Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival I found the FC =-6 and the RC =35. I found the ice maker cycling as designed but the fill line frozen. I cleared the line and tested again. I could hear water trickling behind the unit. "Arrived on site for Dishwasher leaking water, FROM UNDERNEATH, MAYBE THE SEALS--STILL COMPLETES A CYCLE --SOAKS TOWELS. Removed kick plate and found sound barrier had gotten water on it due to brown stains. Not wet as of right now. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Completed all cycles and heated as designed. Small leak at bottom left corner of door detected during diagnostics cycle. Removed filter and found large chunks of food inside the filter and outside the filter and gathered around filter itself. Removed chunks of food. Cleaned filter. Removed bottom spray arm and found ports clogged with food. Customer made efforts to clean ports while I was there, but items that are stuck inside will clog ports again once dishwasher is ran. With these ports clogged the spray arm will not rotate due to weak pressure from ports being blocked then the spray arm sits in one position instead of turning and sprays directly at the door causing leaks. Ordering a new lower spray arm W10837249 to return and complete the repair. Returning with gasket and sump and motor JIC. If lower spray arm is not turning once replaced the sump and motor may need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon arrival I found F0E2 F8E1 F9E1 F5E2 F8E3 stored in the unit. I cleared the codes and let diagnostics run through. On the valve section I was checking water flow and found the cold side at the wall was actually hot water and vice versa so the line colors are correct but the water temp is not and they are not hooked to the right valve. I corrected the lines accordingly on the unit. I called techline to report the situation and ask about the other codes. They gave me SR#7731600398 we determined the drain pump filter is clogged and causing a long drain error. I accessed and cleared an obstruction from the drain. I tested again and The unit is working as designed at this time with no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that is not heating or running the turntable. On arrival I found the unit has power, but will not run at all. I tried to remove the unit from the cabinets, but it was too heavy to remove solo. Customer advised me installers needed 2 People to install it as well. From what I could see, the unit seems to have an excessive amount of grease and oil buildup, and it likely has gotten into and shorted the HV system, but also the interlocks seem to not be making full contact to even start. Disassembled dryer and found when measured at moisture sensor connector moisture sensor shells good connectivity when jumped. Arrived on site for fridge not making ice. I inspected the unit and work are. I did a temp test in the freezer and found it at 0 degrees. I preformed a harvest cycle and found the unit harvesting. I preformed a fill test and found the valves opening but not filling. I gained access to the fill tube heater and found it unplugged. I plugged it back in cleared the ice from the fill tube and retested the water fill. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Not sizing ice properly. Found ice stuck in chute and smaller that it should be due to sitting in chute. All ice in bin was the proper size. There were a few cubes that looked smaller than normal but this could be from sitting in the bin for a long period of time. Based on what the customer is experiencing Ive removed the ice maker and installed a new ice maker to ensure the ice maker is calling for enough water to come into the ice mold. Explained to customer to keep an eye on the tray beneath the water and ice dispenser for random water accumulating. This is a sign that ice is stuck in the chute and melting creating water on the tray as it melts inside the chute. Job completed.

Arrived on job for complaints of not starting cycle. Found the drain pump on not shutting off no water in tub. Replaced control and test . Found actuator not shifting properly to agitate. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost building up on ice maker, water dispenser not working and missing shelving. Upon further inspection, I opened the FC door and found ice built up on the side of the ice maker housing and inside the FC section. When I closed the FC door I found the gasket with a gap and not sealing properly. I attempted to correct the gasket by heating it with my heat gun and reshaping it. Doing such failed and I found that the when the unit was filled with insulation, the center mullion was pushed out away from the top of the cabinet causing the door to not be able to close all the way. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found evaporator incased in ice,an diagnostics during fan test unit would reset itself ran diagnostics heater not powering on diagnosed a defective harness replaced fan motor that includes harness defrosted freezer evaporator. Ran diagnostics all test passed

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed parts. After replacement test operation.

Arrived on site for Washer is not agitating but will spin at the end. At times will leave the clothes wet. Put in Diagnostics and got motor fault. Found actuator was not engaged into splutch cam. Removed actuator and installed new actuator. Ran diagnostics and washer switched from agitate to spin as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found lid is broken on the left hand side. A new one will be needed to correct the issue.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker leaking. Upon inspection found fill tube not properly inserted into fill cup. Made adjustment and tested. Unit is no longer leaking. Job complete .

Arrived on job for complaints of fan noise. Found air getting in from drain.

"Arrived on site to follow up on oven that lights are staying on in. I tested the door switches and found that the lower door switch is super hard to trigger. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the refrigerator section sitting at 35.7?F. The customer advised that the unit was hovering in the 30? area. She also advised that while the unit was freezing items, the icemaker was not working. Check the freezer section and found the freezer section sitting at 18?F. Did it temperature reading on the thermistors from the main control and found the refrigerator section reading 5.48 K ohms while my temperature probe read 39?F. I took a freezer there Mr. check and found the unit reading 13.14 k ohms in the freezer. I checked an amp draw on the compressor and found the compressor reading 1.17 A. Call Techline and spoke to Robert/Andy SR# 7731549899. He advised that the issue was with the thermistor based on the reading of the thermistor showing the unit at 47-48?F when the refrigerator was at 39?F. He did advise that there?s a known issue with freezing items in the refrigerator section on this unit. He did advise that engineering is updating software version on newer controls but that the software has not been fully updated and developed. He advised to replace the thermistor for now but if the issue comes back, we would need to wait for the main control to be released. Replaced the thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began to cool. Call complete."
