"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit was not cooling and tapping the system revealed 4 of vacuum after the system was balanced and 19 of vacuum with 71 psi while running and after settling for 10 minutes. I exposed both evaporators and found no signs of leaks or dye. The back of the unit had evidence of a cabinet cold spot two inches below the control board cover, at the right lower corner. The appearance of the evaporated condensate was more recent in appearance and the cabinet was not corroded, but the amount of internal cabinet cooling must have been substantial due to the size of the affected area and amount of condensate that had ran down the back of the unit and onto the lower unit cover. I contacted the MFG tech line and spoke with tech Andrew. I advised of my findings and was given file #7735380595 The tech agreed with my findings, but due to MFG constraints, had to require pressure testing. I isolated the suspected affected section and found no issue at 140 psi. I elected to isolate the Yoder and found a leak and contacted the MFG a second time. I spoke with tech Adrian and advised the yoder isolation showed 6 psi of drop in 5 minutes. The unit has been submitted for review and the customer will be contacted for further instructions. No leaks observed

"Arrived to inspect no power. I found the foam block above the upper cooling fan appeared to be incorrectly placed during manufacture and after time, it fell and was drawn into the blower, stopping upper blower rotation and subsequent cooling. I found the thermal fuse open and after removing and replacing, the unit would not power up. I verified both L1 and L2 to the expected contact points and did find 32.6 and 12.7 VDC at the connector for the UIs VFD at points 1-7 and 1-8, respectively. None of the MFG documentation listed the voltages for the UI and I elected to contact the technical assistance line, MFG tech Steve,SR#7735385509. I advised the of the initial findings and that there were no low VDC voltages published, required to diagnose the no power issue as being the main control or the UI. The tech contacted engineering and they could not provide the required documentation. The MFG tech recommended replacing the user interface and the main control. Due to the voltages found, I suspected the UI to be the issue. The customer is going to discuss with family members and may contact the MFG due to fears of other issues, and will contact us if they elect to have us instal the UI.

I inspected the lower spray arm and found it split spray water where its not supposed to. I installed the new spray arm. I tested the unit and found everything cycling properly.

Check voltage at the terminal block and found 36.7 V from line 1 to neutral, 120 V from line to the neutral and 90.1 V going from line 1 to line 2. Went to check voltage at the plug and found the unit turn on. Found arcing going on inside of the plug potentially causing the issue. The customer also explained that the timer was not advancing prior to the no power issue. Did verify the timer would not advance when I was able to get the unit to start. Found the timer itself was bad. Replaced the timer and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washer that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. My customer advised of the unit which water all over their floor when they were washing some bedding material and had cause the sink next to it to fill up with water as well. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the drain portion of the cycle. Found that the standpipe at the wall was backing up and overflowing leaking water onto the floor and causing the sink next to the washer to fill up with water as well. Did explain to the customer that the issue is not with the washer but with their drain pipe being clogged. Advised the customer that they will need to fix their draining issue for full resolution. I found the float switch drip pan installed upside down and the brass elbow adapter only hand tight at the fill valve causing the leak. I took a pic of both. I found the basket was in the front right corner of the chassis and undoubtedly making contact with the inside of the chassis during spin ramp up, causing off balance triggering. The suspension was questionable as well and will require replacement. During spin test, I could hear a loud screech and found the belt had started to stretch, enough I could rotate it by hand in the pulleys, belt will require replacement as well. Did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to spend the basket by hand. Found that the basket would not move. Disassembled the unit And found the rear bulkhead broken in multiple places and not attached to the rear panel. Found that attempting to lift the basket out of the dryer was nearly impossible due to the bulkhead and the drum being stuck together. Arrived onsite for freezer not freezing. On inspection found that the RC was 34?and the FC was 51?. Gain access to the FC evap and found a ball of ice in the upper left back of the FC. Talked with Susie and we are ordering a sealed system again. Checked the gasket on the unit and they are good. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven losing power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to WiFi. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes. I found F6E0-interface lost communication. Cleared the code and tested the components and all components operated as designed. I attempted several times to connect the unit to WiFi and it failed each time. Following the tech sheet, I found the control panel will need to be replaced. I advised the customer that the control panel is currently out of stock at the manufacturer with no ETA. Customer advised they would contact the manufacturer and see about getting it directly from them. I recommended that if they were able to get one, to contact our office when they receive it and schedule service. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and verified unit had stable power supply. Upon further inspection found inverter receiving proper voltage but wasnt sending power to compressor at all. ordrng 1 WR49X10283 (Inverter)

Arrived onsite for vent hood stuck buttons. Upon arrival inspected unit. Buttons were getting stuck inside of housing. Took buttons out. Found unit control buttons functioning as designed. Customer may be depressing buttons further than needed. Instructed customer on ON/OFF functioning. Customer agrees unit is functioning. Job complete

Arrived on site for wall oven being out of range. I inspected the unit and work area. When I arrived the customer already had the oven preheated to 350. I placed my thermal coupler in the oven and tested temp. I found the oven cycling with a 17 degree variance averaging a set temp of 350. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a DW that has a leak. Upon arrival I removed the front door skin and ran a diagnostics test and found that there was a small leak coming from dispenser. I replace the dispenser and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the lower hinge assembly that had been sprung at some point. I removed and replaced the door panel adjusters and mounting hardware and re-aligned the door. I found the cabinet that the unit was installed into was leaning out at the top of the unit, nearly one inch. I attached images of a plumb line for illustration and advised the customer that was the original cause of the door closing issue, as the unit was tilted forward and gravity was constantly pulling the door open. I leveled the unit and the door issue was resolved, but it had the appearance of tilting back in the cabinet and the issue can only be resolved by correcting the plumb of the cabinet and not the refrigerator. No leaks observed during service."
