"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC section and found it at 50 degrees on a setting of 34 degrees. While testing, I found this RC evaporator/cover with frost/ice on it. Removed the cover and scroll and using my steamer, I removed the frost/ice. I removed and replaced the RC evap thermistor and secured it with foil tape and ziptie on the suction line and filled the wire nuts with manufacturer approved silicone to seal the connections from getting wet and corroding. Replaced the old fan scroll with new and tested the unit. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test #7 and adjusted it from #1 to #2 defrost setting. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator with ice buildup. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice block sitting on the bottom of the freezer causing the freezer to leak and doors to steal shit at times. Found evidence of a frosted over drip tray underneath the evaporator. Remove the back cover and remove the clog from the drain hose. Found since unit is not occupied ice in bucket stacking under icemaker and bail arm is hitting ice and registering bucket as full. Ice dispenser will need to be ran regularly to distribute ice evenly in bucket, and this will allow a larger quantity of ice to be available. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service."

Using the pads that were prescreened for today, I secured the exhaust pipe to the blower housing and back panel and secured the blower housing collar with the pads and an extra screw. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed and more quiet and customer approved of the normal noise of the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the thermistor good, ice bucket sensor good, but the unit would not harvest. I could not check fill due to IM being in break position still. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the IM. I found the harness that goes to the IM on/off switch was broken. I spliced the harness and used a wire nut and electrical tape to secure it. I then tested the unit on test 44 and it harvested as designed. I ran test 45 and it filled as designed as well. I waited for the IM to harvest on its own and it did. The unit is now working as designed. No leak observed at the time of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator having food freeze in the refrigerator compartment. The customer stated and showed me some of her veggies that are freezing and stated that her shrimp and water even freeze sometimes. Upon further inspection I found gasket sealing properly and in good shape. I checked the temps and found the FC at 6?F and the RC at 34?F after being open for a little bit and set at 41?F. I also found the fresh food section at 32?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found both thermistors reading good and the evap fan running as designed. I took out the fresh food drawer and found the damper slightly stuck open. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and found it at 3.35k ohms. I ohmd out the FC thermistor at the control from P5-3 to P5-4 and found it at 5.73k ohms. I rechecked temps and found these readings accurate. I found both at the same pins giving proper VDC of 1.5-5. I checked voltage for air baffle closing at P3-4 to P1-2 and found correct voltage. I then checked voltage for air baffle opening from P1-2 to P2-5 and could not get any voltage in service step 3. This indicates bad control and is not communicating with the damper properly. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 7730791197. Steve advised replacing the control. I am ordering the control and bringing back all parts. If the control still does not send voltage when opening to the damper then we need to replace the damper. Returning tech needs to recheck voltage in step 3 at control from P1-2 to P2-5. ; ordrng 1 W11399844 (Control)

"Arrived on site to diagnose water leaking from the bottom of the fridge and potentially oil as well. Customer informed us the unit was leaking at the back of the unit and was curious if oil was leaking as well. We pulled out the unit and checked it for leaks at the compressor, found rust and corrosion of the lines coming from the compressor near the heat exchanger, checked the evaporator and found only a partial frost pattern, water leak was coming from the drain pan. Spoke to the customer about the unit needing a drip pan and sealed system repair.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced ice maker and did several checks on the refrigerator and freezer section. Found the freezer section sitting between seven and 11?F. Found the refrigerator sitting at 41?F. Spoke to SW and was advised to check the condenser coil?s for lint buildup. Her laminate flooring does not go all the way underneath the refrigerator and thus it is extremely difficult to get the unit out due to the adjustment in height. Confirmed broil element not heating. 240v from outlet to control, but control wasnt sending power to broil element. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has ice on the bottom of the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she is getting ice crystals on the fronted her ice bin and around the door area. I advised the customer that having ice crystals is just due to the freezer door being open for a long period of time causing the door to sweat and then when the door closes the moisture freezes causing the ice crystals and then that is normal. The customer asked several questions about the unit to ensure that they?re doing everything right. Tech line has been called several times about the same issue and they?ve have advised that this issue is normal. No further repairs can be made to rectify this issue to make things better. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water is leaking at the front wheels. I opened the FC door and found a large slab of ice at the bottom the FC section. Inspected the evaporator and found the drain clogged with ice. Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube to be the old style duck bill. Per service pointer W10632338E, I removed and replaced the drain tube with a pee trap type tube and part covered by S38253. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Gasket)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage at the terminal block and found 120 V on either side to neutral but .889V voltage between L1 and L2. I checked the power cord for continuity and found one side showing intermittent continuity.Found the power cord had a burn mark on the connector for the outlet. Check the outlet and found the outlet completely burned on one side. Advise customer that her issue is with her electrical supply and that she would need to have an electrician come fix her outlet and to replace her power cord. Checked thermal fuse, thermal cut off, heater, and Highland thermostat. All checked good. Advise customer to call back if there any further issues persist after electrical is fixed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose gas oven not staying on, customer informed us that the unit continuously cycles to ignite when trying to heat. We found that the plate above the flame and ignitor was misshapen slightly and was smothering the flame causing it to go out due to improper air flow from the plate, we reshaped the plate and now the unit continuously heats without needing to reignite. Arrived on site for HAVE TO LIFT UP ON THE PANEL AND KIND OF PUSH IN AND THE UNIT WILL RUN-- MAYBE A LOSE WIRE ALSO DOES NOT SEEMS TO BE DRYING AS WELL. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Display was not responding to touch as it should. Customer also showed me how they place pressure on the right side upper panel to get dryer to work / respond. Removed control and UI display and installed new control and UI display. Attached nameplate to display. Ran dryer and it responded to touch every time. Ran temps and high temps were sporadic. Told customer they need to call a dryer vent cleaner to clean out the air duct for the dryer for the dryer to run more efficiently otherwise it will not get to hottest potential. Recommended dryer vent wizard and gave them their phone number. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for wall oven combo parts installation I found that one more part would be needed to complete the repair and the incorrect part was ordered. I advised the customer of this and that I will need to order the part and return. Ordering micro control(W10915648) and returning with other prescreened parts to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is condensation on the back wall of the RC section and when the fan comes on, it makes a loud noise. I inspected the RC section and found the doors sealing properly. I found that when the left RC door is closed, the mullion isnt closing all the way and making good contact with the right RC door so there is a large gap allowing warm air into the RC section and creating the moisture/condensation. When the FC evap fan came on, it began to make a loud noise as if the fan were rubbing on something. I disassembled the FC door/drawers and found that a piece of the evap cover gasket was loose and hitting the fan causing the noise. Adjusted the gasket and cover and retested and the noise is resolved.No water leaks observed during service and moisture cleared from the RC section.; ordrng 1 WR17X25027 (Mullion)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a squeaking sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer also explained that the washer is no longer making any sounds off the user interface when button are pressed , when it starts, or when it finishes the cycle and wanted us to correct that as well. Confirmed customers complaint on both accounts. Due to the screeching sound when the unit initially starts spinning, I replaced the cam and the belt and tested the unit. The unit stop screeching and was working as designed. In regards to the customer second complaint, we did not have the user interface on hand due to a PSP item ordering part and will have to have office reschedule customer when the user interface is made available.; ordrng 1 W11478519 (UI)"

Arrived on site for dryer having long dry times. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and no fault codes. Performed temperature test with vent on and found temperature getting up to 210? with slow cycle time. Removed vent and tested operation and temperature reaching 180? with faster cycles times. Recommend have home venting cleaned. Unit operation tested good.
