Arrived onsite for washer not responding. As per prior diagnosis I installed the UI and ran diagnostics. I found multiple stored error codes. One in particular was for lid latch failure. I found the bottom left hinge of the of the lid was cracked and would sit down out of position. This caused the latch to fail. I tried pushing down on the lid to try and get it to latch but it would not respond. The console would flash F5 and turn its self off. Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud thumping noise. I ran the unit and it sounded as if the tub was rocking back and forth. I gained access to the tub and found it not sitting on the wheels properly. I took the tub out and adjusted it. I then ran the unit again and the sound was no longer present. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s hardly making ice and lost temperature in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the day after they called in about the refrigerator, the unit self corrected and has been running and holding temperature properly. He did advise that the unit is leaking from the icemaker area and running down the front of the door. Check the freezer in the freezer was at proper temperature. Found no evidence of any defrost issue of any kind. Ran the unit through a harvest test and found the icemaker heater seemingly not working as the motor was having to bust the ice out of the mold. Found a gasket issue on both sides of the ice door due to ice buildup.Per the service pointer on Frost and dripping at the facia, ordering the facia heater, icemaker, and ice door for repair. Due to the customers complaint of an issue with cooling for that one day, also ordering UI and will return with control. "Arrived on site for I've noticed that the clothes do not move position during the wash cycle. The drum fills and not agitating--the drum will fill but the clothes just sit there --clicking noises the clothes just sit there in water until the rinse cycle begins. A couple of times, the clothes were wet at the end of the cycle and I had to use the spin cycle to remove the water. There are loud clicking noises as well. Placed in diagnostics and Motor fault came up. Removed dust cover and found actuator not inside cam mount. Removed actuator and installed new actuator. Cleared error codes and ran manual diagnostics to high speed spin then heavy agitation. Washer spun and agitated as designed. Placed in auto diagnostics and washer completed all cycles without issue. No leaks detected. Job completed."

I disassembled the unit and found the idler pulley with grease buildup and not rolling properly, the 2 rear rollers axles were gunked up with debris and not rolling properly, the belt is fraying and the venting tube was loose. I removed and replaced the tension pulley and belt. Removed the rollers and cleaned the axles and re-installed the rollers. Cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the back. Upon arrival the customer stated that another company already diagnosed the IM fill tube heater was the issue and causing the fill tube to freeze up. They found the water leaking from the fill tube in the back. Upon further inspection I found the line to the filter head was leaking and cracked down by the valve. We need to splice the line with 5/16 couplers in order to put a new plastic water supply line in. Ordering couplers and supply line. Authorization ended on valve and IM. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the elbow at the water line and valve leaking, I moved and replaced elbow and tested. I found that the actual copper water line is leaking at the backside of the nut that connects the line to the valve. I advised the customer that they would need to have a plumber repair the copper line as I dont have the tools to do such. I recommended that the customer consider replacing the copper tubing with braided hoses and would need at least 6-8 feet of hose due to the distance between the dishwasher and plumbing under the sink. I turned the water off to the unit for safety and advised the customer to not use the dishwasher or turn the water on until the water line has been repaired. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve been finding small puddles of water at the front of the unit at the bottom of the RC door. Also, there is condensation building up in the top back left corner near the damper area. I placed my flashlight on the top shelf in the RC section and closed the door and found a small gap in the RC door gasket at the top left corner. Using my heat gun and some foam, I reshaped the gasket and tested and the door is sealing properly. I recommend that the customer leave the RC door closed for a few hours or allow the gasket to shape to the door/chassis.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival I was able to verify that the turntable microswitches and main controls are all working after running multiple test at first I thought the magnetron gone bad but after further diagnosis I found out the diode capacitor were both blown not allowing the unit to hold a proper charge to supply the high-voltage components with.l I replaced both parts and found unit is now fully functioning and heating as designed. Arrived on site for a range that has a broken baking element and has a surface burner that goes on high regardless of the setting. Inspected unit and work area. Spoke to PR and was advised that the element was about to break or stop working and advised to replace the element as well . Replaced surface element and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that would pop the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated the breaker would pop as soon as you plugged the unit in. He also stated that the unit was working fine at the old house and as soon as they moved here it began. I found the home to be a new build and it to be on a GFCI, it was also a 240V dryer on a 120V breaker box. I turned the breaker on and checked voltage at the wall. There was no polarity issues and the voltage was good. I plugged the unit in and the breaker popped right away. I gained access to the terminal block and found it in good shape. The power cord ohmd out good as well. I gained access to the control and harness and found both in good shape. I advised the customer the unit appears to be as designed and they may need to call an electrician.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found out the unit is over cooling not under cooling. I found food in the RC deli drawers freezing. I tested temps and found the RC=30 and FC=5 I ran diagnostics and found the damper opening and closing in diagnostics. I found that the whole time onsite the FC fan did not turn off and the damper stayed open to cool the RC. I found the RC thermistor out of range causing the unit to think its too warm in the RC I am ordering the rc thermistor(W10316760) and the UI as per CS. . ; ordrng 1 W11284720 (UI) and 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)

Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise while ice maker running cycle.

Arrived onsite for microwave that looks damaged or there is a problem with the wrap. I found the right side of the wrap slightly bowed allowing the white frame to show through. I did not see any dents or damage to the wrap. I adjusted the control and that side of the wrap. The gap has closed and the wrap within tolerance for the unit. It was most likely bowed due to the canister shape or installation. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer not draining. Customer stated they was able to drain manually through access drain. Inspected unit and work area. Found drain line to far down standpipe and not zip tied in. Corrected drain line. Tested operation and found unit draining at good rate. Recommend to run cleaning cycle and run a few washes through to see if failure will reappear. If failure does reappear will need to replace drain pump assembly. All operations tested good, no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for a wall oven door catching top left corner of the frame. Upon further inspection I found the left side frame bent and actually causing the lower and upper door to slide agains the frame. This was making it hard to close the door and scratching the inner door. I called techline and spoke to Sterling and received SR# 7730762125.

Arrived on site to test unit for Broken front glass. Replaced glass and name tag test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for ice maker still not making enough ice. Upon inspection I found the inlet valve not letting enough water enter the reservoir. And the unit is taking too long to fill. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found a major difference in the flow rate of the new valve. The unit is cycling much faster I also found a patch of dust and hair stuck to the condenser coil. I advised the Customer to monitor ice production over the weekend. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I inspected icemaker and found unit was only receiving 88 out of the 120 volts needed from harness. I then spoke with Sterling sr#7730765014 at whirlpool techline. After further testing we found that the door switch is only partially allowing power into the optical sensors. We also found after further testing that the inlet valve is not opening allowing water to enter ice maker. He recommended we return with new freezer door switch as well as the optics just in case anything should change between diagnostics and repair. We will need to replace door switch and valve on return then verify optics are still functioning again. O; ordrng 1 W11457217 (Switch freezer door)

Arrived onsite for cold water not filling in the unit. Upon further inspection. Found that the valve on the unit was clogged with dirt. Replaced water valve. Tested unit. Unit tested. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for not washing and found filling properly and washmotor energizing but no water motion. Unable to access diagnostics due to some control glitch. Ordering control and sump and motor to repair. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11410066 (Control)

Arrived on site to inspect washer after sheet got caught in agitator. Found all is working properly at this time and no failures to unit. No repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.
