"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and tested heat at vent tube area and found the unit would not get above 83 degrees. Tested airflow to the unit with my vent test kit and it passed both tests. Checked voltage at the outlet and got 240V. Checked the terminal block and found the unit not wired correctly. Re-wired the unit and retested and unit still not heating. Disassembled the unit and found the element had broken and grounded itself. Removed and replaced the element and reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the power off. Turned power on and check amp draw to t( compressor and found 2.03amps. Inspected the RC evap and found no frost pattern. Also found the evap fan motor harness with thermistor is bad and the drip pan is warped. There was water in the bottom of the RC section. I advised him that the unit needs a sealed system repair, along with the RC evaporator motor harness, evap drip pan kit, damper and hv control would need to be replaced to complete the repair and the unit would need to,be cleaned out before repairs could be completed, as well as, behind the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the door freezing shut. Upon arrival the customer stated the FC door had been getting significant frost build up on it, and now they could not open it. I tried to open the door but found it completely frozen shut and could not open it at all. Upon further inspection I found the gasket on the bottom sagging and completely off. I used my mirror to inspect the bottom of the door and found the plastic holding the gasket on he bottom of the door was separating from the door itself. Due to this it cannot hold the gasket and the door will need to be replaced.

I used the vent test kit with the vent on and found poor airflow for all dryers. I then removed the vent and actually found no airflow at all. I gained access to the blower wheel and found it not attached to the motor and actually backwards. I in stalled the blower wheel and retraced the diagnosis steps. I called techline and spoke/vidchat with Andrew. After visually documenting issue with techline I was advised to make adjustments to the door, hinges, receivers, liner, etc since the initial repair of hinges had improved gap in sealing significantly. After readjusting the door fram and receivers, I was able to successfully run left side oven while customer and I inspected door for any lose of heat. "Arrived on site to diagnose range broil working intermittently, upon arrival the customer informed me that she hadnt realized her warranty had ended, I gained access to the broil and the control, I found proper voltage coming from the broil but when set to broil the broil element is not heating at all. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was building ice on the back side. Removed fridge from cabinet and found a massive ice chunk on the back, along one of the SS lines. I melted down the ice and found some worn out permagum that was likely leaking from the FC. I advised the customer that I can attempt to seal the hole with permagum, and possibly crush the air leak, but it may also be due to failing insulation on the unit.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the rc evaporator covered in ice. I out the unit into diagnostics and ran a forced defrost. I found the control sending good voltage to the defrost heater, and the heater coming on. I checked resistance to the rc evaporator thermistor and found it reading at 60 degrees while Incase in ice. I found the drip pan also bowed up wards and not draining properly.
