Arrived on site for a cooktop with improper flame height. Upon further inspection I found the flames had no change in height when adjusting knob. I found the propane conversion on the regulator not flipped. I adjusted this. I still found the same issue occurring. I found the orifices were converted already. I adjusted the valves to the burners and still no change. I contacted techline and spoke to Cathy and received SR# 7730839623. She advised his is normal operation on LP. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that has a control not operating. Found pantry control wiring broken. Repaired wiring and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for microwave not heating. Upon inspection I found it spinning and blowing but no heat. The magnetron sounded abnormally loud. I tested the mag thermostat and it checked good. The capacitor checked Good. I found the transformer windings showing correct resistance and there is 123 Vac getting to the transformer. I found the mag showing less than 1 ohm..

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and ice built up behind crisper drawer. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had defrosted the unit prior to my arrival. Customer advised the unit makes ice, but doesnt dispense the ice. I tested the dispenser and found the motor doesnt function. I removed and replaced the disposer motor and tested and it is operating as designed. I disassembled the RC section and removed the evap cover and found a small block of ice at the top right corner at the suction line and capillary tube. Also found that the evap motor was held on with electrical tape from previous repair by another company. I removed the ice with my steamer. Per service pointer #W11092686, I removed and replaced the RC evap drip pan, secured the evaporator to the back wall with the clips/zipties provided, sealed the top of the evaporator housing with permagum, removed and replaced the evap motor harness and secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Reassembled the RC section and pulled unit out and removed the drain tube and sealed it with silicone. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. While at the back of the unit, I found a sweat spot on the back panel near where the FC evaporator is located indicating a void in insulation. The area was approximately 6 inches long and 1 inch wide next to the hole where insulation is placed inside the unit. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of my findings and he documented the info and provided SR#7730839970.

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed main control. Upon arrival was able to install the main control but found the lid lock was still shorting out after doing further test. I then replaced lid lock but unfortunately found that the unit was still shutting down due to some random shortage in the unit and sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not I was then able to narrow down that the ui also had a short inside the harness and was causing the main control and lid lock to not function correctly I was able to install all three needed parts and then reassembled and tested the unit

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I found the start button pushed in at the bottom of the button. I was able to get the unit to start by pressing in the middle of the start button and holding it for approximately 3 seconds. The unit is heating as designed. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow in the unit and found the unit does not have good airflow and will need the vents checked/cleaned.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator dripping water in the RC and over freezing in the FC. Upon arrival the customer stated that she was getting icicles in the FC and food was freezing in the RC. I checked temps and found the RC at 33?F and the FC at 0?F. I found the unit on the coldest setting with the damper all of the way open. I advised the customer that due to the open air vents in the back of the RC stuff can sometimes freeze. I walked the customer through how to change temps settings as well. I found the heater and fan working on the unit. I found the drain tube still working and no frost or ice build up on the evap. I found no water drip this time either. I let the customer know her unit was working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was losing cool and with an ice maker that wasnt working. I checked the temps and found the FC at 14?F and the RC at 49?F. I found the ice actually harvested while I was testing temps, but the customer said it was very intermittent. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up on the RC evap cover and it actually going into the fresh food drawer. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all fans working as designed and the IM working as designed. I gained access to the control and found thermistors on P5 and P8 getting proper voltage. I ohmd out the RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and found it at 4.84k which is right where it should be at around 50?F. I ohmd out the FC thermistor at P5-3 to P5-4 and found it at 5.55k which is to high for the 14?F. I ohmd out the RC evap thermistor at P8-3 to P8-4 and found it at 6.81k ohms which is to high with the amount of frost and ice on the evap cover. This indicates a faulty FC and RC evap thermistor. I am ordering both thermistors, the HV control, and the evap cover/drain pan per service pointer W11092686. I am also ordering the damper just in case, for it was getting voltage but I did not hear it. I advised the customer in order to service the unit they had to keep the unit off for at least 48+ hours to defrost. Also found top of evap cover is not secured into place and bent outwards causing huge gap. Customer stated brother tried working on it. Gap and bend in cover is preventing proper airflow into RC. Also found unit agitating and draining well. During final rinse cycle I noticed unit had a small drip coming from motor and sump area. Upon further inspection I found unit was starting rust around sump, motor, and tub.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water stain on front of unit. Upon further inspection, I found a water stain on the bottom portion l father FC door under the dispenser area. I tested the dispenser and found that once water was dispensed and the cup removed approximately 30 seconds later water dripped from the dispenser tubing area. I found calcium buildup on the separator where the tubing is locked in and holding water in that area. I removed and replaced the separator and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my stainless steel cleaner, I attempted to remove the stain but due to the stain being the door too long, it has become etched into the door.

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the gasket and both front leveling feet and tested oven temps by using my multimeter and placing the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and testing temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 456. My next 5 readings were 320, 415, 320, 390, 316 for an average temp of 353 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged on side. Found side to be cooktop and panel. Ordering new cooktop and new panel office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11178791 (Cooktop) and 1 W11180283 (Control panel)

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged panel. Found damaged panel replaced panel test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon inspection I found no stored error codes. I ran through the test cycle and found all functions passed and no leaks or moisture anywhere under the unit or between the door panel. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. The leak may have been an intermittent sticking of the spray arm and the water shooting up to the reservoir but as of now no leaks. Job complete

Arrived on site to follow up with fridge not cooling. Upon arrival I checked temp to the RC and FC average temp of 40-42f in the RC and 14f in FC. On past visit replaced the UI as the RC thermistor is monitored by this UI. Replaced the RC Thermistor and control

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found it was never converted to propane, propane orifices are not on location and pre-ordered kit has not arrived yet. Do not reschedule call until propane orifice kit arrives.; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site for front right burner not lighting. Tested operation and attempted to gain access to spark igniter and found screws broken off in office holder. Will need to replace holder with burner head. Office to schedule appointment when ETA is available. Advised customer not to use front right burner until repair is completed.; ordrng 1 W11319683 (BURNER HEAD) and 1 W11337062 (ORIFICE HOLDER) and 6 W11447718 (BURNER HEAD SCREWS)s

Arrived on site for oven having error F2-E1. Performed diagnostics mode and verified fault code. Found fault code is for stuck key. Tested keys and found all responsive. Customer stated error will appear several times while cooking. Will need to replace UI and test operation. Spoke with customer on attempting to avoid steam on UI. Office to schedule appointment when ETA is available on part.; ordrng 1 W11449303 (CONSOLE )

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven with no heat issue, upon arrival we placed unit into service diagnostics and found error code f9e0, showing miswired housing. Gained access to the terminal block and found that the line 2 and neutral were swapped, re-attached the lines the correct way and now the unit is clear of error codes, tested the functionality of the bake and other heating elements and now the unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

She stated they found out it was an installation issue and are reaching out to the builder for service. Call complete.

UI worked a few weeks but started acting up recently.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does not have an issue with dispensing ice but that the ice door underneath the dispenser does not always close causing ice to melt and frost build up inside the ice chute. Tested unit several times and could not replicate the issue. However, when holding back the ice door replicating an ice cube getting stuck, found the ice door sticking where it is and allowing warm air up into the icemaker area. Ordering separator and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited availability of parts. ; ordrng 1 WPW10353552 (separator)"
