Replace that and still had issues. Is that advised to contact Techline. I call techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7731579791. He had me doing several voltage jacks through the wire harness and concluded that the issue is with the neutral wire coming from the motor and that that was probably our issue all along. He advised to replace the wire harness and to call back if there are any further issues. Replaced wire harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site and inspected front load washer leaking from the door. Checked the bellow and found an ink pen inside the bellow blocking the drain port holes in the bellow causing leaks. I removed the pen and the customer to wash a load and unit tested properly without any leaks. Job complete

"Arrived on site for freezer that?s. Pt cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does cool but that it doesn?t cool properly. She advised that the unit running temperature is seem to be going between the mid to high 20s up to the 40s. She advised that none of her items in the freezer are actually freezing consistently and is having to throw away a lot of her groceries due to this ongoing issue. She advised that she?s had a number of visits prior to our service today and they have replaced the evaporator fan several times. Checked the evaporator and found no evidence of a defrost issue but did see a good frost pattern. Spoke to SW and had checked the thermistor readings. She advised that based on the complaint, the issue would most likely be with the thermistor harness. Replaced the thermistor harness and tested the unit. The unit began to call as designed. She advised that a week and a half ago, the icemaker got stuck in a sideways rotation and would not make any further ice. She advised that she tried several things to get the icemaker back in the play spot nothing was working. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit attempting to turn but the motor completely burned out.Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced compressor, dye dryer, and coupler and place the unit under a vacuum. The unit held a vacuum for 30 minutes. The customer had not defrosted the unit prior to service so I defrosted the fresh food evaporator and replaced all defrost components including the evaporator cover, evaporator fan harness, drip pan, and user interface. Charge the unit and the unit held pressure is at 155 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. And if began to cool and is operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for range not igniting in the oven. Upon arrival the customer informed me that the 2 front burners and center are not igniting as well. I removed the center burner and cleaned out some grease build up. Tested center burner and it is working as designed. I was not able to get the 2 front burners to light even after attempting to clean them up(not very dirty to begin with) I found the oven igniting at first then at some point during preheat it will not re ignite. I did not see the ignitor moving away from burner but attempted to bend it more toward for a temporary fix. I will need to order and return with the DSI, main control, bake ignitor as well as both front burner heads. Ordering additional parts JIC. Arrived on site for NOT LIGHTING - IF IT DOES START WILL NOT HEAT UP TO TEMP THEN TEMP CONTINUES TO DROP. Tested main control and found one of the relays was faulty. With this igniter is not receiving proper voltage.

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. Upon inspection I found the unit is drying but takes multiple cycles to dry a load. I used my thermal lead to monitor temperature fluctuations. I found that with the vent connected the unit will get up to 270ish before cycling which is too high. I disconnected the vent and watched temps again. I found it cycling at 185ish which is normal operating temperatures with proper air flow. I advised the office that the vents need to be checked/cleared of obstruction. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range with front right burner not operating. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I verified voltage at the terminal block and all connections there were tight. I inspected the burner and all looked good I accessed the switches and found voltage getting to the switch but no burner function. I replaced the switch and then confirmed voltage to the burner but no function to the burner still. I replaced the burner and tested the unit again. The burner and unit are now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for 3 parts broken repair guy got sick Won?t clean at all Makes noise Won?t dispatch soap. Placed in diagnostics and got F9E1, F6E1, F7E2. Cleared error codes. Removed kick plate and found wash motor connector was unplugged. Plugged in connector and ran diagnostics cycles. Dishwasher would fill with water, open dispenser, and turn diverter. Sump and motor would not begin washing. Opened junction and tested voltage. Dishwasher is only getting 114 volts at the wall. Explained to customer they would need an electrician to come out to correct the power failure and test the dishwasher once it has 120 volts. If after the voltage is corrected and the dishwasher still isnt working the customer knows to call us back.

"Arrived on site to follow up on oven that is not cooking properly, mostly in lower oven. Ran temp checks on unit adtee new control. Found unit is heating properly on top oven. Found bottom oven is getting hot, hit around 450 post preheat, and then dropped down to 270 and took a long time to heat up again. Advised customer the bake element is likely not heating properly, but will also retest temp sensor when oven is out for removal of hidden bake element. Bumped temp +20 in calibration for lower and advised customer to try.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will start but not run. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a test cycle on the unit and found the motor not running. I checked voltage to the motor and found 120VAC. I quoted the customer for the motor and installed it. I found the motor now running, but it sounded weak. I found the valve in the unit was barely letting any water in, which is why I could barely hear the unit running. I am ordering the valve and the office will reschedule."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher showing F2E2 and not operating. Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint. I cycled power and was still not able to get any function from the console. I accessed and replaced the UI panel and restored power. This time the unit came on as designed. "Arrived on site for Frosting in the Freezer Section - Side by Side Refrigerator. Found icicles formed on the outer most edge of ice maker housing and more icicles formed at the vent, rear led light, and back top area of bulkhead inside freezer. No frost or ice formed on the evaporator cover. Temps were good in fridge and freezer. Gained access to the ice maker and found additional ice formed inside and underneath ice bin. Removed all ice that formed inside and underneath ice bin. Placed in short defrost and could hear the heater melting the ice over evaporator. Ran ice harvest test and first two times the ice maker gave me a motor failed test. Third time I ran harvest I could hear the motor break free of ice and gave me a passed result of 22. Ran water fill test to ensure water wasnt escaping from the mold creating the ice formed around ice bin and no leaks were detected. Found freezer door gasket was bowing out on the inner edge of the door. Took pic for quick pics in ticket. Also found freezer door gasket bowing a bit at the top of the door. Placed in test seven and set fridge in sub test two to defrost every eight hours instead of being based off of run time of compressor. Ordering new freezer door gasket WPW10355585 and will return with all parts I came with today. Also ordering an ice maker W10873791 to return with JIC. . ; ordrng 1 WPW10355585 (Grey freezer door GSKT) and 1 W10873791 (Ice maker)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water not dispensing and ice not being produced. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit began working again. When it was failing they could hear the valve energize, see the UI count oz, but had no water. The customer has changed the filter several times and still found no difference when it was failing. Arrived onsite for range not igniting on the front left burner. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found a burn mark on the switch module for the LF burner. With the other burner igniting and them sharing a ignitor I will need to order the switch harness and return to complete the repair.

"Arrived on site for no power to control panel. We gained access to the back of the unit to test voltage at power cord terminals found 240v at line2 to neutral. Tested voltage at line1 to neutral and found no voltage. Tested outlet and found the same results. We determined that there must be an issue at the outlet, breaker or inside the wall. We made the suggestion to the customer to have an electrician come out and check his home wiring between the dryer and the breaker box.customer seemed satisfied with the diagnoses

I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything in good shape. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete.
