I gained access to the interlocks and moved them back to the open position. I then opened and closed the door roughly 50 times to verify it would not happen again. The unit is now working as designed. I advised the customer this was most likely due to slamming the door and advised him on the best way to close it.

Arrived onsite for unit have ice frozen the bin and the cap for the filter release is broken. Upon further inspection for the ice bin. Found that the shaft was not making contact with the motor to turn the auger. Customer had items on the shelves hanging over the rear section of each shelf blocking the air circulation causing items on the top shelf to get too cold and freeze. Removed items from hanging over shelves to allow proper air circulation. Checked return port to ensure it wasnt blocked. Return port looked good. Adjusted dampener to cold instead of coldest setting to prevent items on top shelf from freezing. Explained keeping items away from the vents on the top shelf will help and prevent items from freezing. Job completed.

Arrived on site for Clicking Noise - Gas Dryer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Voltage is good and dryer is heating as designed. Placed thermocouple to get temps. Dryer heats to 205 and cools to 120 then gas valve turns on to begin heat cycle and cool down as designed. Had customer confirm the noise was not the gas valve clicking to light flame. Customer stated the noise was the basket spinning and making the noise thats considered normal after she identified it for me. Noise is basket spinning and all sounds are normal. No repair needed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to No Heat dryer at Unit 135. After putting the machine into diagnostic mode I received an F4E4 error code. L2 voltage After checking the voltage at the terminal block I found there was 120v through L1 and L2. Then gained access to the bottom panel of the unit, there was a large amount of lint in the bottom of the dryer indicating a venting issue. Found thermal fuse and safety devices good, but found element open. Element likely failed due to excessive lint and lack of airflow. Replaced element and tested, found unit working as designed. Vacuumed lint from unit. Advised customer that lint screen needs to be emptied every load, and regular vent cleanings. Call complete."

Arrived on site for Water Filter Stuck - Can't Remove - Built-In Refrigerator. Found end cap missing from current filter. Was able to remove filter but once new filter was installed the filter head began to leak. Removed filter head and installed new filter head. Installed customers filter and no leaks detected. Recommended customer purchase every drop filters due to off brand filter gaskets tearing. Left new end cap for customer to use on all new filters going forward. No leaks detected. Purged new filter. Upon further inspection I found a small air leak on the top left corner of the door. I used my heat gun to reshape the gasket and silicone adhesive to repair the tear. I advised the customer of the silicone and he said it was okay, for the new gasket I was going to install was damaged. I advised the customer to keep the door closed for several hours to let the gasket shape. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when using the right 2 burners on high then turn them down, the burners stayed on and never turned off/down. I tested all burners and found them operating as designed. Customer advised that it charred their food/pot. I retested the front right burner and tested for approximately 5-10 mins on high then turned it down and it turned off, but once the sensor read the temp, the element came back on. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and no repairs are needed at this time. I recommended that when using the burner on high and they wanted to turn it down to a simmer, to switch the pot/pan to another burner until the hot burner could cool enough to a simmer heat.

I tried pushing down on the lid to try and get it to latch but it would not respond. The console would flash F5 and turn its self off. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s hardly making ice and lost temperature in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the day after they called in about the refrigerator, the unit self corrected and has been running and holding temperature properly. He did advise that the unit is leaking from the icemaker area and running down the front of the door. Check the freezer in the freezer was at proper temperature. Found no evidence of any defrost issue of any kind. Ran the unit through a harvest test and found the icemaker heater seemingly not working as the motor was having to bust the ice out of the mold. Found a gasket issue on both sides of the ice door due to ice buildup.Per the service pointer on Frost and dripping at the facia, ordering the facia heater, icemaker, and ice door for repair. "Arrived on site for I've noticed that the clothes do not move position during the wash cycle. The drum fills and not agitating--the drum will fill but the clothes just sit there --clicking noises the clothes just sit there in water until the rinse cycle begins. A couple of times, the clothes were wet at the end of the cycle and I had to use the spin cycle to remove the water. There are loud clicking noises as well. Placed in diagnostics and Motor fault came up. Removed dust cover and found actuator not inside cam mount. Removed actuator and installed new actuator. Cleared error codes and ran manual diagnostics to high speed spin then heavy agitation. Washer spun and agitated as designed. Placed in auto diagnostics and washer completed all cycles without issue. I found that the actual copper water line is leaking at the backside of the nut that connects the line to the valve. I advised the customer that they would need to have a plumber repair the copper line as I dont have the tools to do such. I recommended that the customer consider replacing the copper tubing with braided hoses and would need at least 6-8 feet of hose due to the distance between the dishwasher and plumbing under the sink. I turned the water off to the unit for safety and advised the customer to not use the dishwasher or turn the water on until the water line has been repaired. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve been finding small puddles of water at the front of the unit at the bottom of the RC door. Also, there is condensation building up in the top back left corner near the damper area. I placed my flashlight on the top shelf in the RC section and closed the door and found a small gap in the RC door gasket at the top left corner. Using my heat gun and some foam, I reshaped the gasket and tested and the door is sealing properly. I recommend that the customer leave the RC door closed for a few hours or allow the gasket to shape to the door/chassis.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
