Bk, bl, rd, wh, wires and hanress all removes. removed ground wire off screw. Oven isolated away from power. Attempted to reset and it still doesn't reset. "Model WOES3030LS01. Customer stated that when using the oven on bake, it would trip the breaker. Found the oven was on; customer had reset the breaker and removed the ground wire from the oven and frame. Set oven to 350? on bake. After about 3 minutes, it tripped the breaker. Reset the breaker and ran the oven again to 350? with amp meter attached to line one. Oven ran at 350? and did not trip the breaker. Set the oven to 450?; oven ran to 450? and did not trip. Reinstalled the ground wire and ran the oven back to 450? again; did not trip the breaker. Voltage to bake element was two hundred thirty volts.Ummed out both bake and broil.Elements and they omned out to 18.7k ohms, which is well within specs.Welter's oven, is correct.Amp draw was about 15.5 amps, which is normal.Amp draw. Possible that customer did not reset the breaker fully, which could have caused the trip. Contacted Whirlpool safety; documented all findings. Whirlpool advised that if the problem persists, customer needs to contact the manufacturer to move the circuit box from outside the house to inside and replace the GFCI. Set oven to 450?. Advised customer to set cook time for 1 hour, let the oven run for 1 hour, and use the oven as much as possible to help burn in the breaker. Oven is working as intendedCase #21861561"

"Arrived on site for an ice machine model KUID508HPS01 that is not making ice like it should and is making a vibration noise. The customer advised that the unit does stay pretty full in terms of ice.But they have been having the machine intermittently making a vibration noise. She advised that it can happen at any point, but it can also not reappear for several hours. I found the machine in the middle of a harvest and watched the machine as it started a new cycle. I found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I gained access behind the machine and checked multiple components underneath. I could not find any source of the vibration besides the compressor. I did advise the customer that everything I can see appears to be working as designed and that without the machine presenting the noise, I could not determine what (if any) parts failed. I watched the unit complete a complete cycle without any failures. I did advise her that the issue could be compressor noises that she is hearing but advised that with the machine making ice, the unit appears to be working and operating as designed. Call complete. Bent blade on fan wedged into baffle, causing motor burnout and failure. To resolve, convection element, convection motor, and fan blade need replacement. Also noted bake function lighting issues, taking 1-3 attempts on manifold. Bottom cover warped, potentially impeding airflow and mixture. "Arrived on site to diagnose range KSGG700ESS7 that is not lighting consistently. Unit will cycle several ignition cycles before it will light with a loud poof, with a gas smell. I found the igniter for the bake element is spaced too far away from the manifold, and not making good contact to light the gas. I moved the igniter closer to the manifold and ran. Found unit would ignite and run immediately. Unit working as designed with no gas leaks detected. Repair completed."

Jumped out fuse and verified proper voltage. Verified bake and broil elements working properly. Tested cooling fan and it works. Removed jumped and ordering fuse. There is no ice in tray. Tested water to ice maker and it failed. Entered fill tube heater test, verified 126v coming to heater in test. Also found the water dispenser is not getting water. Followed water through primary valve and through the filter. It get to dual valve but stops therel replaced dual valve. Verified operation. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I found the blue protective cover/sticker, on the control panel, not removing properly as if it had been heated onto the panel. The customer advised that the installer attempted to remove the cover, but had a difficult time doing so and left. When I went to replace the console with one that was prescreened for today's service, I found the new part damaged in the box. I notified the office of my findings. The customer pointed out that the control panel UI does not respond to touch very well. I tested it and found the up and down arrows are faulty.
