MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS6 Arrived o site for microwave making abnormal noise at the back of the unit. Upon inspection I found that when the damper would open it was hitting against someone. I dropped the microwave about 6 to 8 inches and found the cabinet vent was not cut to fit the damper but instead was offset to the right about 6 inches. The damper is hitting the vent sheet metal and not opening all the way. I advised the customer of my findings but the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Upon arrival I was able to verify that there was a knocking noise anytime the unit was going to agitation upon further inspection I found that the agitator itself was starting to come loose from the gear case shaft because the screw was loosing from the shaft. I replaced the agitation mounting screw with the one within packaging of new agitator plus the agitator itself. Made sure uni5 was fastened down tight and during retest uni5 showed no further or continuing issues. Call complete

Customer advised that the unit is flashing an F8E1 (no water/pressure system fault) error code. Confirmed customers complaint in service diagnostics with the same error code. Tested the unit and an auto test and found the unit filling but overfilling and not registering that water was entering the unit. I did advise the customer that there could be multiple components on this issue. I did advise we would have to replace his pressure switch first and that there could be a control board issue as well.. Replaced the pressure switch and tested the unit. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed sealed system compressor UV dryer as well as coupler. Upon arrival I was able to uninstall all the old equipment and install the new compressor a couple and uv drier. After that I was able to run a push poll test and verify that the unit is allowing air to pass through then vacuumed out the unit completely for 20 minutes and then verified for 10 minutes after that the unit was able to stay at -30 and zero psi on both the low and high sides. At this point I charge the unit up with 5 1/2 ounces of our 134A as recommended per the units manufacturing schematics. After this I continue to verify that there are no leaks within the unit anywhere and inform the customer to take 24 hours to stabilize the temps. Call complete

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the refrigerator was making a loud noise while operating. Once I got closer to t(e unit I could hear a rattling noise. I removed the toeplate/grill and found the condenser coils resting on the metal bar at it he bottom the unit and when the compressor was on, the coils would vibrate on the metal bar. Using some sealant from my van stock (W11113654), I placed it between the coils and the metal bar and tested. There is no further unusual noises occurring. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MVW6230HW0 Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit makes the sound room the wash cycle and not during the spin cycle. Placed Anna in Service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Checked underneath unit and found no evidence of anything stripping or signs of wear on any components. Ran the unit through a manual agitation (both slow and fast) and unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed. Had the customer placed clothes inside the washer and ran a quick wash cycle for 35 minutes. Unit ran as designed without making any abnormal sounds. I asked the customer what types of clothes they were loading and she advised that they do feel the basket almost to the top sometimes a little bit about the agitator. I found fault code f9e1 long drain. I tested the drain pump and it would not work it only hummed. I gained access to the drain pump and found it open. I spoke to the customer about the drain pump being bad and needed to be replaced.I removed the failed drain pump and installed a new one. I reassembled the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed. No water leaks.
