"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was leaking into room at times when used. Ran unit in diagnostics mode and filled tub 50% with water. Found no leaks at all when filling. Agitated water to see if it was splashing over or coming through a tub Crack and found no water during test. Drained unit. When draining i could hear the water stop flowing into the standpipe due to a slow drain, and was backing over the drain hose. I drained it again with a borescope in the standpipe, and found water is coming up to the drain hose and if it gets an air bubble or backs up further it will run over. I had inspected all components and pressure line and found no evidence of a leak. Advised manager and owner of findings. Call complete."

However, most of her other loads of run just fine including the last three. The customer did have a load running during the time of operation. Watch the unit finish out the spin cycle and complete the clothes as designed. Ran through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through manual fill, agitation, drain, and spin and couldnt find an issue with the unit. I did advise the customer that the issue might be with loading. The customer stated that it only seems to happen on extremely late loads or heavy loads. I did inform the customer on how to properly load her washer and went over the user care guide. They had moved the unit outside for a little while and then moved it back inside. Once they moved it inside, they noticed two wires that were broken underneath the unit. The husband had attempted to fix it himself and they have not been able to drain ever since. Took a look underneath the unit and confirm that complaint. See photo. Spoke to Clemson was advised that this would not be covered under the warranty due to the customer breaking the wires and attempting to fix it themselves. Customer advised that it does make ice about every two hours but it does not make as much as their prior icemaker. I did jump the icemaker and found everything working as it should. Pulled up the icemaker text sheet and did show the customer that this unit only makes 56 to 72 cubes a day and will take up to 3 days to fil the ice bin. The customer advised that is probably about right. They wanted to know if there was anyway that they could swap this icemaker for another icemaker. I didnt form them that that is not available on this unit. Checked temperature in the freezer and found the freezer at 0?F. Went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Also, the builder advised that the backsplash was damaged when the unit was installed (photos). I found when the unit is installed up against the backsplash, there is a 3/4 inch gap between the cabinets and the console on both sides (photos). I found a scuff mark on the right side trim (photo). I removed and replaced the console and installed a new nameplate. Cleaned the unit with stainless steel cleaner. Tested the unit, but the gas is shut off to the unit. I relocated the model/serial to the bottom of the unit under the cabinets (photo). No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
