Replaced main control, door ui and dispenser ui at same time. Symptom of short cycling dispenser ui and shimmering LED lighting persisted without a change. Techline walked through every DC load in diagnostics to find a DC load short cycling control. No loads causing a short cycle in diagnostics. Verified polarity and dedicated circuit at power supply. Compressor does not short cycle when control resets.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a lower spray arm not working. Upon arrival the spay arm had actually been melted onto the heating element. I removed the spray arm and found the nut broken which cause it to fall off. I installed a new spray arm and then put the unit into diagnostics to check if the heating element got affected. I found no stored error codes. I found the heating element still working as designed and drawing the correct amount of amperage. I found the unit running as designed. The customer stated they were worried about the slight burnt plastic smell when the spray arm melted. After running the heating element and removing the melted arm the smell was no longer present. I advised them now that the wash arm and burnt plastic was removed it went away.

I found the unit still not putting enough pressure through the top wash arm. I then installed a new sump and motor and ran a diagnostics cycle again. The unit was now giving significantly stronger pressure on top wash arm. No leaks observed at the time of service. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave with touch panel issues. Upon arrival I confirmed that only the left half of the control panel was responsive. I was able to heat a cup of water using the left half. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly and getting a lot of ice put up on the back wall the freezer according to the customer upon arrival. Upon arrival customer also stated that 10 minutes before I showed up The ui Was shutting down resetting nonstop. Upon further investigation I was able to narrow down that the issue was within the wiring harness of the evaporator fan motor inside of the freezer compartment it was causing a power shortage to the main control causing it to power down and restart at this point the high-voltage control and ui control of both working as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the it in diagnostics and tested the ice maker for error codes on test #56 and found no error codes. Tested the unit in test #58 and it passed. Tested in test #59 and the motor failed. Tested in test #57 and the motor failed. When I went to replace the ice maker, I found that I was sent with the wrong IM part. I verified the model/serial numbers and found that we had the incorrect model number. Corrected the model in the ticket and researched the parts diagram and found the part number that I was sent with was wrong as was the HV control. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the correct ice maker and HV control and office to schedule return service. I corrected the ticket. Checked drain dray and found rust and debris in the drain trap, likely the cause of the failure. Called tech line and spoke with Joel, who had me test the defrost circuit. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with low pressure at the dispenser. Upon arrival I confirmed the Lowe pressure. I found that is you remove the filter and use the bypass cap the pressure restores to normal and stays at normal pressure. I recommended replacing the filter head reservoir assembly.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling properly. On arrival found the compressor was off and had been off for several days. After adjusting knobs I barely was able to get the unit to click. Replaced the start relay. After replacing the start device I tested knobs again and was able to get it to kick on when fully turned to the right and maxing out the temp. Found thermostat rattling.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running through the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would fill and drain and will leave some water in the tub but would do nothing else. They said they pulled out the filter and found a bunch of glass in there as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for drain motor electrical problem, F9E1 for diverter not finding position, and F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it filled with water, then you could hear the drain pump struggle, and nothing else. I ohmd out the float switch and found it to be good. I then checked voltage at the drain pump and it was fluctuating in and out. I did find voltage at motor to be correct. I found that the unit had a bad control and sump and motor. Possible a bad drain pump as well. I also found the dispenser physically broken.

I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I checked voltage at the junction and it was also good. I found correct voltage at the control too. I inspected the harness and found no damage. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7730755722. He advised that it appears to be running as designed. Upon running it through diagnostics again I found the fan motor not running and possibly causing the control to have issues. This indicates a possible bad control and fan needing to be replaced. I replaced both parts and then retested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit showing the F47 error code on the right side. Customer advised that the left burners are working. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing glass cooktop then disassembled the unit. I found the relay for the large burner was damaged. Arrived onsite and found one lead of wiring to the drain pump had worn and only provided intermittent continuity. During my exploration of the continuity issue the wire snapped at the drain clip. Reset clip and stubbed new length of wire in place of the broken wire. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on findings and repair.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival the customer stated the last service by us we had left the door crooked and it was not closing all of the way. He stated this had cause the IM in the freezer to stop at first. He then correct the door, the FC started working, but the upper IM stopped working. They had another company come out and service the unit and they replaced the IM, but it did nothing. I checked the temps in the unit and found the FC at 6?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 15?F after being opened for a while. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and the ice level sensor was accurate, the ice box fan turned on, the IM harvested, but the IM got no water when called for. I harvest the IM and it ran through as designed. The IM also had an E5 error code for IM in frozen state for to long. I gained access to the valve and removed the line. I tested the valve again with a cup and found the valve working. This indicates a frozen fill tube. I thawed out the fill tube and replaced the IM due to the error code. I then tested the fill and harvest and it ran through as designed. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised homeowner that appliances were not intended to be put on gfci or afci circuits. Nor repairs can be done to refrigerator to prevent issue.

Next technician needs to check polarization and ground as well. Requesting two hour job. "Arrived on site for no water. Tested dispenser no water,removed connector at hinge tested water dispenser good water to connector diagnosed insulation has pulled away from door liner allowing water line to freeze in door.

Arrived on site and inspected the dishwasher not draining.Confirmed the complaint and found the drain hose was filed with aged debris and grease from the unit.Used my flex sticks to clear the drain tube and unit now draining properly.JOB COMPLETE

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not starting. Found failed lid switch and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs.; ordrng 1 12001908 (Switch)

Arrived on site for a cooktop that had yellow flames and flames that were to tall. I found the yellow in the flames to be normal and most likely due to the construction in the area. Upon further inspection I found back left orifice needing adjustment and causing the flame to be significantly off. I uninstalled the orifice and reinstalled it. The flame is no longer abnormal. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making loud squealing noise during cycle, upon arriving on site customer informed us that sometimes but not all the time the unit makes a loud noise during the cycle. Checked underneath the unit for any sign of gearcase oil or shavings, found none. Checked under the belt and found markings identifying that the belt might be slipping causing the noise, replaced belt and ran unit through diagnostics, unit tested fine, filled unit with water and did an agitation test at high fill, tested fine, drained the unit then tested low and high spin, found unit operated as designed. Unit is operating as designed, informed customer if the problem persists after the belt replacement to contact the office for return service on brochure. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator losing cool. Upon inspection I found the unit cooling and the RC at 34 with the FC at -2. I could not see any visible blockages or issues with the door seal. I tested door switches they are working as designed. I accessed the evaporator and found a block of ice had formed on the right side going all the way down the evaporator completely blocking the return vent. I cleared out all the ice and restored power to the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.
