The customer advised that before the dryer stopped working, the unit was having a hard time drying clothes and would take multiple cycles to drag their clothes. Last week when the unit went out she noticed steam entering up into her user interface area and it caused the machine to be unresponsive For 48 hours. She advised that she is still able to dry clothes but she does notice steam build up and she immediately shut it off when she starts to see the steam on the user interface. Checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose had water inside the vent hose indicating a clogged venting system. The customer advised that they have not cleaned out there vent since they moved in five years ago. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely with their venting and they will need to have their vents cleaned by a vent cleaning company. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Cleared the code and using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit. The first 2 tests failed (photos). I checked the vent that goes outside and its a direct shot from the unit to outside and it is clear. I pulled the unit out and remove the vent tube at the back of the unit and found a large amount of lint inside. Removed the lint and using my borescope, I scoped the vent pipe inside the unit and the vent going outside and both are clear (photos). I re-installed the vent tube to the unit and retested and unit vent test passed (photo). I advised the customer of my testing and findings and adjustments. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

When I removed the dryer from the exterior vent I retested the dryer and found air flow drastically improved. Indicating the exterior vent has some kind of restriction or the exterior vent is not opening. The exterior vent needs to be inspected to ensure it has proper air flow for the dryer. Job complete.

I range a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water , the wash motor coming on, and the heating element turning on and heating. I spoke to the customer about the unit having a plastic tub and because plastic does retain heat like stainless steel the unit wont dry as well. I recommend running the unit on normal, with heat dry and high temp wash selected and to run the hot water at the sink before turning the dishwasher on. The unit is operating as designed. "110.25132412 Arrived to inspect noise during spin. I found the unit had slightly excessive chassis movement during spin and I removed the wash plate and inspected the drive hub. All six screws required tightening and after the repair, the basket movement, independent from the tub, was lessened. I found no signs of gear case failure or other issues and re-calibrated the machine. Opera test good, no leaks observed during service.

I did confirm both issues and found the lid lock trying to lock but not able to. I asked the customer if they wanted to deal with both issues at the same time and the customer advised that they did not want to work on the water issue at this time. They asked for us to just continue forward with a lid lock assembly at this juncture. Replace the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker producing slowly. Upon further inspection, I found ice cubes wedged in the tray and not allowing the tines to complete a harvest. Also found the full tube chute full of ice. I removed the ice maker assembly and we so over the ice in the chute and didnt find any debris clogging the chute. I advised the customer due to the ice getting wedged in the tray and the chute filling with ice, the ice maker and dual valve would need to be replaced as the valve is weeping causing the water to drip into the chute and create the ice build up. I removed and replaced the valve and ice maker and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. I cycled power to,the unit to reset controls. Job completed."

Due to the intermittent issue o f the water not dispensing and not making ice, I installed the filter bypass and found the water turned off at the wall. Turned the water on and tested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. Removed the bypass and placed the filter back in and retested and it continues to operate as designed. I tested voltage to the RFID board at the main control and got 13.69VDC. I recommended the customer leave the bypass installed and monitor the unit. Advised to contact our office if the unit continued to intermittently malfunction and at that time, I would recommend replacing the filter head and RFID board. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer section of the panel and tested the unit in a normal wash. The basket filled approximately 3/4 full and began to agitate. I found no signs of a leak. I advanced the timer to spin and inspected the drain and hoses and again found no signs of a leak. I did find that at the back of the unit on the wall where there was a place on the baseboards where it was clean and on both sides of the clean area there was lint. I suspect the drain pipe might have possibly leaked or overflowed. I retested the unit three more times and it continued to operate as designed with no leaks. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if possible to get a video of the leakage and contact our office if it does leak again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also stated that beyond the washer not completing cycles, the unit is making screeching sounds when spinning. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves pulling insufficient water. Filled up the basket a third of the way up the basket and attempted to drain out and did not find any siphoning conditions. Round the unit there an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did hear the belt slipping on the cam causing the screeching issue. Ordering the cam and belt and will return with the water valve and control. "Arrived on site for fridge raider that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer both operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit was initially cooling the freezer but theyre not calling the refrigerator and so she messed with the cold control inside the freezer and then the unit started calling the refrigerator but not freezing in the freezer. She advised that she had tried changing the temperature on her control and found it was not responding to any attempts to change the temperature setting. She advised that everything had come back on two days ago and has seemingly started to work but thought the control might still be causing an issue. I did not find any evidence of a defrost issue or a cooling issue. There was no frost or moisture buildup in either compartment. I did advise the customer that because the unit was cooling and operating as designed, there was not really a way for me to determine that at this juncture. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Fc completely frozen over and door cannot be opened to diagnose issue. Custo.er to thaw unit for a minimum of 48hrs prior to return

Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Upon further testing I found belt loose and failing. After replacing belt I found noise was gone and unit worked as designed with no leaks. Call complete ; ordrng 1 W11239875 (Belt dont order(came from 364696))

"Arrived onsite for not dispensing ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and RC is at 38 degrees in FC is 14 degrees. Customer states that RC maintains temp of 38, but Fc gets as warm as 22 degrees.Ran diagnostics and all test passed. Contacted SW for assistance . SW recommended a sealed system repair. This is a r600 system. Ordering compressor, UI dryer, access valve, r600 kit, and nitrogen . Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly. Found both oven UIs not responding when attempting to put into diagnostics. Verified unit receiving proper voltage. Checked all connections and everything is secure. After a couple minutes of staying on amber lights flash 3x. Also left oven light not turning off. Recommend replacing expansion board and UIs. I inspected the oven door for it not closing properly. I found the inner panel slightly dented not allowing for full contact with the switch. I am ordering the inner panel.
