"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found a clicking noise as the drum turned and it appeared to be coming form the front right roller area. I disassembled the unit and retested and verified that the noise is coming from the front right roller. I removed and replaced the roller and retested and unit is operating as designed. I demonstrated for the customer as well. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed main control board. Replaced board and was not able to to get compressor to kick on to cool RC. Found RC evap thermistor was reading 35 degrees when absolutely no frost pattern was present. Spoke with Techline and was advised to replace RC thermistors. Replaced thermistors and powered unit and compressor instantly turned on and frost pattern developing on evap with no signs of restrictions. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not filling. Upon arrival found detergent at bottom of unit ran unit and only got a small amount of water. Found kink in fill hose. Corrected hose and test unit. Unit now fills correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking. Upon inspection I found that the Garmin spray nozzle. Was spraying some water over the tub ring and would run down the sides if the chassis and would build up in the bottom trim and overflow. I installed the noise and found some hard water buildup that was disrupting the flow of water causing the issue. I corrected the and tested the unit and found that it was operating as designed.job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water during cleaning cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out of its space with the hot water hot disconnected. Customer moved the dryer and placed the washer back in its space to test. I reattached the hot water hose and placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and monitored the underside of the unit (bottom of drum, drain pump/hoses, and found no signs of a leak during testing. I removed the back panel and found where water/detergent and leaked onto the chassis and down the back panel to the bottom right corner of the unit (photos). I removed the front panel and inspected the drain pump, hoses and bellow and found no signs of leaks. Customer advised they have a water softener system and provided samples of the cleaner and detergents they use. I found the cleaner was too much for a water softener system and it possibly causing too many suds and causing the water to leak out the vent tube at the top of the drum and go to the back of the unit. I recommended the customer cut the cleaner in half and try a cleaning cycle and if the unit leaks again to contact our office and schedule service. Checked underneath the unit and found the slider broken. Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Found white wire to gas valve pinched between cover and cabinet. Put electrical tape on exposed wiring and replaced control. When unit plugged in breaker tripped instantly. Reset breaker and unit is now powering on and not tripping. No signs of grounding out on harness and voltage correct to unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the water on the floor at the front right center area. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tubes and both were clear of debris. Removed the front toeplate and found dry water streaks on the inside of the toeplate on the right side. I removed the bottom drawer in the RC section and found a small amount of water at the bottom of the RC section and so,e at the bottom right side of the evsp drip pan. I removed the fan scroll and did not see any signs of frost build up. Reassembled the unit and recommended that the customer get photos of the bottom of the fan scroll/evsp cover if the unit leaks again. When removing the drawers from the RC section, I found the snack pan had a broken wheel and was difficult to remove. Also found a small dent near the bottom center section of the FC door (photo). Customer advised they have an open maintenance list with the builder and the door is on the list. I am ordering the snack pan and scheduled return service. Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is leaving a film on the dishes. Upon arrival I put unit into diagnostics mode and found code stored for the detergent dispenser. I then ran a cycle and found found that the unit was producing too much suds as I did not add any detergent Prior to the test. upon further inspection I found that the detergent dispenser was leaking rinse aid. "Arrived on site for microwave intermittently heating. I inspected the unit and work area. I pulled the unit from the wall and tested it. I found it not heating. I gained access to the microwave control and tested relay 4903, I found the relay opening and power being sent to the inverter. I tested the neutral line from the filter board to the inverter and found continuity, indicating the secondary switch, and thermostat are good. I gained access to the magnetron and found it not shorted to chassis and the terminals are reading properly. I installed the new inverter and retested the unit. The new inverter is bad and is throwing a fault code. I am ordering a new inverter.

I checked the suspension and found that they where good. The drain pump had good water flow at time of testing and the drain hose was installed properly. I advised cx on detergent use as over sudsing could cause the symptoms she made known time at this time (sd showing up at times when using the unit and the cloths not spinning out properly). "Arrived on site and inspected freezer and found at this time it is quiet, customer has a video of it making a rattling noise while running. Customer says noise is intermittent. Inspected compressor and found mastic has come off and Capillary tube is very close to dryer. It could possibly be vibrating together. Repositioned both and added mastic back. Also inspected evaporator and fan and did not see any issues here. Customer says they are able to stop vibration by putting a hand on the door. Set front seat down lifting up freezer. Could not duplicate customers noise experience at time of service call, job complete"

"Arrived onsite for burner not getting hot enough. On inspection found the big burner had a 75 orifice installed, there was 165 laying in the orifice tray. Installed it and it was to much flame. I had 125 that I installed and it was just the right size of flame. Tested unit and showed CX the new flame. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and did not find any error codes. Ran A diagnostic cycle and everything is working properly. There is no rinse aid in dispenser and recommended that customer at this to assist water sheeting away from dishes. Also recommended running hot water before starting dishwasher. No further repair is required at this time dishwasher is operating as intended, job Complete"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found proper water flow between cutoff, filter and valve to ice maker. Found inlet valve not allowing any water to pass through with a stable 120 connection. Replaced valve and reassembled and tested dispenser. Found no leaks and dispenser fully functioning as designed call complete"

Arrived onsite for a washer that the water temp is reversed. Ms stated that when the washer is set on the cold setting there was steam coming out of the door causing the console to sweat. I found the hoses reversed at the fill valve. I found the customers hot water wall valve handle missing and I could not get a wrench on the stem because the two wall valves are so close together. I advised the customer to call a plumber and have new style wall valves put in and have them reverse the hoses at the washer. I advised once that is done to use the machine and then if there was still an issue to call us back. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating. Test unit and found bad magnetron capacitor and diode. Replaced all 3 parts test unit and unit tes good job compete.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not heating up to proper temperature. Tested unit and found calibration correct and no further repairs needed.

"Arrived to inspect flame height issue. I found two of three outputs from the regulator were operating normally and inspected the bake system further. I found debris within the orifice and after removal, the unit operated as designed and heated/cycled correctly. Operational test good, no gas leaks of the unit detected during service. Warranty applied."
