"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was icing over on the bottom part of the FC. Upon further inspection I found little spots of ice on the shelf and bottom part of the FC. I jumped the IM and found the harvest catching and not completing. It took several jumps to complete a cycle. I found the unit called for water when the IM still had ice in it and caused the water to overflow. This indicates a bad IM. I then gained access to the drip pan/drain tube and found it slightly clogged. I cleared the drain tube and confirmed water flowed through it. I then let the customer know the failed part was the IM. I advised them to keep it off for now. I also found that the water coming into he IM was at 90?F, and advised the customer they may want to get that looked at too.

"Arrived onsite the unit not staying at consistent temperatures. Customer said the unit at one point was extremely cold and then it started dropping in temperature and been consistently not cooling as good as it should. Took temperatures in the unit and got 32 degrees in freezer, and 46 degrees in the refrigerator. Use black light to see for any coolant leaking from the compressor and did not see any type of coolant leaking. Looked at the back of the freezer and refrigerator evaporator and couldn?t find anything.
