"Arrived on site for a cooktop leaking gas. Upon arrival the customer stated that he has had plumbers come out twice to check pressures and for leaks. They did not find any leaks on the lines themselves. The customer also stated that you would have to use several burners at once to smell the leak, and even sometimes the pressure under their cabinets would cause the door to crack open. They stated depending on which burners they use it may even leak from the top. I gained access to the bottom and used my leak detector while running the burners on the line and regulator. I found no leaks. However, I could smell gas. I continued to run the right two and middle burners and could smell gas seeping out of the front left burner. I used my leak detector their and still found no bubbles forming. I gained access to the manifold, tubings, and orifice holders. I found major corrosion on the middle orifice holder and its tubing from the manifold. This may be where the leak is coming from. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7731084149. Joel advised to replace the orifice holder, tubing, and manifold. Ordering parts and will return with the manifold to complete the repair. Office to reschedule. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E1-no fill/long fill. I cleared the code and proceeded with testing and the unit failed to fill with water. I found the water source turned off at the wall. Turned the water on and restarted testing. Unit is operating as designed. When the unit began to agitate, it make a loud grinding noise, but did not in spin mode. I removed the agitator and it looked good. Reinstalled the agitator and retested and the unit operated as designed with no further noises. I advised the customer that due to the unit sitting for so long without water running to it caused the noises, but since the water is going into it now, the noises stopped. Basically, the water lubricated the unit. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for dw has pwr but not running. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics and completed all cycles until drain. Placed in a drain and could hear the drain pump chattering but not draining water. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Ran through diagnostics and drain pump is draining as designed and heating element is heating. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found the lid in the closed position but gapped approximately 1/2 inch from the top panel. I removed the console and inspected the hinges and found when the lid pops back up the 1/2 inch, the hinges dont move. I contacted techline and spoke to Sterling and advised of the complaint and my findings. Sterling advised to replace the hinges and inspect the lid to make sure its not warped. He provided SR#7731088956. Customer advised that the display shows 1 minute at the end of the cycle and nothing is happening with the unit. She advised that it will stay at 1 minute for days unless she turns the unit off. I am ordering the main control, both hinges and the lid. Office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power, but the oven is working. Upon further inspection, I found he microwave control display blank and the oven display operating. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the microwave cover and found the safety thermostat harness shorted. Traced the wiring to the fuse and filter board. Tested the fuse and it was bad and found a burn spot on the filter board where the fuse sits. Tested the switches and all are within range. Using a fuse from my van stock (W10138793), I installed the fuse and tested the microwave. Unit is operating as designed. Advised customer that should the fuse go bad again, the safety thermistor, fuse, and filter board will need to be replaced with the possibility of all 3 switches being replaced as well. "Arrived on site for a washing machine and still not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Ran through the valves and found the hot water valve not pulling in water. The customer advised that she had turned off the hot water to the unit. The unit was set on cool which would also pour hot water into the machine. I did inform the customer that that was probably why her unit wasn?t finishing cycles because the unit was unable to get hot water to the unit and they shut itself off after a certain amount of time. I turned the hot water valve at the wall back on. The customer advised that that was not it and that it was not completing cycles. Ran through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran through both manual agitation and spin tests. Both ran as designed for 2 minutes. The customer advised that the unit might be doing that without clothes in it but it would not do anything while she has towels in the machine. Had the customer get a load of towels and sheets and ran a heavy duty cycle. I did instruct the customer about not mixing loads. The unit filled and began agitating as designed. I canceled the cycle and placed the unit in a drain and spin cycle. The unit ran as designed. . I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Kathy SR# 7731082386. She advised that based on the results, the issue is a loading and installation issue. She advised the customer need to have both valves turned on for the unit to run properly and to make sure the customer goes through her user care guide for pertinent information about the unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Found frost buildup in the evaporator section on the ceiling. Spoke to CS and was advised to check to see if the defrost timer would help defrost the unit. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not allowing he function and upon arrival customer also stated was not cleaning the dishes well. Upon arrival was able to confirm the heating element is intact but is not receiving power from the main control or the oWi. upon further investigation found a lot of water corrosion around main control. I then found water has been leaking from door seal on right side and caused shortage between main control and owi sensor. come back and install and repair new main control, owi sensor as well as a new door seal. Also went over with customer the best methods to lessen the amount of hard water inside and around dishes and dishwasher. Call complete ; ordrng 1 WD08X22095 (Door seal)"

Arrived on site for washer giving F6 E2 error code as well as not turning on or responding after coded appear. Upon further investigation I found that the main control had stopped sending a stable five DC volt connection to the UI panel but instead was bouncing between one DC vault and 50 DC volt I also found that on the ui control itself there was burn marks near harness connections.

"Arrived on site and inspected older wall oven with apparent runaway temperatures or F2 code. Set the temperature to 350 and unit reached, but didnt exceed the programmed temperature. Unit is operating properly.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed door, nameplate and handle. Upon arrival also confirmed upper rack was mis aligned causing rubbing against door seal. Was able to realign door seal and installed previously diagnosed parts. Reassembled and tested unit found no leaks. Door seals great and rack is no longer rubbing. Call complete"

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed door hinges. Upon arrival confirmed door hinges were in fact warped and bent. I replaced both left/right hinges on small oven door. Reassembled and tested door. Found unit functioning as designed call complete.
