"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was icing over on the bottom part of the FC. Upon further inspection I found little spots of ice on the shelf and bottom part of the FC. I jumped the IM and found the harvest catching and not completing. It took several jumps to complete a cycle. I found the unit called for water when the IM still had ice in it and caused the water to overflow. This indicates a bad IM. I then gained access to the drip pan/drain tube and found it slightly clogged. I cleared the drain tube and confirmed water flowed through it. I then let the customer know the failed part was the IM. I advised them to keep it off for now. I also found that the water coming into he IM was at 90?F, and advised the customer they may want to get that looked at too.

CS recommended replacing the LED control based on previous instances where this customers issue has been identical to other customers with similar model fridge. Customer stated she reached out to WP and their customer service rep shared they hadnt heard of bowed drain pans. With this, WP stated they would only cover the cost to go through the checklist of normal maintenance checks based on customer complaint and what the fridge is doing. Removed LED board and installed new LED board. Powered up and fridge is cooling as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor and dryer. I punctured the dryer and found the system fully charged. I found the compressor no building pressure. I installed a new compressor, Orion board, non-uv dryer, and access valve. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it holding vacuum. I put a measured charge of 4.65 oz into the system and found it holding. I put the unit into normal operation no found the pressures building as designed. Job complete."

"arrived onsite for unit giving error codes. Put unit in unit and got errors F5E2 F5E3 F0E3 F0E2 F2E1 . Erased the codes and started over with automatic diagnostics. Unit got as far as number 4 and stopped because the lid did not lock as it should have. Called Techline, had me do a manual testing on the lid lock. The lid tried to lock but did not fully lock give the lock error codes again. Check continuity on the lid lock harness. Everything Checked good, but recommended to replace the latch and the lid, if the lid is some how de magnetized it won?t lock properly. spoke with sterling got sr#7731152218. Ordered parts. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10787880 (latch) and 1 W11038208 (lid)"
