Arrived onsite for flames not the right size. Talking with the customer they are looking for the grates to be right over the top of the burner. These grates are 1 1/2 inch above the burner. When she cooks tortillas on the cooktop they do not cook correctly. I changed out one of the orifice and the flame was touching the grate when set to high. She is looking for the flame to touch the grate when set to medium. The grate need to be lower on the cooktop top get to the situation that cooks the tortillas in fashion she wants. No gas leaks detected during service.

The customer advised that it generally happens when the unit is filling. She turned on the unit and I could hear immediately the valve making a whining sound. When I removed the cold water hose, found dirt and debris stuck inside of the valve assembly, causing the issue. Replaced the water valve assembly and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC and found it at 31 degrees and there was frost built up on the evap cover. I disassembled the FC section and using my steamer, I removed the frost/ice from the evaporator and found the defrost element molex connector not fully connected to the evap harness connector (photo). I tested the element and found it within range. Reseated the molex connector on the evap harness and reconnected the element and tested. I found the element getting 124V and is defrosting the ice/frost from the evaporator. Using my steamer I removed a majority of the remaining ice/frost and reassembled the FC section. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. All water from defrosting was cleaned up. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I had to move stuff out of the way to get the dryer to a port of access found the ground wire from the power cord connected onto the neutral. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the dryer drum extremely hard to move. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel sitting in an awkward position. Went to remove the drum and found the blower wheel. Sit back down into the proper place. Found one of the clamps on the motor had broken causing the motor to lean whenever tension was put on it and causing the blower wheel to grind against the housing. Arrived onsite for a range with a left front burner(dual zone) that is not working upon inspection I found that the burner would not turn on when set to low. I replaced the I-switch and tested the unit several times and found that it is now operating as designed. I did find some places bags behind the unit and removed them as they may be a fire hazard if the oven gets hot enough to melt the plastic. I advised the apt office manager of this and he will make the tenant aware of this.

The chassis had not been set during initial installation and after correcting, the twist within the cabinet started to settle. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making good ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and it was wet/watery. There was a slab of ice forming on the evaporator and I observed it until it formed and when the heat valve came on, the ice began to sweat, but failed to slide off the evaporator before the heat valve turned off and the recirculating pump came on and forced water over the evaporator causing the ice to slide off. I found the evaporator has build up on it causing the ice to stick. Per customer request and due to the evaporator being dirty, I am ordering the sealed system. Compressor still does not kick on. Will need new compressor. Advised customer they will be call to schedule service. Copper cap tube; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler) and 1 W11557425 (Compressor) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 R600 (R600)

On arrival verified complaint of f3e0. Replaced both main and temp sensor. Ran test bake cycle and unit came online properly with no error codes. Calibrated and job complete. No gas leaks detected during service.

WGD5010LW3 Arrived to inspect drying issue. The customer advised me the actual issue was with noise and presented me a video of the issue. I noted a very fast paced squeak appeared after the burner engaged and he unit heated. Inspection of the idler pulley showed discoloration that denoted the likelihood of the bushing preventing rotation. I had a new idler arm assembly on my truck and installed a and tested. The issue was resolved and I could not recreate the issue after allowing five complete heating cycles of the unit to occur. No gas leaks detected during service. ; used 1 WP691366 (Idler Assy) from stock

Arrived on site to test unit for light not working. Will need to order new light bulb and new light transformer and new fuse. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10886919 (Light) and 1 W11238401 (Light transformer) and 1 W11188752 (Fuse)

"Arrived on site to replace tub assembly. Water will need to be cut off inside shed outside of home. Moved washer to middle of floor in living room to do repairs. Removed old tub assembly and installed new. Found the port the dome for the pressure hose on the tub was broken once installed. Reinstalled old tub assembly, reinstalled and tested the washer to ensure their were no leaks. Will need to re-order the tub assembly and also the pressure hose as one of the clips will no longer stay secured. Return visit will need 2 techs and 2 hrs for repair., ordrng W11456953 / PRESSURE HOSE and W11378552 / TUB ASSEMBLY (by CS)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for tripping breaker with 27mins remaining in wash cycle. Upon closer inspection checked amp draw highest it got was 8.6 amps, could not replicate breaker tripping. Verified no damaged wires or loose connections. Advised customer to replace AFCI breaker per service pointer W11525530 to resolve breaker tripping issue. Job complete."
