Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed ice bin and installed new ice bin. Tested new bin and auger is not making contact with the bin. New bin slides in and out of rails as designed. Customer washed out new bin with warm water and soap. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. I inspected the unit and water area. I found the unit at -3 degrees. The customer stated itll fluctuate between -9 and 30 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator. I tested the evap thermistor and found it reading 9k ohms, I did a surface temp test on the thermistor and found it around 35 degrees. I found it receiving 5 vdc. I tested the cavity thermistor, I found I removed the thermistor from the freezer and found its surface temperature around 65 degrees I found it homing out at 3.5 kohms and receiving 5 vdc. The unit went through a defrost while I was there. I gained access to the compressor and found equalized pressures at 50 psi. Once the compressor came on I found the unit at 0 low and 135 high. After a few minuets the low side dropped to 20 inch vacuum and fluctuated. I removed the dryer and flushed the system. I installed a new dryer and ran a vacuum for 20 minuets. I put a measured charge into the system. I found pressure stabilizing. I found pressures building to 0 low and 115 high. I let the unit run for 20 minuets and found pressures holding and stable. I spoke to the customer about mo into ring the unit over the next 48 hours and if the problem is still present we will need to order the control for the unit. Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. Upon arrival I checked the wall outlet and found the same voltage at the wall as prior service. L1-L2 was only reading 88VAC and L1 to Neutral was only getting 20VAC. I found the same results at the terminal block. I attached a picture of the voltage readings in SD-QUICKPIC. I advised the customer they may need to reach out to an electrician. I also informed them that there warranty period is over and any future visits would be a service charge+repair costs. The unit itself is as designed at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water dripping from ice maker area. Upon inspection I found ice and water droplets forming around the walls and ceiling of the FC. I found the door is binding up on the harness sleeve at the hinge and the shelves are getting stuck against the bottom drawer in the FC. I found the harness at the hinge Is split open and I can see wires beginning to break and barely hanging on. I advised that if the shelf is removed the door will close but the FC door would need to be replaced to prevent further issues with the dispenser and ice maker.No leaks detected during time of service. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system as well as condenser fan motor. Upon arrival I was able to reconfirm previous diagnosis and install new condenser fan motor as well as saealed system equipment after pulling a vacuum I was able to verify that there are no leaks in the system and then charged it with 5.25 ounces of refrigerant found after 10 minute runtime the unit was sitting at zero and 150 psi. Informed customer that unit will need 24hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the break tripped. I tested voltage at the outlet and found 120 vac on line 1 and 2 and found 240vac across the 2 lines. We gained access to terminal block and found the lines improperly installed I found Line 2 was laid across the neutral lines terminal. We pulled the lines apart and found line 2 was shorted to neutral at the terminal connection. We tested the thermal fuse, element, thermal cutoff and the thermostat and found them all in good working order. I am ordering the terminal block, terminal screws. Wiring harness, and control just in case. I spoke to the customer about the power cord not being covered under warranty and that will need to be provided. "Arrived onsite washer not powering on. Upon arrival unit was unplugged. Plugged unit in to test. Power button was not functioning. Keyed in diagnostics sequence and unit powered on. Checked for error codes but had none. Ran auto test 12 and passed. Ran quick wash cycle and completed without error. Also noticed dispenser drawer leaking. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival unit had been unplugged and defrosted. Ran diagnostics and found evaporator fan motor running and forced defrost did complete. Unit having defrost issues with control, bimetal harness and thermistor.
