"Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. On inspection found that there was 120 to junction box, tested to the control board in there was 120 vac. Dropped the control and there was no led. I moved the board the led blinked a few times. Pull the controller and found cold solder joints on the board. Replaced the control board and it was working. Put the unit back together in tested again in the power was going on and off. Pulled it back apart and found the main connector to the control board had a bad pins. I fixed the pins and it now working. The connector might have be replaced if they call back. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not stopping a cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 long drain fault f6e1 acu communication error. I gained access to the control and tested the actuator, drain pump, motor, lid lock and valves, I found all within range. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it not switching from agitate to spin. I replaced the control and retested the unit, I still found it not switching between agitate and spin. I gained access to the gearcase and retested directly at the components, I found them in range. I removed the actuator and spun the cam by hand while manually changing how the gear case engages. I felt no difference in resistance between spin and agitate, indicating the gear case stripped. I pulled the wash plate and verified the SPANNER nut is in good condition. I am ordering the gearcase, actuator, cam, belt to complete the repair. Arrived onsite for a washer that Is showing a slow drain code. Upon arrival I put unit into diagnostics and found the F9E1 code stored. I cleared the code and ran the drain pump through diagnostics mode and found that it wouldnt turn on . Upon further inspection I found that the drain pump harness had come unpinned. I was able to save the oem connector and re-pin it.I tested unit and found unit operating as designed job complete. No leaks.

The customer advised that when the washer is put on low or medium spin, it does not seem to dry out the clothes as well as if they put it on a high speed spin. Ran the unit three diagnostics and did not find any store Derek oats. Ran the units for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that because of the G-force gravity created by the high speed spin, the unit would get more water out of the closed and in a lower speed spin. I advise the customer that this is normal operation and that everything is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that started not cooling correctly again in the RC and there is frost building up again in the RC. I found frost buildup on the outside of the evaporator cover. I tested the thermistors in diagnostics and the evaporator thermistor was reading open. As soon as I moved the unit to gain access to the rear of the unit the display changed from showing open to a pass state. I could not get the unit to fail again. I removed all the frost and replaced the thermistor. I had 3.045 Kohms at the control to the new thermistor and it read 72 degrees which was the correct temp. I replaced the main control since it had read open for no good reason. Call complete.
