"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 and broil element w10856603"

Upon further inspection I found a heavy amount of mineral deposits built up in reservoir and especially in the pump tube and multiple attempts of using the cleaner to get it clear were unsuccessful. The cause of the noise is due to mineral deposits breaking off and getting into the drain pump. I am ordering the pump tube W10772963. I am scheduling return service for Wednesday 9/25. I checked the fresh foods (RC) light and it is operating as designed. I checked the FC door switch and found it had gotten some moisture inside the switch housing and the switch was stuck. Once I opened/closed the switch several times, the frozen moisture broke free and the switch was operating as designed. I found the freezer drawers were difficult to open and using some grease from my van stock, I placed a bead of grease on the left and right rails to allow them move more freely. The customer advised that she accidentally wet the igniters while cleaning which caused them to spark that day by themselves. Igniters are no longer shorting. I advised the customer on proper cleaning of the cooktop and to be careful not to get the electrodes wet as they may start sparking on their own. The middle burner had the wrong burner cap which caused it not to ignite properly and this is the reason the customer would smell gas when trying to ignite the middle burner.
