When I finished checking error codes I tried to activate the lid lock and the unit would not unlock. While attempting to unlock the unit the f9e1 error code returned and the unit was then stuck trying to cancel a cycle. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had another technician come out and advise that it was an issue with the hot water coming to the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Test of the unit in manual cold and hot water valve I called and found the hot water not being drawn into the unit. Checked the water valve at the wall and found that it had been turned off. As soon as I turned it on, found water leaking from the water valve on the handle. I did advise the customer that their issue is with the unit not being able to fill with hot water and them using a cool washer cycle that will pull in hot water. The customer wanted us to test it in a normal cycle with his clothes. Tested the unit on a normal wash cycle with tap cold water. The unit began to run as designed. I did advise the customer that he could potentially try to use it on top call but could not verify whether it would still try to pull in hot water at various points. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Kathy SR# 7731588467. She advised that the plumbing needed to be fixed prior to any further repairs made to the unit. She advised the hot water valve can always be energized depending on the wash temperature setting and incoming water temperature. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator losing cool in both sections. Upon inspection I found the FC I caused in a block of ice indicating a defrost issue. I ran diagnostics and test 6 showed the bimetal open when it should be closed. I checked the control and found 120Vac to the heater. I steamed out all the ice and vacuumed out any water. I removed the bimetal and tested it in a glass of ice water. I could not get it to close. I replaced the bi metal and reassembled all panels I powered on the unit after I packed up my equipment I could feel the FC starting to cool. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure it starts to make ice and gets down to correct temps. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making a rubbing noise at the start of the cycle. Tested the unit and heard rubbing noise. Looked at the unit and found that the fan housing was rubbing on the lint chute housing. Bent out the fan housing a bit. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No noise at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for Vibration During Spin Cycle- shakes a lot and makes a lot of noise. off balance. Checked suspension and suspension checked good. Inspected all four legs and they were all level. Ran through manual diagnostics and washer agitated as designed and spun as designed. Placed in diagnostics for errors and got F1E1. Cleared error code and inspected main control for loose wires or any connections not fully inserted. Everything looked good. Checked voltage at J12 and voltage was missing while testing. Removed control and installed new control. Ran through manual diagnostics and washer is running as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with ice building up at the bottom of the freezer compartment. I gained access to the evap and found that there was ice completely covering the drip pan. I found the drip pan and drain tube blocked and frozen solid causing this issue. I steamed out the drip pan and drain tube and removed the clogs. The unit is now operating properly as designed

Arrived on site to test unit for console not being able to respond. Reset unit test unit and unit test good unit working as designed job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for mold and leaking. Found heat from outside coming in from vent. Called Techline and let Techline nothing wrong with unit. Job complete.

When removing old components, found a large amount of oil in all the lines, likely due to failed valve inside compressor. Verified unit holding vacuum for 10 minutes. Charged to spec. Arrived on job for complaints of temperature drop when door is opened. Found the issue is that the oven is returning to preheat. Called tech line and the said the oven needs to be connected to WiFi w11525545. Gave customer info to WiFi team.

Arrived on job for complaints of heater still not working. Ran diagnostics and power going to heater but no heat. Going back with sensor and heater. ; ordrng 1 WD05X24776 (HEATER) and 1 WD21X10519 (switch flood)

"Replaced valve from previous diagnosis. Valve was full of rust from old piping. Advised customer of build up as issue may keep happening. Replaced valve, tested unit, unit works good. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite and repaired unit by replacing mag cap and diode. Unit is ow heating properly. The magnetron had gone out and unit was not heating.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced shifter and also noted drain error in control but pump fully functional. Replaced control as well and calibrated unit. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged membrane. Found membrane melting will order new membrane office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10879583 (Membrane)
