Use black light to see for any coolant leaking from the compressor and did not see any type of coolant leaking. Looked at the back of the freezer and refrigerator evaporator and couldn?t find anything.

I put a measured charge of 4.65 oz into the system and found it holding. I put the unit into normal operation no found the pressures building as designed. Job complete."

Removed front panel and saw the felt was folded back and had separated from part of the drum, causing some metal on metal contact. Reattached and glued felt to the drum with truck stock adhesive. Icemaker was over filled and also had cracks in liner on backside of icemaker causing water to fall into venting for rc from FC. I cleared all water and installed new ice maker. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of condensation at top of fresh food section on right side. I found unit is in the garage and the humidity control was turned off. I added silicone to cabinet of RC and turned on humidity control, unit tested good, if problem continues, will need RC door gasket."

"I arrived on site for a combo wall oven with the MW light out and intermittent door issue. Upon arrival the customer provide me with a video of the issue. While unit is in use the door is open error code is thrown, and even when they fix it the unit will not start again. After they reset the breaker the MW will still not run. It will just randomly start working again. Tpon further inspection I found the frame, door, and hinges in good shape. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and did not find any error codes. Although I could not fully remove the unit to diagnose due to installation. Per prior services we requested the customer have a certified electrician remove the unit. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 773151724. Steve agreed that he does not believe it is a door/hinge issue, but an electrical one. However, he stated the unit needs to be removed and they have to reroute the cable in order for the unit to continue to have power for service. Steve informed me that we will then be able to call back into techline. At the time of service we could not do anything, the customer stated he will reach back out to WP if they have the issue again. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not getting any heat. Ran unit and found unit powering on and tumbling, but not heating at all. Checked and found good voltage at terminal block. Checked resistance on safety devices and found the thermostat open. Replaced thermostat with part WP3387134 from ticket 304480. Retested unit and verified that all is working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer says is not cooling well on refrigerator compartment and has a semi stiff shelf. Checked shelf and found it is sliding in and out, but has a tiny bit of friction on the drawer and slides. Advised to have maintenance grease slides. I checked temp in the RC and found unit is cooling, however the airflow channels on the top shelf were completely blocked and air was not circulating to be able to produce a complete cool. I moved items out of the airflow channel and checked temps. Verified temperature dropped by over 13 degrees rapidly with proper airflow, and unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Customer also mentioned the lights not all working, I found freezer light and all the top lights in the RC not working, I replaced the freezer light module, still no lights, I replaced all other lights with a jumper to try and locate the bad module, still none of the lights came on, found failed LED power supply control, I replaced control, unit tested good.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with airflow blockage from food which caused ice to form and further block air flow. Exposed evap and Cleared all ice. Replaced evap motor and thermistor. Advised customer to reduce storage to improve airflow.

Confirmed the unit had heat, but found the customers dryer ventilation system is heavily clogged. Customer will need to get ventilation system cleaned for unit to work properly. JOB COMPLETE"

"Arrived on site for no ice and not powering on. At time of visit unit off and drain pump running,after pump shut off unit powered on,ran diagnostics ran external drain pump and unit reset itself diagnosed a defective external drain pump. Replaced external drain pump ran pump,no leaks from tubing and unit drained,ran diagnostics all test passed.

Arrived on site to complete sealed system repair that needed to be vacuumed out to verify if there are any leaks and then recharged with refrigerant upon arrival found unit unplugged. When I plugged in my vacuum pump it immediately sounded like my vacuum pump was gonna blow up then I unplugged my vacuum pump and checked voltage at the outlet and found 212.3 V and more coming from 120 V power source. I ended up having to run an extension cord to another 120 V outlet to safely run my vacuum then pull the vacuum on the fridge and found that there were no leaks in the unit I recharge the system with 6.3 ounces of refrigerant and then plug the freezer into my extension to get a safe 120 v. After letting unit run for 30 minutes I found that the psi ranges were accurate and there were no signs of leaking and the temperatures in the deep freeze drop very quickly I informed customer of my findings with the outlet and they had stated that unit had a previously repaired outlet before the issues with the freezer had started. Informed customer that they would need to get a proper electrician out there to verify the integrity of the outlet and figure out whats going wrong. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not drying the clothing on timed dry at 50 mins. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and it failed. Customer advised that they had the vents cleaned recently after previous service call. I verified the vents going up to the attic and they were cleaned. I tested temps at the back vent with the hose on and temp range was 130-180 degrees. With the hose off, temps were within range at 163 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of the complaint and my findings. Joel advised that there is an airflow issue with the vents going up to the roof that theyre possibly too long and referred me to the installation sheet in service matters tech sheets. Joel provided SR#7731150941. I removed and replaced the thermostat and cutoffs and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I explained the customer that someone will have to inspect the vent going up to the roof and refer back to the installation sheet. I provided the installation vent chart to the customer (photo). No lint observed during service, job completed."
