Electric dryer MODEL WED5720RW0. Verified unit would not power up. Pulled dryer out and checked wall receptacle. Measured 230 volts from L1 to L2, 20 volts from L1 to neutral, and 167 volts from L2 to neutral. Receptacle has an open neutral or bad breaker. which is why the dryer is not powering up. Advised customer to contact maintenance to check the receptacle and replace it or inspect the wiring. No further testing possible due to bad receptacle and lack of power.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX735SDHV00 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket turned allowing warmer RC air up into the ice bin. I corrected the gasket and demonstrated to the customer how to do so should it get turned again. I removed the ice bin to find three cubes stuck on the ice maker separator. I removed the ice maker assembly and found the tray full of ice. I inspected the ice maker and found the separators with jagged edges causing the ice cubes to get caught and stick to the separator. I checked the ice maker prescreened for todays service and found the separator smooth. I removed and replaced the ice maker and placed the assembly back in the ice box and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. I cycled power at the breaker to reset the controls. Job completed.

Upon further inspection I tested the external drain pump and found it was shorted preventing the ice machine from powering on. WTW4957PW0 Arrived on site for a washer auto sensing turns on by itself and they have to unplug it. On arrival, I verified the issue of long drain a failed control board. Went over with PR and found the thermistor checking good leading to a control issue. Replaced the W11788144 CNTRL ELEC and tested unit. Unit is now running as designed and no more issues present. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I heard the thumping noise the customer advised that they were hearing. I gained access to the evaporator to find a small formation of ice on the cap tube at the upper right corner of the evaporator. Also, I could hear the noise coming from that area and when I felt the tubing, it felt like something inside trying to get out as the refrigerant was hitting the tubing sides. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the sealed system components and evacuated the system. I cut the cap tube from the drier and sealed the drier. Using nitrogen, I cleared the cap tube pushing 150psi though the compressor. After approximately 4-5 minutes, I increased the pressure to 175psi for another 2 minutes. I installed a new dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures. I then installed 47g or R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I plugged the unit in and tested and while the unit was operating, I tested all welds with liquid leak detector and found no signs of a leak. I monitored the evaporator for a frost pattern and once the pattern had reached the 4th coil, I reassembled ths unit. The unit is cooling as designed and no further thumping or knocking noises from the system. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and notify us if the system stops cooling again. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on sight for washer stuck in drain loop. On arrival, I found the drain pump oming at twenty five ohms, and not pumping any water out. I found the pump.It failed and replaced it with wpw10605427. I tested washer and found it working as designed with no leaks.Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher making an unusual noise. Powered on and tested the unit no error codes were present at the time of service. The customer provided a video capturing the noise; however, the sound could not be accurately diagnosed from the recording alone. Noted the presence of hard water buildup, which can sometimes contribute to abnormal sounds during operation. Arrived on site to test unit MVW7232HC2 for not draining or spinning. Upon arrival customer stated unit began to make clicking noises and did not spin clothes out. Entered service mode and found F7E4 (basket reengagement failure) and F0E5 (off balance load) error codes stored. Cleared codes and initiated a test cycle; unit filled and agitated, but during spin a clicking noise was present and basket would intermittently disengage. Inspected bottom end components and found slider retaining rivets failed with outer disk dropped, preventing proper engagement. Replaced slider (W10734521) and retested unit, verified basket engagement restored; however, rotor teeth are stripped causing abnormal noise. Arrived on site for an electric range model WFES3530RS0 that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit trips the breaker immediately upon plugging the machine in. I found the unit plugged in but not powered on. I went to the breaker and found the breaker tripped. I turned on n the breaker and did confirm the breaker would trip immediately. I gained access to the rear and checked all wiring and components. I found no grounded wires or failed components but found the bonding strap leading from the neutral to the ground had not been removed, causing the trip. I removed the bonding strap and reconnected all wires. I tested the unit running the unit it up to 350F, and then 450F without the unit tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Kristina SR# 22984306. She advised me to make no further repair at this time. Call complete.

Evaporator fan motor did not energize despite receiving 120V at the connector, confirming fan failure. Will need to order evaporator fan motor to restore proper airflow and cooling, along with additional parts to ensure repair completion on return visit. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRFF5333PB03 with frost built up in the freezer (FC) section. Upon further inspection, I opened the FC section door and found frost built up on the rails and some of the food items due to the door being left open on the left side. The customer advised that they found the door cracked open on the left side and I explained why its that way. I advised that if the door is opened on the left side and not in the middle, the left side will slide out first causing the door to not open properly. However, when closing the door, it should close properly and seal if its closed by pushing in the middle of the handle. I found the door with some resistance when opening. Using the grease prescreened for todays service, I placed some on each rail of the upper wire basket and on the rails of the lower bin where the upper basket slides. I tested operations and the door is opening and closing properly. I recommended that the FC door be opened from the middle of the handle to help prevent the door from opening sideways and not closing properly. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP542638

Refrigerator WRX986SIHZ04: Found fill tube to icemaker frozen over again. Checked voltage to heater; measured 120V. Heater working properly. Removed ice box assembly and heater, then replaced with new heater W11087201. Wrapped fill tube section right next to icebox to ensured heater was tucked up underneath with no gap. Advised customer to allow 24 hours to dump ice; if issue persists, call back. Refrigerator working as intended. No leaks detected at times service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ER2CHMXPB05 accumulating water in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the evaporator and and found the drain was frozen due to a misplaced drain probe. I defrosted all the ice buildup and and verified water was draining properly. I properly attached the drain probe. The refrigerator is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWC555DW1not completing a cycle and not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water and using my shop vac, I removed it. I attempted several times to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed each time. When I cycled power to the unit, the rinse light would flash. I pressed and held the power button and when the unit reset the drain pump turned on, but it did not drain any water out of the unit. I tilted the unit back to find gearcase oil on the pulley shield, pulley and all four side panels. I attempted to get the unit into diagnostics and it finally responded showing error code F2E1-stuck key and F9E1-long drain. I tilted the unit back again and removed and replaced the drain pump and then continued with testing. The unit operated as designed and no water leaks observed during service. I checked for error codes again and found the F2E1 code again. I am ordering the gearcase and main control and will repalce the gearcase, splutch, belt, and main control upon return service. MDB4949SKZ1. Customer stated the door would just drop down and would not stay open. Verified issue by removing door and dishwasher; found right side door spring broken. Replaced left and right door springs w11766665, w11766666. Tested door; it opens and closes properly. Dishwasher working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for noise during fan operations, exposed fan and found a piece of tape vibrating inside the fan bower, removed and tested unit is now running as designed no parts installed job complete no one available to sign

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4957PW0 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11608056) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on-site for refrigerator model WRX735SDHW03 with customer reporting items freezing in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that two items in front of the refrigerator vent had frozen, along with a soda in the bottom door bin; since then, no further freezing occurred, but they requested a check. Verified temperature settings at freezer -5F and refrigerator 36F. Took internal temperatures: refrigerator 37F, freezer -2F. Found no evidence of defrost issues in freezer. Advised customer that items near vents can freeze due to direct airflow, potentially causing uneven cooling. Adjusted settings as both sections ran colder than recommended, but unit operates as designed. Call complete. No parts installed and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found all components activating in diagnostics but when starting a regular cycle noticed motor not spinning normally, and a fast clicking noise, inspected under unit and found failed capacitor leaking oil causing belt to fail and damage actuator and cam, replaced capacitor (W11395618), cam (W10721967), actuator (W11481722) and belt (WPW10006384) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher making abnormal noise during operation. Ran the unit through a full test cycle and observed that the noise did not occur at the beginning, but started later in the wash cycle once the unit had filled and circulation began. Performed further inspection and found damage on the right side of the tub. The damaged area is allowing water to leak out during operation. As water escapes the tub, it is likely coming into contact with internal components and/or causing improper water levels, which results in the noise heard during the cycle. Due to the structural damage to the tub, repair is not possible. The tub will need to be replaced to resolve both the leak and the noise issue. Ordering new tub. Office to reschedule repair once part arrives. Job will require approximately 2 hours to complete.; ordrng 1 W11409865 (Tub) and 1 2hourjob (2 hour job)

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with door not closing properly. Upon inspection, tested unit operation and found the automatic door opener mechanism was stuck, preventing the door from latching correctly. Disassembled the unit to access the door components and confirmed a failure within the switch interlock assembly. Removed the faulty interlock assembly and installed a new one. Reassembled the unit and performed multiple operational tests to verify proper door closure and functionality. Unit is now operating as designed with no issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDP540HAMZ4 leaking. Customer stated that it leaked once but hasnt happened since. I ran a full factory cycle and found no leaks. Explained that it could be over suds or a loading issue the blocked the sprayarm. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for an ice machine WUI95X15HZ00 not getting water. Found unit is getting water but has a broken grid cutter. I replaced the w10919199 and let the unit run long enough to see ice forming. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed reservoir pan and reservoir pump, replaced pan (W11614100) and pump (W11542868) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

-4 fc WRMF3636RB00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival, the client stated it started making alittle bit of ice then it stopped . Then it started working . I checked the temperature in FC-4 RC 39. I couldnt find any issues with the production of the ice. I did find the refrigerator was off balance. I adjusted right front leg . No parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply product works as its designed.

Arrived on site , replaced vent and control. Adjusted vent settings . Ran diagnostics. No error codes and washer passed diagnostics wash test. No leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT531HAPM0 not cleaning. Found the actual complaint was that it shuts off on its own randomly. Found no errors in diagnostics. Ran a full factory cycle without any issues. Couldnt replicate the issue but i replaced the control w11683650 just in case. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for washer not draining. On arrival confirmed issue and found drain motor propeller broken, I replaced pump W10876600 and tested unit and found it working as designed call complete

Arrived on site for a gas range model MFGS4030RS0 that is not igniting in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing is happening as the last time we came out. They stated that the broiler works but the oven doesnt sound like its lighting. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I gained access to the spark module and found no voltage being sent to the igniter. I replaced the spark module W10898291 and tested the unit again. I found voltage being sent and the igniter sparking but would not ignite the gas. I replaced the igniter W11524031 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no gas leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit KOEC730SBE. Loose handle. Repaired by removing the door. And tightening the handle. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts

Arrived on site for a washer MVW4505MW2 not spinning. Found an off balance error. No gear oil leaking so I ran a quick cycle with 2 rugs. Unit completed the cycle without no issues. Advised the customer that if the unit cant get the load balanced it will stop and then you need to reload the clothes. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrive on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 that is making weird noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had a video of the issue. He stated that it seems to be coming from the freezer. I heard a video of it, and it did sound like cabinet vibration around the fan area. The customer advised that when he adjusted the feet on the machine that it seemed to go away. I found the machine rocking from the front right side to the left rear. I found that when the unit was level, I could hear a slight vibration noise from the freezer. I gained access to the evaporator fan and found no obstructions or ice build-up. I went ahead and replaced the evaporator fan WP2315549 and added mastic 212643 around the edges of the evaporator fan housing. I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designEd. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site unit 1230 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. I foudn issue with the control. I replaced control under S153EB, unit tested good. No leaks. Part used w11607637

Refrigerator WRS315SDHM12. Verified no ice in the bucket. Icemaker and tray were stuck in half-harvest position. Ran test cycle; icemaker would not harvest. Removed and replaced icemaker w11700250. Ran test cycle; icemaker harvested and filled with water. Refrigerator working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived onsite for washer MVW4505MW2 giving issues, not completing a cycle and powering off. Inspected and verified no drop in supply voltage as unit powered down. Console UI glitching. Replaced control W11675701. Powered unit and resumed full functionality. Ran test cycle and quick wash and unit did not fail at any point. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site , unit is powering up and heating now . Ran diagnostics got 1-1 error code . Double checked voltage at terminal block. Getting correct voltage and polarity. Replaced control . All seems to be functioning properly. Did advised to have unit hooked up to wifi due to a service pointer on non responsive issues . Job complete
