I plugged it back in and then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 for slow drain. I then ran the test cycle and it ran through as designed. The customer stated the soap did not dissolve as much as it should. I found the dispenser opening, the heater turning on (verified with amp draw), the diverter and motor running, and he unit running as designed. During the cycle I monitored the drain hose and the unit drained as designed at the end. Call complete."

Arrived on site for Not Making Ice - Side by Side Refrigerator WWBB000APL1. Inspected wiring harness under freezer door hinge for any breaks in the harness. Harness looked good. Found ice build up inside the water fill tube which prevented water from entering ice mold. Cleared ice build up. Ran a harvest and then water fill test. Water filled mold as designed. Ice maker is working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling in freezer. Upon arrival the customer stated that the freezer items were thawing and the ice maker was not producing ice. I checked the temps and found the FC at 26?F and the RC at 41?F. Upon further inspection I found the FC evap cover covered in ice. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and could not hear the baffle open, but heard the FC fan turn on. All of the thermistors passed as well. I gained access to the control and found 120V from pin P2-3 to P1-2 on bi-metal when closed on test 6 in diagnostics. I then checked VDC to FC evap fan from P14-1 to P14-2 and found 14VDC and heard it on. I then checked air baffle feedback and output from P2-2/5 to P1-2 and found 115VAC. I then checked the FC thermistor output at P5-3 to P5-4 and found 2.2 VDC. I checked heater out put on P2-7 to P1-2 and found 120VAC. This indicates the control is functioning as designed. I ohmd out the bi-metal and thermistor and found bi-metal closed and thermistor at 5.5K ohms. The thermistor is way out of range to the temp of the FC and ice build up it has. We will need to replace the motor with harness/thermistor/bi-metal. I found over 6 inches of ice and advised the customer we will need to thaw this out before service. The customer signed the refrigerator defrost waiver. I found the FC light out and replaced that as well. Ordering part. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11238213 (Lower Freezer Bin)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator getting ice in the back of the unit. Upon arrival you could hear a loud buzz possibly coming from the evap fan. I checked the temps and found the FC at 11? and the RC at 37?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the evap fan working as designed, the FC and RC thermistors read good as well in diagnostics. I gained access to the RC evap and found significant ice build up. I thawed out the ice and found the evap fan coming loose. I then gained access to the control and checked the VDC at the evap thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and the RC thermistor from P8-1 to P8-2. The RC thermistor only had 2.8VDC and the RC evap thermistor had no VDC. I then unplugged the unit and found the RC thermistor ohm good, but the RC evap thermistor ohmd out at .6K ohms. This indicates a bad control and evap thermistor. I installed the new RC evap thermistor and then ohmd it back out at the control. It now ohmd out correctly. I then replaced the control and checked VDC and it is now good. I also found the drain tube getting water all over the floor after defrosting evap, and upon further inspection I found the drain tube not sealing well at the back. I used sealer from van parts and it is now going straight into the drip pan. No more leaks observed at end of service. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site and to install previously ordered part.Removed and replaced the kit and reassembled.Customer advised to wait approximately 24 hours for the unit to reach optimal temperatures.Job complete

The Customer complaint is the unit is over cooling. -20 in the freezer and freezing in the fridge. We gained access to the freezer evap and found a full frost pattern. I hooked my gauges up and found 35 psi. We tested the evaporator thermistor and found 5vdc and proper resistance. We tested the fresh food evap and found it reading proper resistance and receiving 5vdc as well. While the unit is on I'm getting pressures of 0psi low side and 110 psi on the high side. I tested voltage to the compressor and found it fluctuating. I removed the start device and found the capacitor installed upside down. I corrected the capacitor. I reinstalled the start device and tested voltage at the control. I found 120vac at the control. I retested the voltage at the compressor and found 120 vac. I tested the winding on the compressor and found the windings checking good. I spoke to PR and ran through it with him. I am ordering the control to complete the repair..; ordrng 1 W11353815 (Control)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that would not heat. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and confirm customers complaint. Tested voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage. Removed front panel and found the heater had grounded inside the housing. Replace the heater and tested the unit. Unit would not start the first two times I tried to start the machine. Make sure all my connections were good and tested unit again. The unit did turn on, turn, and heat but shut off within seven seconds with the control panel is showing the unit was still running. Tested the unit several other times and was able to get the unit to run one other time with the same results. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would have to be either with the motor, belt switch, or control do to intermittent working abilities. Arrived on site for a range not heating. Upon arrival customer stated the oven was not getting any higher than 110-120?F. I tested the voltage at the wall and found correct voltage. I unplugged the unit. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found both elements ohmd out to 20 ohms which is good. The sensor ohmd out at 1k which is good. The fuse was closed and good. I plugged the unit back in and checked voltage to the elements and found no voltage going to either. This indicates an bad control. I installed a new control and then tested the unit and checked for voltage. The elements were now getting your 240V and the oven preheated. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer buzzing sound. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code for valve failure. Will need valves replaced. Also bringing back drain pump due to additional sounds. Unit is quad-stacked will require 2 man. S.; ordrng 1 W11316255 (valve)

"Arrived on site for a no heat microwave. Upon arrival the MW was already uninstalled. I put a cup of water into the MW and tested unit. I found no heat at all. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the diode, fuse, cap, and mag good. I found the transformer ohmd out open however. We will need to replace the transformer. Ordering the part and returning with the others. but they moved it to a vacant room so the tenant would have a working unit. Lease reflects first tenant move in for that apt. Arrived onsite and found shorted wire at switch for front left burner. Repaired wiring. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was locked during cycle. On arrival customer had informed me that they changed cycles and the door unlocked. Checked error codes and found no errors present. I tested the lock, ran several cycles, stopped and started etc. lock was responsive 100% of the time. Could not find any issues present. Call complete."
