I installed the hinges and the light now turns off without having to push against the door but there is still a issue with the control knobs that seems to be intermittent. I inspected the ice machines function and tested the unit was air tight by pouring a 1/3 of a cup of water into the ice chute. No water escaped which indicates an air tight seal. I also checked the housing and impaler arm which are both also good. Informed customer the unit is working as designed . Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that is fairly consistently throwing F3E2 error for moisture sensor. On arrival I verified customer has good airflow via whirlpool airflow tester. I checked and found no saved errors present. Called tech line again, SR7731230482. Advised tech line we have replaced console, control, harness, thermistor. Tech line had me check and verify sensor bars are working, and they tested good as well. Tech line believes this to be a usage issue, with clothes being either too dry for the selected cycle, or not big enough and to use timed dry. I advised the customer of the proper usage per tech line and recommended to use timed dry on smaller or dryer loads.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher filling, but not running. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F5E2 for door stuck closed. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the motor not running. I gained access to the motor and found the correct voltage to it. Upon pushing the unit back in the motor kicked back on and began running. This indicates a weak wash motor needing to be replaced. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water dispensing slowly. Upon arrival the customer stated it stopped working properly not long after she replaced the filter. I test the unit and the water would flow through fine for a second or two and then slow to a trickle with the filter in. I removed the filter and bypassed the filter head. The unit now dispensed water as designed. This isolated the filter or the filter head. I replaced the filter head and found the same results as the prior test. This indicates a bad filter. I advised the customer she may want to replace the filter. Per customer request I left the filter out of the unit. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out completely. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found error code for long drain again. Checked pressure hose and flash port due to service pointer W11367903 . All was good. Replaced drain pump. Tested unit and again all passed. "I arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it would occur on larger loads in the spin part of the cycle. The unit also had some water in the tub. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E5 for off balance load. I ran a diagnostic cycle and during the shifter activation step it could not shift. You could hear it clicking, but not working. It did the same for the spin. I then went to manual activation and found the agitate would not work, but the unit would spin. During the spin it did not make any abnormal noise. After leaving it on agitate for several minutes if would finally begin agitating. This indicated a bad actuator. I also found the suspension rods on the unit causing the tub to bounce like a ball and needing to be replaced. Upon further inspection I found the tub ring broke due to the unit being off balance and hitting the chassis.I am ordering the rods, tub ring, and will come back with the actuator already on hand to install. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, customer advised that a previous company replaced parts and the electricity went off to the home and the unit wasnt tested and has been tripping the breaker since. I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and could hear the start device attempting to start the compressor then the breaker would trip. I removed and replaced the start device and overload and retested and got the same results. I tested the windings on the compressor and found them to be out of range. From my testing results, it appears that the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. I advised the customer of my findings. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and when the steam was to come on the unit shut down and showed error code F8E0 again. I placed unit back in diagnostics and tested the steam and found no voltage coming from the control to the hot valve. Tested voltage when the hot water came on and got 121V. Then all would intermittently not work. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the control and found the correct voltage going to it. I also found the correct voltage going to the console. This indicates a faulty console. I replaced the console and then put the unit into diagnostics mode; I found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with led lights out and needing a 2nd opinion. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I accessed and replaced the FC module just in case the previous one was faulty but still no lights. I removed the ice maker assembly and replaced the 2 led modules in that housing using modules from my van stock. I powered up the unit and the lights restored. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the FC. Upon inspection I found the FC at room temp and the RC at 37. I checked the thermistors in diagnostics and they both passed as well as both evap fans. I accessed the FC evaporator and checked resistance of the thermistor and it showed within range. I called techline and through troubleshooting tests we determined that the main control is not reading the FC thermistor correctly. SR#7731234798. Arrived on site for a wall oven receiving an F1E0 error code after a bunch of steam hitting it. Upon further inspection I found the top row of buttons on the UI were unresponsive. The F1E0 error for failed console would continued to appear as well. I turned the power off at the breaker for several minutes and then turned it back on. The unit was now responding and all buttons were working again. I preheated the oven and the issue did not reoccur. I put the unit into diagnostics and found all components running as designed. The only stored error code was the F1E0. The unit was now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for fridge leaking in the rc section and the freezer not cooling properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I inspected both evaporators, I found no ice build up on th rc evaporator. I found frost building up on the fc evap cover. I put the unit into diagnostics and ran test 38 and forced a defrost. It found the defrost heater coming on. I gained access to the back of the unit and I tested the thermistors for the fc evaporator and it was homing out around 25 degrees.I pulled the drain tube and found it clear of any debris. I found the drain tube not sealing against the cabinet. I used silicone to seal the drain tube. I gained access to the rc evaporator and steamed out the drain pan. I found the water not draining. I removed the drain pan and steamed out the drain direct in the cabinet and I found it still not draining. I tried to run a wire through both sides of the drain tube in the cabinet and found the line would not make it all the way through. I believe the cabinet insulation has collapsed causing the rc not to drain properly. I spoke to the customer about the drain tube and possibly needing a new UI to fix the freezer defrost issue.

Arrived onsite and replaced filter housing assembly for standing leak with or without the filter installed.

Arrived on job for complaints of noise. Found the cause of noise is the drain pump running. Replaced control because it was sensing water in tub but it was dry. After replacement test operation. No leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived onsite for range with suspected gas leak. I used the provided digital gas leak detector and tested all burners. I tested the regulator as well but the leak detector did not detect a gas leak at this time. I let the unit sit for about an hour and checked again but could not find any leaks. I found the far right valve stem is slightly twisted so the off is slightly to the right of the indicator. If you turn the knob to OFF position it could potentially allow a very small amount of gas to leak but I tried to recreate and could not. I found a F1 Error stored in the unit. I found the lower spray arm rotating properly during the cycle and dispensing water. The customer stated it typically leaks a few hours into the heavy duty cycle. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with fluctuating temps and high temps in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer stated they have a thermometer in the unit that tracks the temp flow on their phone. They provided the readings and it had been fluctuating from the low 30s to the mi 60s. I checked temps in the unit and found the RC at 52?F and the FC at 0?F with no product in the unit. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The FC thermistor was 27.7k, the RC thermistor was 6.34k, the RC evap thermistor was 3.65k ohms, and he FC evap thermistor was 22.4K ohms. The RC evap thermistor was reading warmer than than the temps in the unit, indicating it needs to be replaced. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I replaced the RC evap thermistor. The unit was now cooling and running as designed. I advised the customer er to wait about 48 hours for the unit to reach temps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and inspected the compressor. I found the compressor came on, but the unit failed to cool. I inspected the orion board and found no burnouts. Due to not having a wattage meter to test the compressor, I am unable to determine if the compressor has failed or not. I tested the windings and found them within range. I am ordering the compressor kit, condenser, access valve, RESEARCH-OIL LESS GAUGES, RESEARCH-WATTAGE METER, CNOTE-3HR JOB. Upon return, once the problem has been confirmed, Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11025999 (Compressor kit) and 1 W11548259 (Condenser) and 1 TJ90SF8404 (Access valve) and 1 RESEARCH (OIL LESS GAUGES) and 1 CNOTE (3HR JOB) and 1 RESEARCH (WATTAGE METER)"

Arrived on site to test unit after being unplugged a few days and thawed. Advised customer a day before appointment to plug unit in. Unit temps are correct. On initial visit water was collected in pantry UI housing area. No corrosion to harness or pantry UI. Thermistors tested good. Unit defrosting as designed. Collected water in pantry UI was causing issues. Advised customer to use and monitor as unit is now working as designed. Also advised to place clear tape over pantry UI to prevent water from entering. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new adjuster and the unit is now working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the right adjuster clip had fallen off and I found it burnt on the bottom of the tub.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the evaporator fan running for the compressor not running and super hot. Replaced the starting device and capacitor and tested the unit. The unit amp draw was extremely high for the unit at 2 A and ran up to 2.5 A. The unit then started dropping in amperage and got down below 2 A after 15 minutes. I spoke to PR and he advised that with the unit being so hot, it would make sense that it was pulling excessive amperage due to the heat of the refrigerant and the compressor working harder to cool the unit. Advise customer to unplug the unit to allow the compressor to cool down properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher not draining. Confirmed the complaint and found the drain pump was defective and burning hot to the touch. Removed and replaced it and unit tested as designed without any leaks. Customer satisfied. JOB COMPLETE

Arrived on site to follow up on washer that needed new hub to resolve loose basket. Installed new hub and retested. Unit now working as designed. Calibrated unit. Working as designed. Call complete.
