When I checked to see where it was leaking from, I found the drain pump cracked and leaking (photos). Also found the toeplate shoved up inside the door in between the door panels and was causing the door to jam up when opening (photos). The customer advised that the unit will not power on and that adults act like its starting to make guys and lose power and they cannot get it turned back on. I moved the ice machine and found power restored. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found that when the external drain pump kicked on, it completely shut off the unit completely until you moved the machine. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer stated water will form in front of the unit starting on the left side and slowly growing bigger over time. Inspected unit found no leak points on the left side of the unit, found a water line a few inches under the front of the unit indicating unit is not leaking from anywhere on the backside but is going under the unit from the front. Inspected FC and found ice sheet forming on the bottom of the cabin. Frost pattern looks ideal, unit has a drain restriction causing water to freeze up on the bottom of the cabin. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was ran through a wash cycle and then at 3 oclock in the morning, it started making a whole Lotta noise. I did confirm the customers complaint And found the unit attaching to drain. I checked the float switch housing and found it full of soapy water, indicating an issue with oversuds in. I tested the unit after clearing up the water and found the unit working in operating as designed. I then started noticing water slowly dripping from the inlet water valve. I found that the hose had not been properly connected onto the inlet valve, causing the leak. I removed the hose and found the inlet valve, partially stripped. I attempted to re-thread the existing hose, and still found it leaking due to the strip in Laval. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W 11434044."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit does not fill with enough water and did not know how to adjust the setting on how high to fill up the water. I did explain to the customer that this is a low water washer, and that it is designed to reduce the amount of water usage per load. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water drying in water, but at half the flow. I tested the hot water valve and found no water coming through the hot water valve. Customer advised they do not use hot water and have shut the hot water valve off. I did advise that they will need hot water for this machine as the unit will use hot water, depending on their wash temperature settings. I turned the hot water valve on and test the hot water valve again. I found it bringing in water at a good rate. I went ahead and replaced the water valve due to the cold water valve having reduced flow rate. I checked water pressure at the wall and found proper water pressure. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found the unit working and operating as designed, but did tell the customer that we cannot change the amount of water that is put inside the unit because its all due to programming. The customer explained that not only do they have that moisture issue inside the refrigerator section, but they also have an issue with her icemaker now. They advise that their icemaker just completely stopped making ice several days ago. I attempted to jump the icemaker and found that the icemaker motor would not turn. I tried cycling the icemaker on and off and could not get the unit to start making ice. I checked the gaskets on the refrigerator and found all gaskets were sealing properly. I found the cabinet was separating from the liner in several spots around the refrigerator section. Went ahead and used silicone to seal off all the edges and I am ordering an icemaker for repair. On previous visit SM mentioned the low flow issues and recommended having this resolved. The wall valves / spigot made no difference in flow no matter which direction they were turned, indicating they are wore out and must be replaced to restore proper flow. Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker when oven and cooktop are in use. Hated oven to 350 and turned all cooktop burners on to high. Allowed to heat for 45mins and highest amp draw on L2 was 49amps and L1 was 48. Unit did not trip the breaker when in use. Customer stated it is intermittent. "WED4850HW0 Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, unit breaker was in the off position. Previous visit, the breaker was tripped. Turned breaker back on. Upon closing electrical box, the unit breaker turned off within couple of seconds. Tried multiple times and same situation occurs. Unit will trip right away but within a couple of seconds without unit running. Customer also mentioned their oven will turn off the breaker as well. "WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect washer not working. Discussion with construction contact advised the machine was actually in 9313, as there is no 9315 within the property. I found the machine with the slow and steady blinking sensing LED and no other functions or operations could be activated. The long-press reset worked to clear the stuck state and I calibrated the control. Testing within automatic and manual test modes showed the machine fully operational at that point, and customer mode, abbreviated cycles worked as well. If the condition persists, the machine will require the control to be replaced. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for power issues, customer stated that unit would randomly loose functions on the console and lights stop working after he wiggles the pantry harness and reset breaker all functions returned also dispenser button gets stuck and he has to pull it back to get it to stop, ice form in ice chute, tested unit found ice door not sealing properly and broken spring on the dispenser paddle, will need to replace paddle, switch, spring and separator, after running multiple times tests was able to pinpoint issue the the 12 volt DC circuit, issue is shutting down all components including, evap fans, lights compressor 3way valve that effects the cooling if unit is not reset in time, recommend replacing deli UI and harness, door UI, control, high voltage control and LED control, office to get authorization and reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11109505 (Dispenser paddle spring) and 1 W11109510 (Dispenser paddle assembly) and 1 W11572058 (Seperator) and 1 W11087492 (Switch)"

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived for breaker tripping. I found the machine would trip constantly and differently from the recently found common issues. The cored was wrapped around several times and after correcting, the issue stopped. I was able to fully preheat two separate times to 500, without lifting the ground. Operational test good."

"WTW6157PW0 Arrived to inspect non-completion of cycle. There was an F2E3 stored and I cleared for testing. The lid hinges were bent, causing the lid to have to be held in place to start the cycle. The customer had noticed the machine would stall out prior to spin as well. I corrected the lid hinge issue and tested within test and customer modes. The unit operated as expected and no leaks were observed during service."
