"Arrived on site to inspect microwave heating too hot. Using my multimeter, I got a measuring cup and filled with 10oz of water and using my thermal lead I test3d the temp of the water which was 78 degrees. I placed the cup of water in the microwave and tested on High for 30 seconds. At the end of time, I tested the temp of the water and it showed 106 degrees, a difference of 28 degrees which is within the specified temp range mentioned in the service tech sheet. I advised the customer of my findings and that no repairs are needed at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool in the freezer compartment. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged and already pulled out. I checked the temps in order to ohm out the thermistors correctly. The FC was at 47?F and the RC was at 65?F. The RC thermistor read 3.53k ohm (which is good), the FC thermistor read 5.72k ohms (which is good), and the FC defrost thermistor at 7.8k ohms (which is good due to having some frost on evap still). I gained access to the FC evap and found ice build up again (Pic in SD). I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a short defrost and found the element getting the proper voltage. It also began melting the ice and heated properly. I found all airflow components running as designed in diagnostics test three. I found no ice on the RC evap. I gained access to the pantry UI and found it good. I then ran test four in diagnostics and found it ran through as designed. I checked the harness at the deli control and found it good. I could not replicate a failure at the time of service. Due to the HV control and LED control often throwing each other off to create similar issues, Unit is working as designed at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator door with dents and scratches. I confirmed the complaint and replaced the RC door. No air leaks in the gasket. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection I found the console completely unresponsive. I checked voltage at the terminal block and found 120VAC. Arrived on site for wall oven not operating. Upon arrival gained access to and tested the thermal fuse to find it pulling 120V but not pushing anything indicating the fuse has failed. "Arrived on site for Refrigerator side high temperature. Display box, numbers not readable- only on fridge side no cool. Found Freezer temp 10, Fridge temp 44. All door gaskets were sealing properly. Tested dampener from diagnostics and it was opening and closing as designed. UI display leds werent all illuminating. Removed evaporator cover and found block of ice forming on right side from top to bottom of coils. Found large block formed inside the return and covering the return completely. Used steamer to remove ice and placed fridge in a defrost. Defrost heater kicked on as designed. Was able to completely remove all ice build up on evaporator and inside of return. Removed UI and installed new UI. UI display working as designed. Fridge and freezer cooling as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for unit having moisture inside of the unit when not in use. Asking customer if they keep the home cold. Let them know that if the house is colder than the temperatures from the outside. The outstanding air may travel in the air vent for the dryer and will causing moisture inside of the unit. I replaced the antenna and tested unit the unit began to connect to Wi-Fi but would not allow the consumer to do any cooking. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7731204686. He advised to have the customer on install the appliance and reinstall it using the S a ID code. He also recommended to power cycle the unit as well to help the unit reboot. He advised any further issues to call the Wi-Fi care team for further assistance and if they could not figure out the problem, to re-order the user interface from the world for parts research department. The customer advised that during my conversation, he had uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. He advised that after that, the unit is now working properly and is able to use his phone to make selections on the unit. Arrived on site and inspected Dryer and Found lint trap housing is loose. Found mounting points on front panel are stripped. Customer provided access to there random screws jar and I found two with a wide enough thread pattern to secure Lint trap housing.

Arrived onsite for fan staying on and not able to turn off after cooking. Advised customer that this is a normal cooling feature of the microwave to protect the electronics. Advised customer on design and use and care guidelines.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed system equipment. Upon arrival I was able to recover 3.7 ounces of refrigerant out of the system oh then installed a new compressor UV dryer and access valve put the vacuum on the unit for 20 minutes found out for the vacuum is down that they were no leaks in the system I recharge the system with 3.7 ounces of refrigerant and Allowed the run for another 20 minutes. Upon completion of repairs I found that the psi levels were exactly at zero on the low side and 150 on the high side inform customers it would take 24 hours to let the unit cool call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is seemingly buzzing them would not complete a cycle. Do those last time she used it, the unit overflowed and her washer. Turn the unit on and found water weeping through the cold water valve while not in use. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested the cold water valve and found the cold water valve barely pulling in water while buzzing. Disconnected the waterline hose and found sand inside the water valve causing the valve to weep in not to pull in proper waterflow. Replaced water valve and tested unit. The unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun as designed. Call complete."

The unit showed an E2 error code for the icemaker which would indicate the motor had lost position. Around the unit through a harvest test and found the motor would not energize. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t drain. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found water at the bottom of the dishwasher. Attempted to place the unit in a drain in the unit would not drain. Remove the drain pump and found the impeller on the drain pump broken. Replaced drain pump and tested unit several times. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed in the valve and icemaker dispenser solenoid. After I arrived I installed the new parts and read some of the unit for testing found no leaks during repairs and found that the water dispenser is now functioning as designed also recess of the ice bucket and found it is now dispensing cubed ice when selected. Arrived on site for dishwasher giving F9E one error code as well as FAE2. Upon entering diagnostics I confirm both air codes after inspecting the unit I found it was functioning as designed but there seem to be some sort of miscommunication between the control motor I ended up replacing the vent assembly the motor assembly that included the drain pump with it as well as the main control and then reassembled and tested the unit and found that the unit had no leaks before during or after repairs and is fully functioning as designed call complete.

Replaced the module and UI per instruction of tech sheet. Reassembled and programmed unit to find no more error codes. Tested every burner to find the unit operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it is not leaking during the diagnostic cycle. Customers experience was water on top of the door running down the side while dishwasher is running. Do not see any issues with door gasket. Remounted dishwasher so that it is leaning backwards slightly.

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed part. After replacement test operation.

Arrived on site for ICE IS STILL GETTING STUCK IN THE DOOR CHUTE AND MELTS AND LEAKS WATER FROM DISPENSER. Customer stated since last visit the water drips have gotten worse. I tested the flapper to ensure it was opening and closing properly. Looked good. Removed ice bin and cleared out small bits of ice that could be melting when door is opened and closed causing the drips to run into dispenser chute. While inspecting from ice bin area into chute dispenser area I could see tiny gaps allowing light to come through at dispenser chute section. Removed door chute and installed new door chute. Inspected area again and there is no longer any light coming through. Customer understands ice can get trapped inside chute causing it to melt and drip melted ice into dispenser area. New chute is sealing properly. No leaks detected. Job completed.
