"Arrived to inspect unit not starting tub clean cycle. After discussing the issue with the customer, I found there were several occasions where the unit would advised them to perform the tub clean cycle. Further inspection revealed a slight blockage in the strainer, but the front bellow drain was completely plugged and there were signs of excessive detergent use and heavy sudsing during testing, denoting detergent buildup within the unit. I cleared the bellow drain and then removed a small amount of debris fro the drain pump strainer and tested. All functions were present in customer mode and the unit operated as designed. I discussed detergent type and amounts for their usage and softened/treated water. No leaks observed during service.

"KRFC300ESS01 Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer experienced a general decline in cooling over the preceding month and there were noises heard that may have been frost building in the evaporator and into the fan. The unit has been unplugged for at least a day upon arrival and there were no signs of excessive moisture within the condensate pan. The compressor drew .65 amps after five minutes and I tapped the system for pressure inspection. Upon tapping the system, I found it in 17 of vacuum, denoting a high side leak. I pressurized to 140psi and found an approximate 1 psi, per 10 minute drop. During the pressurized phase of testing, I leak tested every accessible connection within the chassis with leak testing solution and found no visible signs of leakage. I advised the customer that the unit has an internal high side, cabinet leak that is not repairable and they elected to go no further with any attempted repairs. No leaks observed during service. Service call only."

"WFG525S0JZ0 Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the unit would cycle off the bake at about 170?F and I removed and replaced the igniter after verifying all connects were correct. The issue was still present and further testing revealed the unit would ignite the bake for about a minute and then switch to broil for about half the time and then back to bake. This action was erratic and it would ether stop at this point with bake still showing in the DRO, or try ignition a few more times and then stall out. I verified the main control was sending line VAC to either the bake or broil section of the ignition control and isolated the issue to the main control. I found two of the burner plate screws W11233072 damaged and they will need to be installed upon return as well. Office to re-order the main control p/n W11159621 and contact the customer to arrange return service. "KRFF507HPS03 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised me that the unit took four days to cool. I tested temperatures and found the FC at 8?F and the RC at 34. Gaining access to the lower unit area, I could hear a moderate surging of refrigerant within the system and thermography revealed a large, but even temperature drop of 20?F from the high side discharge of 136? to the condenser entry point of 116?, likely denoting a low charge. I entered the system and found high side at 81psi and the low in 13 of vacuum with probable confirmation of the charge issue. I evacuated the system and then vacuumed to 410 microns and monitored. The vacuum very slowly inclined and I suspected moisture within the system and re-vacuumed for an additional 20 minutes. This time the vacuum held and I charged with the MFG prescribed 56g of refrigerant. The unit started cooling and the high side heat was better balanced and as expected for this chassis. I found the ice bin gasket was badly folded in at the inner edge and after flipping the gasket, found the ice maker housing fascia was not fully seated. I squared and leveled the chassis and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that there was only 120v at the wall. Upon further inspection I found that the breaker had propped Partially. I reset the brakes and found that voltage then returned to normal 240v. I tested the unit several time and one with the customer present and found that the unit is now operating as designed. Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control. Verified control was needed as relay for light was burnt. Unit now getting proper voltage to light but light is bad. Advised customer new bulb would be needed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. After documenting temps, I found the average temp is 345.6 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Upon inspecting unit found icemaker thermistor wires pinched in-between ice compartment base and top cover breaking wiring. Also noted fill heater ohmed out properly and is recieving proper voltage. Replaced icemaker and lubricated freezer rails. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Job is complete and no other parts were needed. No leaks were found at time of service.

I removed and replaced the gasket and using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket to mold to the door and chassis. Tested door operation and found it sealing properly. Checked hoses and found the push fitting missing on the icemaker valve with hose disconnected. Replaced valve due to missing fitting. Tested unit and verified proper fill with no further water leaks present. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not keeping things frozen in the right freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when he puts the right side freezer at zero, the unit freezes everything in there and everything works properly. However, when he puts the unit at 10?F, his ice cream begins to thaw And soften. Took a temperature of the right hand side freezer and found the freezer sitting at 11?F indicating proper temperature. I did explain to the customer that higher temperatures in the freezer can cause the ice cream to soften but that it will not cause his other items to thaw out. I told him that it may take longer for items to freeze inside that freezer and advised him to put that freezer back down to 0?F. Otherwise, the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating properly but there is no airflow Showing on air flow meter. Removed vent hose from rear of dryer and airflow has returned. Recommend it to homeowner that vent to the exterior of the home we cleaned/cleared by a service before dryer is used again, job complete"

"Arrived on site and set washer into a diagnostic cycle and little latch is working properly and a completed diagnostic cycle. Started washer on the normal cycle and lid latch Works properly again and observe cycle for 15 minutes. Discussed experience with RV park owner and they said they saw something metal in the latch originally. This may have been some pocket debris keeping it from working properly but it has since been removed by an unknown person and washer is not working, job complete"
