"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit is seemingly going off balance more than it used to. She did advise that it does not happen every cycle but advised that she is a single woman living in the home and she runs about one load a week. I ran the unit through diagnostic mode and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test as well as a manual high speed spin test and all tests ran as designed. I asked her to grab a load of laundry and found the customer loaded a mixed load with shirts, a sweater, and a pair of jeans. I did inform her that her unit may run off balance due to mixed clothing types due to the amount of water each of those clothes will soak up. Ran the unit through a normal wash cycle until it began to agitate. Drained the unit and put it in a drain and spin cycle. The unit spun out with no abnormalities and did not go off balance. I called tech line and Techline was down due to update training. Waited until update training was over and called back. I spoke to Bruce SR # 7730666814. He advised that based on my findings, there is nothing further we can do with the unit and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Freezer failed to cool (light in freezer was on). It got up to 45 deg F in the freezer, then it came on and started cooling. Working now, but not sure if it will quit working again. Placed in diagnostics and went through diagnostics test Compressor came on and turned off as designed in test 1&2. After compressor step was completed next test turned on heater. Test 3&4 completed. I could hear the water sizzle. No error codes came on. Freezer cooling as designed. Exited diagnostics and compressor came on a few minutes later. Frost looks good inside on food. Customer keeps a thermometer inside. Temp was at 18 when I arrived. Temp rose to 50 while in diagnostics. Dropped down to 22 fairly quick once door was closed and went back into normal mode. Set temp back to recommended upon completion of testing freezer. Freezer was plugged into an outlet with a multi plug connector. Explained its best to keep fridge plugged into its own power source and avoid having multiple items plugged into same outlet. Asked customer to just keep an eye on it and let us know if same failure happens again."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that stuck in the drain and will not allowed to make any selections. Inspected unit and work area. Plugged in and get it began to start training after about two minutes. Could not get any of the user air face lights to illuminate. Removed console and removed the pressure hose. The unit continue to try to drain. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit stopped draining but I still could not get the user interface to turn on. Tested voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. Will need a new user interface Console for repair. According to the tech-sheet the secondary switch on the lower interlock corresponds with the HV components as well as the TT motor. I replaced the lower interlock with new switches and tested the unit. I got F1E4 error. I disconnected all wires and reconnected. The unit worked as designed on 2nd try after reconnecting wires. I then gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the fuse, thermostats, and element. I found the element open and removed it. It was visibly broken. I replaced the element and then tested the unit. I used my thermocouple with the vent on and off and measured at the vent. The heat was now working. However, with the vent on the fluctuation was very slow. I advised the customer of my findings and let him know he may want to get the airflow checked. The heat fluctuated fine with the vent off. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for ice maker module needing to be installed. I was able to re install the ice maker housing assembly. I had to replace the 1/4 in screw in the front to a 5/16 (larger) due to the spot where the screw goes being slightly stripped out. After restoring power I heard the ice maker fill. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the next couple of days to make sure its starts producing ice. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not working. During testing found that the control panel was not responding to commands. Upon inspection I found one of the interlocks felt soft suspecting upper because when you shut the door the top right corner will slightly stick out far enough to disengage the door switch. If you push on the corner the switch will depress and the unit will work as designed.

Arrived on job for complaints of leaks and wire harness damaged. Found the housing will need to be replaced for leaks and harness for door issues. Bring back hose parts just in case.. ; ordrng 1 W10858468 (harns-wire)

Arrived on site for a wall oven with no power. Unit was on and functioning upon arrival. I tested the unit and it was running as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking out of the dispenser. Upon further inspection I found the valve and dispenser working as designed. No leak observed at the time of service. I also saw no water marks on unit indicating no leak. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for the dryer making a noise. During inspection found that the there was debris caught in the drum pad causing the noise. Removed debris and noise is gone. Complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not heating at all. Found electrical issue in outlet preventing the stove from receiving full power. Homeowner will need an electrician to correct issue.
