Arrived on site for washer leaking water during rinse cycle. Upon arrival confirm the complaint with the customer who stated that during any rinse cycle the washer shoes it will leak water. Upon further inspection found unit sitting outside and I connected unit to a water Spicket and power source in order to test water functionality. Allowed unit to run for a full 45 minute to an hour long cycle in order to verify if unit was leaking during rents but during all test cannot verify if anything was failing or leaking and cannot find any cracks in any hoses or fill lines. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Andrew sr#7733434741. Was instructed at this time not to replace any parts and to have a customer contact word for further assistance and that if unit does need to be re-diagnosed it will need to be properly installed in laundry room so we can run more test to verify the cause of the issue. At time of diagnosis unit is functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival in a diagnostics and found F6E4 as well as F8E2. Found allow hardware ohming within range except owi(@57.1k). Called techline and spoke with Andrew sr#7733437473. Walkthrough diagnostics and found found failure in harness from ACU to inlet valve and drain motor. Also found ACU not sending correct voltage. Was instructed to order main harness and install previously diagnosed parts. Rescheduled customer for 4/26/22 to complete repairs.; ordrng 1 W11227372 (Main harness) and 1 W10723295 (Owi)

Arrived on site for dryer giving a burning smell. Upon arrival confirmed issue but after further disassembly of unit and inspection of all heating hardware and motor and exhaust I found no failures in the unit however I did find that when Im plugging the dryer the dryer had a burn mark on one of the prong connectors and I inspected the outlet and found that the outlet was melting from the inside out causing the burning smell. I instructed customer that this time they will need an electrician to make repairs to the outlet in order to prevent any further damages. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer squeaking and making noise when in use. Ran unit it and could hear noticible squeaking and gets worse with a load in it. Unit is tumbling and drying at this time, just making noise. Confirmed with claims that noises are not covered through AHS, only basic unit function. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making any ice. On arrival could hear compressor running on high constantly. Found items in RC were cool at best with Temps rising. Freezer items were starting to get soft as well. Checked both evaporators and found no frost pattern present at all. Unit is also gurgling in the sealed system and you can hear it in the cabinet. Ordering sealed system repair due to sealed system failure. Arrived on site for water building up in the freezer. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the ice maker and found water coming out of the fill tube. I removed the fill tube and found it full of ice. I cleared the ice and retested the ice maker I found it slow to fill. I removed the water filter and found water flow has been restored. I advised the customer to replace the water filter ever 6 months others it will clog and cause a slow fill which will make the fill tube freeze over.

"Arrived on site for possible sealed system. I gained access to the compressor and swapped in a new start device. I found the compressor coming on and pulling .7 amps. I let the unit run for 20 minuets and found the freezer below 32 degrees. I spoke to the customer and let the know the unit needed a start device and that it is not covered under the sealed system warranty.. I reassembled the unit. Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the second level dishes. I inspected the unit and work area. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the diverter not changing positions and only washing the first level.

"Arrived on site for icemaker having low ice production. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no fault codes in step 56. I preformed a temperature test in the freezer and found it at 0 degrees. I did a temp test in the ice maker and found it at 10 degrees. I preformed a harvest test, the icemaker harvested and filled with water. I spoke to the customer about the process the unit goes through to harvest ice, i explained the more the doors are opened the more delayed ice production will be. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site for washing machine continually filling with water during the cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the water on but the tub not filling. I gained access to the pressure switch and found it not changing resistance when pressure is applied.

Arrived on site for dryer making a noise and it not drying properly. I spoke to the customer and he stated the exterior vent was already cleaned. I preformed a air flow test with the air meter. I found poor air flow on the exterior vent and good air flow off the exterior vent. I tested voltage to the unit while in stand by and under load and found good voltage both times. I laid a wet paper towel across the moisture sensor and found it showing resistance at the control with the paper towel on it and it showed open when I re over the palaver towel. I tested voltage to the moisture sensor while the unit is in operation and found good voltage. I tested the outlet thermistor and found it reading with in range for 90 degrees which the drum was at after running. I called techline and spoke to JR SR# 7733437253. He recommended no repairs needed today. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning as well. I put the unit into diagnostics and found fault code f3e1 thermistor owi open. I replaced the owi with new And ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed. No water leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on bake and found the unit not heating. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error code and found none. Pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and removed the top panel and back panel and tested voltage readings. I tested voltage to the element while in bake mode and got no voltage at the bake element and 114V at the broil element during preheat. I tested voltage at the control and got no voltage. I unplugged the unit from the outlet and tested voltage at the outlet and got 251V. I plugged the unit back in and left the plug exposing the terminals and tested and got 251V. I removed and replaced the control ad retested and got same results. Removed and replaced theTOD (thermostat) and retested and still same results. I tested from the K3 (red) to K11 (black) and no voltage. Tested from K11 black to blue and got 114V. I advised my customer that there is a wiring issue at one of 3 places...the plug, outlet or breaker. I recommended they have a certified electrician look at the plug first due to the outlet providing 251V. I recommended that my customer call it in for service once the electrician has corrected the wiring and the unit continues to not heat. No further repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4 & F8E1. Cleared the codes and tested the components. All components are operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and tested voltage at the control for both fans on high and low speeds and got 124V with each test. I tested the hall sensors for both blowers and found the lower blower showing 4VDC and the upper showing 8VDC. The customer recently replaced the main control and lower blower. I advised the customer that the unit needs a control for the lower oven,,which is the left control

Noticed right RC door switch was not turning lights on. Removed switch and found it not connected. Attempted to pull connection out from linear with no success. Connection is to far into linear to connect to switch. Removed excessive foam and tried to pry and pull on connection to break it loose with no success and stopped attempting as to not damage unit. Spoke with tech line and was told Whirlpool would be contacting customer. No further repairs recommended at this time. SR#7733434379"

Arrived on site to test unit for hissing/gurgling sound. Found drain hose was not installed properly. Secured drain hose and notice cold water valve on homes wall was leaking. Advised customer to have valve replaced. Turned water valve off to stop leak. Advised unit will not work properly with cold water off and to have valve replaced asap. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Refrigerator dispensing low water pressure, tested unit and found low water pressure on dispenser. Replaced water valve and continued to do the same right after I replaced the valve. Tested water pressure coming out her wall and found the problem there. I advised CX to contact a certified plumber and get the water line supply fixed no water leaks detected during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site for washer making a squeaking noise. Inspected unit and work area. Found noise occurs when spinning basket by hand. Gained access to bearing and rotor. Found slack in rotor. Removed rotor and found rotor bolts loose. Tightened rotor bolts and reinstalled rotor. Spin tub by hand and found noise no longer occurring. Added zip tie to drain line. If noise reappears will need to replace rotor and stator,

Arrived on site for cooktop front right burner not igniting. Inspected unit and work area. Tested operation to verify failure. Found spark igniter sparking downwards. Adjusted igniter and cleaned. Assembled burner and tested operation. Found working as designed. Had customer test burner as well.

"CArrived on site for washer making noise in agitation cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault F7-E6 motor fault. Gained access to motor and measured resistance and found correct. Measured capacitor farad and found correct. Removed cam and grease leaking from gearcase. Will need to replace gearcase to repair.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water in FC. Inspected unit and work area. Found sign of clogged defrost drain. Gained access to condenser drain and found duckbill clogged. Will need to replace duckbill with P-trap kit. Contacted claims department and found kit will be covered (SC). Disassembled FC and removed ice from evaporator drain pan. Found ice maker mold chipping. Recommend to replace ice make. Contacted parts department and part was delivered while on site. Removed duckbill and installed kit. Removed ice maker and installed new. Assembled unit and tested defrost operation. Tested ice maker cycle and monitored operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for dryer not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Performed air flow test and found tester not registering air flow. Removed vent and found no air flow. Disassembled unit and found blower housing clogged (see SD-pic). Cleared blower housing. Tested operation with blower housing off and found unit operating as designed. Assembled unit and performed air flow test with vent off and found good air flow. Attached vent and performed air flow test and found restriction in home venting. Informed landlord of venting issue.

"Arrived on site for dont drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode, found error code F6-E6 cold water entering unit and F8-E1 slow drain. Found no loop in drain line and no access to correct due to reverse osmosis. Measured incoming water temperature at faucet and found 120?. Measured amp draw to element at 7.5 amps. Found suds from rinse aid as designed to show that it is working as designed. Found hot temperatures at end of test cycle on element. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service. Spoke with customer on error codes and user care guide."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Tested drain pump and found activating. Found drain line clear. Inspected drain pump housing and found object stuck in housing and not allowing impeller to turn. Assembled unit and performed diagnostics mode. Monitored test cycle and found unit operating as designed. Spoke with customer on service performed.

"Arrived site for dryer overheating. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found F4E4 & F4E1 errors in diagnostics. Found element grounding out with failure coils, also found ACU intermittently sending low voltage to hardware.
