Pulled vacuum then recharged system with 5.5oz. Equalized psi was 50/50. Repowered unit and found psi lvls on both sides immediately drop to negatives but would equalize back to 50 when turned off. Removed drier and found black gunk/oil in system indicating compressor had a burn out into entire sealed system. Arrived onsite for a front load washer that is making a loud buzzing noise when the drain pump kicks on and it also seems off balance. Upon arrival I checked for any codes stored and found none. I then rand diagnostics and found that when the drain pump kicks on it made a vibrating noise. I check the pump and found that it was cleared of any debris and the impeller was Undamaged. Upon further inspection I found that the drain pump housing was making contact with the inside of the chassis. I adjusted the pump and tested the unit and found that the noise was gone. Unit Spun like normal job complete. No leaks.

The customer advised that the unit will dispense ice but sometimes it will not and you can hear the motor turning but it doesnt seem to drop more than a cube or two. Tested the unit and did confirm the unit is dispensing ice properly. Checked the motor and impeller and found them both working and not stripped. Checked the ice container and found the ice container was operating as well. I did advise the customer that ice clumping and little ice can cause issues with the dispensing of ice. Customer advised that she had been told that but she just wanted to make sure that she had a checked. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was making noise and crackling when in use. I tested the unit and could hear some minor noise coming from the blower. Customer had said they heard a very loud pop. I ran the unit and found it is heating properly. I examined the high voltage system and found no damage or evidence of failure. Found the tape on the vent cover inside the cabinet had broken loose from the cabinet, likely causing the large pop. I removed the blower and removed debris and adjusted the blower. Unit is working as designed at this time. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave and found the turntable not turning, but when I pressed the turntable on/off button it would turn on. I went into tools and found the turntable had been turned off. Turned it on and retested and unit is operating as designed. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had the main control rebuilt and the unit was operating fine in the beginning, but now its taking too long to reach preheat temps. I pulled the unit out and tested ohms to the bake and broil elements and both were good at 27 & 18 respectively. I tested voltage to the unit and its getting 249V. Contractor explained that they tilted the dishwasher backwards and water stared to come out from the water inlet assembly.
