"Arrived on site for NOT OPERATING OPTIMALLY. FRIDGE KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. Customer stated one week after my previous visit when I replaced the control the fridge lost power again. Has t done it since. Customer stated the fridge will turn off and when she goes to breaker box the breaker isnt flipped, but in order to power fridge back up she has to flip the breaker off then on. Once this is done the fridge starts running again. Placed in diagnostics and ran test 4, 57, 58, and 45. Fridge kept power through all tests and is running as designed. Ran ice harvest and water fill test. Working good. Inspected LED board and Deli harness. All checked good. Inspected deli control and it looked good. Inspected mullion by flipping back and fourth. No power loss when testing. No ice build up on either evaporator cover. Placed in a forced defrost. Heated and didnt lose power. Tried killing power at the breaker and flipping breaker back on. Fridge powered up as designed and gave PO on display. Confirmed PO and it turned back on. Inspected fridge outlet and it was good. Recommended customer purchase a Joule surge protector to protect the boards from further damage if the fridge continues to lose power once a month. Arrived on site for Ice Maker makes really loud grinding noise when on crushed ice. Found auger was popping out at the rear of the ice bin causing the auger to lose position. Removed cover and found ice maker harness was in the path of the water fill tube causing water to splash onto the outer area of the ice mold. With the water not entering the mold properly water was splashing onto the entire ice maker housing. With this, I removed the ice maker and installed a new ice maker to avoid previous ice maker failing due to water damage around the motor. Once new ice maker was installed I made sure the harness was not in the patch of the fill tube before securing the cover. Ran diagnostics harvest and water fill test. Ice maker running as designed. We inspected the gear case and found the gear case leaking oil.

Found shelves had veggie bags and other items protruding past the rear section of shelves blocking air flow from circulating properly and trapping cold air in the top shelf area causing items to freeze where the dampener gills blow out cold air. Showed customer how to ensure the shelves didnt have items protruding past shelves and checked port at the bottom of fridge to inspect for any items blocking it. Bottom port looked good.
