Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher upper rack falling off. Upon arrival spoke with customer and learned the plastic stops at end of the rack bracket kept disconnecting making the upper rack come out of place. I attempted to remove the unit from the wall but due to the vent and the cabinet trim under the unit, I was unable to remove the unit to test the heating components. I advised the customer that the unit would have to be made accessible in order to service the unit completely. I recommended that the customer have someone remove the vent or the trim and then contacts our office to reschedule.

Ari Ed on site for dishwasher not filling with water. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 (cant find position) F8e2 (drain motor electrical problem). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care as the customer has a water softener system. Tested dispenser black particles in water,flushed filter particles no longer present,found frozen drain,removed compressor cover removed drain extension,cleared obstruction in drain tube advised customer to defrost unit 24hrs to clear freezer drain.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the RC section is not cooling as it is at 50+ degrees. I removed the deli drawer and found a large block of ice on the bottom of the evap cover. I disassembled the RC section and removed the ice and found the evap drip pan bowed, the defrost thermistor not positioned correctly and blackened and the evaporator not secured to the back wall. I removed the ice and secured the thermistor with foil tape and ziptie to the suction line and secured the evap to the back wall with clamp and ziptie. I pulled the unit out and found the drain tube with a small gap and sealed it with silicone. Also found the FC light and waterbox lights not working. I am ordering the modules, LED control, RC evap motor harness, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. The evap motor harness, hv control and modules need to be replaced upon return. Arrived on site for a microwave that won?t turn on the cooktop. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had two other appliance bulbs and she?s tested both of them. Used one of her appliance bulbs to test the unit and found the light not coming on. Checked connections at the housing and found all intact.
