"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles every time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes run through and complete cycles and other times will not and sometimes she has issues even starting the machine. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E6 (water hazard) error code. Ran the unit to an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Attempted to test the unit on a heavy duty cycle and found the control not registering the lid closed. Switched it over to delicates and have the same issue. Renting it back through diagnostics and found the lid lock locking and operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7735483744. He had me check polarity at the wall which we found proper polarity. He then asked about the breaker for the washer if it was dedicated or not. Found that the washer was on a breaker tied to the entire utility room and the halogen lights above. He advised to go ahead and replace the latch due to the intermittent locking failures but after that, advised that the customer would need to create a dedicated circuit for the washer prior to any further repairs after that. Ordering the latch and reschedule the customer; ordrng 1 W11394572 (Latch)"

Arrived on site and found unit had had wiring chewed by a mouse. Will require lower harness to repair. Also returning with other possible damaged parts just in case. ; ordrng 1 W11414944 (Drain hose) and 1 W11551233 (Drain hose) and 1 W11568793 (Lower harness)

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found it is exposed to outside temperature, due to recent freezing temperature water valve has cracked. Spraying water has shorted control board. Arrived on site for a microwave that has intermittent heating issues and also speed to does not work on the vent. Upon arrival I inspected the unit he did not work then attempted to heat up some water and found that the unit did heat the water. upon further inspection I found that the vent fan was mounted backwards in unit causing air not to flow through the unit causing it to overheat which caused the performance issues.. I corrected this and tested units multiple times using water and butter and found unit operating as Designed each time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer not filling. The customer stated the valve broke. I found the cold water valve had separated from the valve body. I replaced the fill valve assembly and tested the washer. "WFG320M0BS3 Arrived to inspect F3 code. I found the unit would display F3, shortly after starting an attempted bake and the temperature display never increased from the starting temperature of 100?. The sensor wire was pinched by the rear cover and after correcting, the sue was resolved. I verified the wire was not cut and re-routed and re-insulated it to prevent future issues. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit is making a clicking sound and makes various other sounds during the spin. I did find the unit making a few abnormal sounds during spin so check in at the unit. Found the cam worn And the belt slipping on the cam. Replaced the cam assembly and tested the unit. The unit did sound better but the customer was still complaining about the rubbing sound that they were getting. I ran the unit through a partial wash cycle with some towels inside and ran it through a drain and spin. Found the unit unlevel and the tub ring rubbing up against the foam pads on the front and sides creating the issue. I did go ahead and level out the washer and advise that the rubbing sound that theyre hearing is from the pads when the basket is rubbing up against them. I did advise that I cannot fix that because that would be due to off-balance issues. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install a new heating element according to service pointer w11540964. I verified the model and serial number fall in range. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to repair a broken lokring and possibly replace sealed system components. I tried to remove the lokring from the yoder loop but it would not come off. If the line was cut above the existing lokring there would not be enough line to add another lokring and if a copper sleeve was added it would cause the plastic fitting that goes in the chassis to melt and catch the foam in the liner on fire. I called techline and spoke with Nate SR#7735421228. I explained all of this to him and sent him another photo. Nate is putting it in for review to have the unit replaced. I let the customer know that they would be contacted in 3-5 business days. Call complete.

I found the left door receiver will not utilize the closer and adjusted the door accordingly, correcting the height mismatch and sealing issues. The customer advised me the ice maker had overflowed again and I found the issue was due to water pressure and compounded by a partially plugged filter. The supply pressure to the sink and refrigerator water supply was quite low and I advised the customer to stop attempted use of the ice maker until they get the water supply issue resolved. The prior repair to the FC door slide has held and there should be no further issues. Operational test ok, no leaks observed during service."

Checked compressor compartment and compressor is only slightly warm pulling.3-.4 amps. Called SW for confirmation. Unit is having sealed system issues. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator and provide general maintenance. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the unit and got 46 degrees which is what the actual setting was on at the control. The customers main concern was the crisper drawers were difficult to remove to clean them. I removed the shelf glass and removed the four screws that mounted the tracks in place and removed the drawer and shelf together. Also removed the evap cover to clean some rust that had accumulated on the bottom of the RC section. I re-installed the drawer mounts and once the customer was done cleaning the drawer I placed it back in the unit.

I tilted the unit back and inspected the thrust bearing and found it good but the belt is worn and beginning to fray. I found line 1 has 120 vac but line 2 only has 15 vac, not allowing the heating element to turn on. I also found the dryer vent pinched off restricting air flow. Because of the location of the dryer I recommended the customer get a periscoping dryer vent and that they have figure out why line w is losing power. I inspected the breaker box and didnt find it labeled nor did it have a 30 amp breaker. The unit should be on a 30 amp breaker. Once power is restored and the recommended dryer vent is installed the unit will work properly. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for oven showing an error that it is over temp. I spoke to the customer and found out the upper oven is the one showing the error code. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the upper oven reading room temperature. I ran a short bake cycle and found the bake and broil element coming on. After two minuets I found the oven reading 250 degrees. I suspected the oven temp sensor. I swapped in a new sensor and retested, I found the oven reading temperature correctly and inline with my thermal kouple.

Arrived onsite for dryer on but will not operate. On inspection found that the dryer lent vent was taking out and cleaned the moisture sensor were cleaned. The display had CL code on that we got cleared. The unit is operating as designed.

"DFE28JMKBES Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the air tower with the updated unit, including the updated fan. I connected the programmer WR98R4546322 and allowed it to complete programming and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
