Arrived onsite for washer little water going in and making a noise. On inspection ran the unit in diagnostics mode and when going from agitated to spin there was a loud noise. Flipped the unit up and there was no oil. Pulled the rotor and found that the stator had a few wire that were out and lose. Secured the wires and reinstalled the stator and new clutch and slider. The water going in was short cycling into the tub. Installed a new control board and the water stayed on a little longer but enough to wash clothes. Installed a new valve and the water is working as it should. The washer is operating as designed. .

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had defrost the unit after they initially called in and have plugged in two days ago to get the unit running. I found temperatures in the freezer at 0?F in the refrigerator at 38?F. I gained access to the control and checked all thermistors. I found the defrost sensor at 25.7 K ohms (-4?F), the freezer thermistor at 22.9 k ohms (1?F), and the refrigerator thermistor reading 7.5 k ohms (38?F). I found the defrost heater registering 89.9 ohms of resistance indicating a good circuit. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7738013150. He buys the all the individual components seem to be within range and that his natural inclination would have been to replace the control. However, because we have already done that, he wouldnt throw another one at it. He advised that because of the ongoing issue and the fact that we have replaced everything in the circuit to fix this without an actual fix, he would send the unit for lead review. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

"KRSF505ESS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues and icing. I found the RC at 50 in the upper part and 17 in the lower. The FC was -4. I found the RC evaporator blocked with frost, stopping airflow and creating the uneven temperatures. I removed the frost and tested. The FC door would not seal due to an ill-fitting gasket and deformed lower mullion, I adjusted the mullion and door and after adjustment, I was able to get it to seal. I had to leave foil tape at the top of the door to hold it closed to allow enough time to re-bed the gasket. I attempted to contact the customer to advise and there was no answer. I will follow up with the customer on the following day. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for makes lots of noise during spin . Upon arrival, customer played video of sound. I Ran a rinse and spin cycle to duplicate the sound. . Unit begins to fill then agitates correctly. Unit begins spinning correctly. Unit begins spinning at at higher speed correctly. During highest spin, beginning to hear a squeaking noise coming from bottom of unit. Remove rotor and inspected lower components. Found the slider has failed. Replaced slider and test unit. Noise issues still occur. Need to replace gearcase and clutch. During disassembly. The wash plate is seized on to the shaft. Had to break wash plate. Then could not remove basket from shaft. Had to use numerous ways to finally get basket off. Replaced gearcase , and clutch. During installation of basket, the basket will not slide on to new shaft tried my attempts. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommend replacement of new basket. Ordering basket and returning with another gearcase. Was not able to reinstall all parts. "KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. Initially, the unit appeared to mimic the prior machine that was replaced, with massive temperature swings. After it fully cooled and settled for several days, the customer advised it did appear to be operating near normal. The installation required significant adjustment as the top of the machine was approximately one inch forward from the bottom and the doors were not aligned. The FC measured -10 and the RC was 34. The FC was set at 0 and the RC was at set at 33. The following six hour temperatures were stored: Max 23-75, 24-75, 25-75, 26-73. Average 28-33, 29-2, 30-32, 31-20. Minimum 33-32, 34- -14, 35-27, 36- -9. The sealed system was working as designed and all fans were operable. I contacted the MFG tech assist line and reported my findings. Tech Butch, file #7738778364. The tech recommended continual operation and for the customer to contact if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

"WZF34X20DW06 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found very little heat at the high side discharge and the evaporator was only just below surrounding temperatures. The lower unit area showed no signs of UV dye, but the front left of the machine had an oily spot on the air guid under the condenser. Upon closer inspection, dye was found and I disassembled. There was a clear rupture at the top rung and I repaired the area. Vacuuming and holding at 380 microns, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. Cooling resumed and the unit operated as designed. No water connections present."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing crushed ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does dispense both crushed and cubed ice, but that when she is dispensing cube dice, she still gets ice shavings in her cup. I tested both crushed and cubed ice dispensing, and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the ice bin and found the top layer of ice was perfect but she was having some ice clumping toward the bottom of her ice container. I asked the customer if they use a lot of ice and she advised that she does on certain days but doesnt for the rest of the week. I explain to the customer that if she is not using ice consistently, she will have ice that will clump due to her, going in and out of the freezer and causing the ice to sweat and refreeze. I advise this will cause clumping of her ice and that if shes not using, a whole bucket of ice a week, she may end up having this issue from time to time. I did advise us as normal operation and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling at all and nothing will turn on. I inspected the deli control and found the power harness corroded up and the pin on the control for the black wire broken off in the molex connector. I disconnected the harness and still had nothing turning on. I accessed the power supply and the main control and didnt have voltage to either one. I used my voltage pin to test the power cord and when I touched the cord the refrigerator powered up. I found the plug partially pulled out of the outlet and it would not push in the outlet correctly. The wash plate is seized to the gear case shaft, the belt has been shredded on the cam and belt guard and the cabinet itself is damaged underneath not allowing the cabinet to sit flush. Will need to order Wash plate, gearcase, hub, belt and cabinet with feet. Requesting 2 hr. "Arrived onsite for MW light not working. On inspection found error F6E8. Was installing bulb when the bulb broke, ordering new bulb and ui for unit. ; ordrng 1 W11600634 (Ui) and 1 W10886919 (Bulb)"

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the cam and the actuator. I tested the washer and it completed the service cycle working as designed. I also corrected the cold water line at the valve. I found it dripping very slowly because it was cross threaded when the hoses were installed. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site replaced sensor and control . Ran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete

On arrival verified complaint of unit missing a part. Found red retainer for third rack is busted. Ordering 1x W11573754. Rescheduled for 4/4; schdld next appmnt for 4/4 THU !

"Arrived on site for vibration noise. Upon arrival test unit and found unit is too close, tightly fit to right side of cabinet and makes the noise. The noise goes away if microwave outer wrap is slightly gapped manually. Spoke with the build and will have unit mounted/ installed correctly. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for oven door glass broken. On inspection the front glass was shattered and the inner cover was bent by the hinges and missing porcelain. Installed new front glass and the inner cover. The door is operating as designed from the factory.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning water out of clothes, as well as moving around a lot. Upon closer inspection found sections of tub with holes not punched through and more areas where hole wasnt punched entirely through. Ran diagnostic cycle to confirm all components were activating as designed, unit drained agitated and spun as designed. Before diagnostic cycle leveled and raised legs however in diagnostic cycle it still shook excessively. Will need to order new tub W11513243 and return. Also found belt slipping on splutch assembly. "Arrived on site to test unit for short cycling. Customer stated unit would not be able to be put in cycle and an F2E1 error code would pop up. Other times it would stop mid cycle. Due to error code and intermittent behavior, replaced UI. Tested unit, unit is running as designed. Advised to customer to connect unit to wifi in order to get updates through the app. Also advised to monitor and if issue persists to contact office. Job complete."
