Tested unit and found ice stuck in the dispenser flap. Advised customer when ice gets stuck, then the ice in the bin melts together due to the warm air leak, and causes difficult dispensing. Advised they let off the dispenser paddle slowly to make sure nothing gets trapped, and to regularly empty the ice bucket to remove anything clumped. Unit tested good at this time. Call complete."

Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator visibly filled with frost and impeding airflow. The sealed system was cooling and the evaporator fan was working. I tested the defrost element via resistance check and it showed 35.4 ohms and then verified line VAC (123) being sent through the circuit in service test mode. I advised the CX to defrost the unit for 48 hours and also to use towels area under it to soak up and spilled water. No water connections to unit. CX will intact us if there are further issues.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and check the filter. Use the bypass cap to bypass the filter and still cannot get water to dispense. Checked the tube coming from the valve up to the top of the refrigerator and found no water inside the tube. Was able to blow through the tube signaling there was no blockage of ice. Checked voltage going to the valve and found proper voltage. Replaced filter had assembly and tested the unit. Still had the same issue. Ordering dual valve and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11548535 (Valve)

Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F7E4 basket re-engagement failure, F6E3 communication between ACU and MCU has not been detected. Cleared codes and tested. Test cycle got hung up in spin test and did not complete. Checked error codes again and same. two codes plus off balance load triggered after. Called tech line for assistance. Tech recommended Checking basket splines, Replacing gearcase, clutch, slider all at once and Possibly basket. Provided SR#7732071281. Also ordering Control. Went to inspect underneath unit and could not remove rotor bolt. Will need to drill out. Ordering stator and additional parts to complete the repair. Found ice sheet at base of cabinet and frost buildup. Items in freezer were semi frozen. Removed items and inspected. Found clogged drain line causing back fill into cabinet, freezing and keeping door from shutting properly. Cleared ice and drain line and tube. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. I gained access to the control and tested the motor windings. I the motor ohming correct. I checked the drain pump at the control and found it showing 2.5 kohms. I gained access to the drain pump directly and found it oh I g out at 20 ohms. I am ordering the wiring harness. We will replace the harness, drain pump and control. When we return. I found what appeared to be old refrigerant oil on the heat exchange and return lines.

I removed the cover and attempted to remove the bulb and found it broken inside the socket housing. I lowered the bottom panel and removed the socket and removed the remainder of the bulb. "Arrived on site for dishwasher intermittently draining. Customer stated that last cycle would not drain and would power unit off at switch then run cancel drain. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit under heater rework. Per diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault F9-E1 no drain, FA-E1 dispenser fault, F7-E1 single wash motor fault and F8-E2 inlet valve fault. Ran automatic test mode and found fan coming on and off, not as designed. Found failed vent assembly. Will need to replace vent and heater under rework. . Uninstalled unit and removed failed heater, installed new. Reinstalled unit and gained access to vent assembly. Removed failed vent assembly and installed new. Assembled unit and powered on. Performed diagnostics mode and activated test cycle. Monitored test operation and found unit working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.
