Arrived on site for a washing machine model MTW5605RW1 that is not filling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine hasnt worked since they bought it and wont complete cycles. She said the unit just does not fill and will error out. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the cold water valve wouldnt activate when called to activate. I found the connector was not properly secured onto the valve. I fixed the connection and ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. I found the unit working ajd operating as designed. I tested the unit in a quick wash and found the unit running into agitation without an issue. No leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on-site to test unit for not drying clothes properly. Customer stated they followed the previous instructions and had the dryer vent serviced. Verified venting and found good airflow. Disassembled unit and inspected wiring and connections; no loose or damaged connections found. Verified heating element is operating properly, cycling thermostat is cycling, and timer is advancing. After further troubleshooting, determined an intermittent internal failure of the cycling thermostat or timer could potentially cause the heat to disengage. Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting cycle. Upon arrival cx explained that sometimes after hitting start the was does not move forward with cycle. Had cx run it to see what hes doing and the cycle started right away. Turned unit off and put it in dish mode. No error codes saved. Rana diagnostic cycle and it went through without any issues. Powered off unit multiple time and started a cycle and it is working normally at this time. Unable to duplicate issue. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WSR57R18DM02 no cool. Upon further inspection, I placed my gauges in the recent sealed system repair access valves and checked pressures. I found the low side in a deep vacuum and the high side was at approximately 100 psi telling me there is a restriction in the system. I gained access to the evaporator and found solid ice on the cap tube. I removed the ice and evacuated the system. I disconnected the cap tube from the evaporator tubing and found both the evaporator tube and the cap tube completely sealed with solder. Due to the cap tube being very short, i added some cap tubing to the system and re-brazed it. I removed and replaced the UV drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 for approximately 30 mins. then monitored pressures for approximately 5 minutes and found no signs of a leak or decrease in pressure reading. I installed 4.75oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I plugged the unit in to test and found pressures at approximately -1/175 psi. I checekd the evaporator and it was beginning to have a good frost pattern. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended allowing the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I checked underneath and found the belt halfway attached to the motor and cam but halfway hanging off, causing the issue. It appeared to have been installed incorrectly at the factory. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325SDHZ13 leaking from the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found the drain line frozen over and water frozen at the bottom of the freezer. I pulled the fridge out onto my floor protector and gained access to the drain tube extension and found it to be clogged with debris. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the RC door mullion and UI. While removing the mulli9n, I found the mullion harness broken which is causing the mullion to not operate properly causing the condensation to build up on the mullion and both gaskets. I placed the unit in diagnostics and set the mullion heater on 100% of the time. I leveled the unit and adjusted the RC doors then re-shaped the RC door gaskets by heating them with my heat gun. Arrived on site for a dryer MED4500MW0 making sounds. Verified the noise and opened it up. Found a nail stuck in the seal and the idler pulley squeaking. Used a repair kit 4392065 to replace the pulley and retested. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose double oven for the lower oven not heating at all. Tested the unit and confirmed the lower oven was not producing any heat. Pulled the unit out to access the rear components and checked the thermal cutoff/TOD on the back of the unit; the TOD tested good and showed proper continuity. Checked both the lower bake and broil elements, and both elements tested within specifications with no open circuits found. Based on the initial diagnosis, replaced the lower oven control board and retested the unit. The lower oven is still not heating or operating correctly after the control replacement. Further diagnosis indicates an issue with the main power control board and/or console communication. Ordering a new main power control board and console for the return visit. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT710PAHZ1 leaking from the door during the cycle. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer door and gained access to the inner components and found the foam gasket in the vent very deformed and allowing moisture to enter the inner door area. I also found that the gasket on the other side had started to deteriorate causing an active leak into the inner door area. I also found that the valve was not making a high pitch squealing while filling indicating failure. I replaced the valve and vent assembly and reassembled and tested and it is now operating as designed. No leaks observed during service. W11175771 WPW10428211

Arrived on site for an electric range model WFES3530RS0 that is not heating in the oven or turning on the light. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they thought they found the oven heating when they tested it but when the home buyer came through for the final walk through, the unit wouldnt heat. I checked and verified proper voltage and polarity going to the unit. I found the control not sending voltage out to tue elements. I pushed in on the door and found it click, indicating the door switch had not registered the door closed. I foundnthe unit begin to heat. I gained access to the door rod and switch assembly and found the door switch had not been installed properly on the back and had been pushed out away from the rod. I repositioned the door switch and found the door switch engage and disengage properly. I checked voltage going to the interior light when the door was opened and found 120 V, indicating the bulb was bad. I replaced the interior bulb WPW10571723 and tested the unit. I found the light come on and off with the door opening and closing. I also found the u it reach preheat without opening g and closing the door several times, to ensure the door switch was being engaged each time. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator ED5PVEXWS00 still not cooling. On arrival found unit is not at temp. Fan is moving, but compressor is not on. I found even with thermostat to off the fan is still running. Replaced the thermostat to resolve, installed new WP2198202. With new thermostat installed i ran the unit. I could hear compressor snapping. Found compressor was scalding hot, but the condenser line was barely warm. Compressor has been short cycling and overheating due to a bad start device. Installed new WPW10189190 to resolve. As soon as unit was plugged back itmn it began cooling properly. If cooling issues repeat, sealed system repair will be needed. Call completed.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced W10721967 splutch, WO22366 spanner nut, and W11454741 gear case. Tested unit and it is now spinning normally. Unit is working as designed at this time. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site to dryer not heating. Checked heater and it was not touching chasis. Removed and replaced heater element, high limit, heater thermostat and thermal fuse. Retested dr ft er and it heats. Checked air flow with and without vent hose attached. See pics. Dryer is working as intended.

Arrived on site for dishwasher showing f8e4, fae2, f9e1, f9e2. Found water was in over flow tray. Cleared and ran automatic test. Confirmed unit is leaking from the front left side of tub. Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a washer MVW4505MW3. Installed the new tub w11219115 and ran a full factory cycle without any leaks or other issues. Unit is operating as designed

Arrived on site with 2nd man MZ. We were able to disassemble unit and inspect all lid related parts. Found issue with right rotary shaft. Replaced both left and right rotary shafts W11174370, W11826177. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to dryer making noise. Verified thumping noise and scraping noise. Cx also had video of buzzing noise at end of cycle. Removed front panel and replaced rolleres with repair kit. Buzzing noise was coming from water valve, which is not hooked up to water and cx was using static reduce, which was actuating valve. Advised cx to stop using static guard or hookup water line to dryer.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS321SDHZ08 ice maker not working in apartment 9116. Upon further inspection, I found no ice in the bin and the ice tray dry. I power cycled the ice maker and pressed the test button and it failed to harvest. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested it by pressing the test button and it harvested and filled with water as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11700250

Arrived on site to is tall previously ordered parts. Upon an arrival removed and disassembled door to replace W11795862 front glass door. New door is straight and cx is please. Unit is working normally at this time.

Arrived onsite for WTW6157PW1 unit not operating, found broken strike, repaired with W11457841, unit is now operating as designed no error codes. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. No leaks. Asked offsite customer to email POP if needed because unit does not have a matching entitlement.

Arrived on site for dryer not drying and mousture build up. Ran dryer on timed dry and checked temps with thermalcouple. Dryer cycled to 165 degrees and then cycled off and cycled back on at 115 degrees. Pulled lint trap and checked air flow. There was zero air flow through lint trap(see pic) advised cx to contact builder and have them check venting in wall and to outside. Venting in wall is 100 percent restricted.

Arrived onsite for unit showing inverter failure. Replaced inverter board but issue came right back up. Due to this issue ordering another inverter and when returning tech arrives, replaced mag and inverter. Reschedule set for 08-28-26. ; ordrng 1 W11578579 (Inverter)

Arrived onsite for blower not working. Confirmed blowerwheel doesnt move but unit tumbles. Found the pulley belt in the rear of the motor off. Replaced WPW10396039 motor and unit now operates as designed and no damage to wheel. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts on model KDPS324SPS0 i replaced main harness and tested, unit tested good with no leaks. Part used w11767092

Arrived on site to test unit MHW5630HW2 for smell and not cleaning clothes. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not drain fully and does not wash clothes as well. Tested unit; found drain pump energizing but removing water slowly. Gained access to pump and removed filter; found it full of hair and debris. Cleaned filter and ran test cycle; all components engaging properly. Found F0E2 (oversuds) error code stored. Found outer tub had major buildup causing bad smell, staining, and oversudsing. Advised customer to run cleaning cycles consistently with Affresh to remove buildup, along with alternative cleaning methods and frequency. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for washer running the drain pump all the time. Confirmed f3e1, f2e1, f1e1, f8e1. Verified wiring is good. Pressure hose is clear. Replaced control old w11578563g41833p62rfg with new control w1113085sj607020762di. Recalibrated and ran automatic test cycle. All components pass. No leaks. Call complete.

Arrived on site to look at model MTW4205SW0 for customer complaint of noise issue. I ran full diagnostic test, found issue with the basket hub, and gearcase. Returning tech to replace basket hub, gearcase, belt, and cam. ; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Basket hub)

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival replaced console (W11659257) and tested; unit confirmed running as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for a loud noise occurring while the unit was running. Started the dryer and confirmed the abnormal noise. Inspected the blower assembly and found the blower wheel was wobbling due to excessive lint buildup around the wheel, causing it to become unbalanced during operation. Cleared the lint and debris from the blower wheel and surrounding blower housing, then verified the blower wheel was properly secured and rotating freely. Reassembled the unit and ran the dryer through an operational test. The dryer is now running smoothly with no abnormal noises present. Unit is heating, tumbling, and operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not making ice. Upon arrival customer stated it does make ice but not fast enough. Looked in the bin and found a almost full bin. Ice present in icemaker molding. Checked temp at icemaker and found it at -1 degrees. Plenty cold for icemaker production. Further addressing the issue i asked customer when she noticed this. Customer stated it was when she had 12 visitors over and stated it couldnt keep up. Advised customer that the unit cannot constantly make ice to supply 12 people at once. Found unitmset to -6 and 35. Set recommended temps and advised customer to clear the bin every week and if wanted to store the ice for the gatherings. Customer understands. During time of service no issues found with unit and no leaks occurred. Call complete.

Arrived on site to look at model KDTS424SPS0 for customer complaint of unit leaking. Found leak coming from drain hose. Customer had new drain hose that the installer never installed. I installed new drain hose that customer provided, as well as water inlet where hose connects to. Unit tested good. Part used w11535094

Arrived to house 1 for unit not draining. Upon arrival found door not latch correctly and felt rough to latch. Proceeded to replace W11565030 latch. Continued to check error codes and found F5E3. Cleared code. Ran diagnostics and found no other issues. Found settings to be set to low to medium spin. Explained to customer on desired settings depending on load and function of the static touch display. Unit is functioing as deisgned. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for a dryer MED4500MW0 not catching the lint. Customer stated that she had to vacuum the lint out. The lint screen fits very loose so I installed a w11778254 screen. Unit is getting good airflow also. No other issues detected

Arrived on site for a dryer WGD6620HC0 not tumbling. Found the belt stuck on the inside of the pulley. I used a repair kit 4392067 to replace the belt. Ran the dryer to test it. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed.

Arrived on-site for refrigerator WRMF3636SZ00 left RC closing. Used Kit as designated in service pointer, parts W11755243 and W11820067. Reassembled and tested. Door now stays open when needed. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to washer leaking. Lifted top and checked water valve and tube. Bothe were good and water director was not separated. Noticed that washer was tilted forward and to the right significantly. This could cause water to splash onto tub ring during fill and water to run out underneath. Lowered back legs and raised front legs and leveled unit. Filled tub with water and let agitate and drained washer and found no leaks.
