistor clip and removed and replaced the thermistor. I tested defrost and the element came on and began to melt the ice. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for approximately 24 hours. Also recommended they place some towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak from defrosting. I tested the unit and found the area where I removed the frost/ice is frosting up as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see any frost building up on the evap cover again, to call it in for service at which time the hv control, UI & defrost thermistor will all need to be replaced together. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite and found unit had been chiming for the power outage to be confirmed. Confirmed and advised customer on confirming. Found icemaker passes all tests in diagnostics and found unit valve does activate and fill spout heater is working and there is not ice, however, unit valve may be shorting. Advised customer on possibility of valve failure, customer will call back if unit does not produce within days. At which point the valve should be replaced."

"Arrived on site for freezer not cooling . Customer had defrosted unit before visit . Unit is now cooling properly and making ice . Temp checks are good . Ran all cooling tests , all passed . Instructed customer on what to look for if cooling issues happen again. No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived onsite and replaced sump and motor and tested. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Unit is now operating as designed all checks good. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site for door not sealing . Found door had slightly warpped . Not sealing on bottom left . ( hinge right side ) Door is . Bent door , its sealing properly now .

Arrived onsite for temp concerns. Tested temps and determined that the advanced digital thermometer being used by the customer was sensitively reading air temp changes and was hi by 2 or 3f. Provided customer instruct on the design and verified temp with k type thermocouple. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site. Found unit not defrosting,ran icemaker diagnostics failed thermistor. Defrosted evaporator ohmed heater good,replaced fan motor that includes defrost thermistor,replaced icemaker power cycled unit ran diagnostics icemaker passed and filled with water.

Arrived onsite to inspect door gasket. Found unit is making good seal all the way around. Notified customer that no issues have been found at this time. Customer ordered seal based off of previous model and is not compatible. Job complete
